rest day
I didn't post on shoulders day or arms day, but tbh they were nothing special. I noticed I get some pain in my left shoulder when I do skullcrushers, so I might need to evaluate my form. And I'm not strong enough for full dips yet, so I'm building up to it with bench dips.
In non-gym related news, can you believe we got new Wintersun AND new Mozart before GTA6?? 2024 is bananas
