So, in India Yashasvi and Shubman are marketed as the Rohit and Virat of the next gen, with respect to playing styles. Yashasvi is like Rohit: explosive, aggressive, attacking, hits sixes and fours for fun, while Shubman is more like Virat: more classical, consistent, technically accurate, expansive range of shots, agile between the wickets, scores hundreds and fifties for fun. In Omegaverse I can see Yash and Shub being kinda like Rohirat's kids yk 😂 And Shubman would be the best big brother to Yash, always wanting to protect him and take care of him. But on the field, it's Yash who is fiercely protective of his big bro, while Shubman is completely calm most of the times, and if any other player sledges Shub, Yash absolutely goes at them. (He gets it from Virat, Shub was lucky enough to inherit Rohit's milder temper and chilled out disposition. 🤭😆) Also, Yash is definitely the more mischievous one out of the siblings, and is frequently punished by Rohit/Virat for some of the next level stuff he pulls. Except Shub can't bear to see Yash punished, so he always finds a way around it! Like Yash is banned from eating sweets for a week? Shub will sneak him some chocolates nonetheless. 🥰 Yash isn't allowed to watch the cricket? Shub is sure to give him constant score updates.

Also, side note , I think Shubman Gill is the only one from the current crop of India players who feels like an alpha to me? Like Yashasvi is an omega, Rishabh Pant is too cute and cuddly to be anything but an omega, Ishan Kishan is definitely an omega, and eventually is bonded to Shubman 😏 you can make a case for Abhishek Sharma as an omega too (who ends up mating travis heady??)they were really cute at srh this year.
