Boss lady Daisy with wario and waluigi is just so correct and now I immediately want so many soinoff comics about the B plot shenanigans they get up to while mario and lou do their thing

I thought of it the other day while messing with a Side Plot to another project where someone in Sarasaland hired Wario and Waluigi to kidnap Daisy for them, she proceeds to kick their ass, and then took them as her own little hench people.

My main take on Wario and Waluigi is they're like. Actors who keep getting cast together, and eventually started hanging out outside of work, and for some reason adding Daisy to that mix as their Boss Lady felt really fitting to me.

I now have this headcanon that Sarasaland is like Hollywood, producing big budget movies and TV. I also headcanon most of Warioware to take place there, as either movies or television, so everything in those games are sets and props and actors.

So she's the monarch and they're her famous actor buddies, but I also imagine she dabbles in directing and got them the gigs that jump started their acting careers.
