Y’all okay so I went with some girls from my sorority to another chapters philanthropy event and we had like Tacos. And I was eating my tacos with a fork and knife bc idk I like eating most stuff that way. And then one of the girlies looks at me and then this exact interaction goes down.

Her: you eat so civilized, I love it me: oh. Thank you… Her: were you in cotillion me: oh nah but I was a debutante

And like it was just really funny bc wow I got clocked by the way I was eating a taco 💀💀💀. I found it especially funny bc like in one of the (only) etiquette lessons we had to do for my debutante the woman who runs it was all like this is so important bc one day you’re going to be at a fancy meal with your friends or sorority and you’re going to understand how everything is supposed to go and your friends will be like how do you know that 😯. And like instead of some fancy meal scenario we were having shitty tacos but like still it reminds me of that.
