shoutout to Mexican groceries. Just bought like three massive strip steaks and a pile of beans and rice and onions for 7$. Ate the whole damn thing with my hands using the steak like a spoon for the rice and beans. I feel unstoppable. I am probably a threat to the health and safety of the people around me but by golly I am free and happy.
#I think this is why they’re so angry about Mexicans being in America#They have better cheaper food#And all the college-age kids know it#Nobody’s going to a burger place for an 18$ meal anymore they’re going to Jose’s down the road in the ‘rough’ part of town#And getting like eight tamales for five bucks#I can make enough tomatillo salsa for a huge college dinner with 7$ worth of fresh veggies and a blender it is not worth buying two 5$ jars#Of Tostitos salsa and calling it a night#Molten rambles

ugh i didn’t eat yesterday and i’m probably not eating today since the five bucks i’ve got until UI kicks in tomorrow can only really pay for like, tamales from the morning cart nearby but it’s eight am and by the time i get there it’ll be closed, so no food until tomorrow lmao
