It's actually really nice that a lot of the best pasta dishes are very simple in terms of ingredients (if you ignore the whole "you can only use THIS specific ingredient from that region of italy or it's not real carbonara")....... Like I keep dreaming of cooking on my own a beautiful gorgeous dish like that, and unlike some other super fancy recipes, these are things I could maybe even do well!! Probably not on a restaurant level LOL but it's like.... Home yum! You know. Anyway I need to search for pecorino Romano on sale and make some crazy dinner for myself sometime this month LOL

In the mood for real carbonara ohhhhhhhh.... The one I've had in Łódź few months ago was so unbelievably amazing. Just incredibly creamy. Having it, I couldn't believe there was no milk/cream in it! It was so filling, too 🥺🥺🥺🥺
