and as for the beer, that one is a bit personal but the TLDR is. i've had to deal with the scent of beer breath on someone else for a few years and now when people portray one of my fav characters drinking beer i'm just like 'no they wouldn't LOL'

no offense if anyone's portrayal of rika is like that!! it's a fictional character and you can do whatever you want with it, but. i'm personally not a fan because of bad experiences IRL, and it just ruins rika's charm for me. which is why she has things like a 'wow i'm gonna smoke cause it makes me look cool... actually no i'm gonna stop cause it's gonna push away people i love if i keep doing it' arc in the first place in this blog

there are two polls now about smoking and both of them show that the majority of users here don't smoke. as I can't see the actual nationalities of people voting on here, but know that the site is majority from usa (other polls etc) as well as from observation, I want to say. eastern europeans are cooked, why do we smoke so often. I think smoking is cool and could not give less of a fuck about the health repercussions but it's interesting to me that people in diffrent places think so negatively of it, to the point of not even trying it once. my moment of realization that I live in a bubble pretty much

Also, the gesture of handing a cigarette or asking for a lighter is, very often, either a good ice-breaker that he has used quite often, or a way to de-escalate a situation in case bantering gets too heated. Just the simple mention of being offered something to de-escalate the tension is enough to placate, mellow out and bring the conversation back on a track that Sampo can control more easily. It's a peace offering as much as it is a bribe.

comforting and a turn-on... it's subjective for everyone what that exactly means, but for me it's stuff like smoked meat, vintage leather, soldering, old spice deo, and sweat. and of course shoutout to androstenol!!! (fancy word for that musk scent that men tend to have. if you take T, it's that locker room smell you get for 2 days after your T shot. it smells sooooooo good imo 🤤)

all cigarettes taste the same there's no way u could blindfolded tell the difference. rolling tobacco there are some brands that are drier than others so u can kind of tell that but not much. if u think u can tell the difference between straight cigarette brands come here and bet me money. youre a sucker or a liar or both 🚬 🚬🚬
