Bollywood actor Amitabh Bachchan erupts at troll
MUMBAI: Hitting out at an anonymous troll who had tweeted “I hope you die with this Covid” to Amitabh Bachchan, the actor late Monday wrote a blog post from his Covid ward in Nanavati Hospital in which he said his followers were “incensed” and though he had not asked them to take any action against the troll, if he (Bachchan) survived Covid-19, he would. “All I shall say to them,” he wrote, “is thok do saale ko”.
The 77-year-old actor and his son Abhishek have been in hospital since July 11 after they tested positive for the novel coronavirus. Referring to his “90+ million followers”, Bachchan said if he survived, “I shall (ask them to take action)… and let me tell you they are a force incensed.”
Big B calls troll ‘mahishasur’, ‘charitraheen’ Referring to his “90+ million followers”, Bachchan said, “they traverse the entire world from the west to the east from the north to the south.. and that extended family shall in the flash of an eye become ‘extermination family’.” Addressing the troll, Bachchan wrote, “Hey Mr Anonymous.. you do not even write your father’s name.. because you do not know who fathered you.” He added, “There are only two things that could happen… either I shall die or either I shall live.. if I die you won’t get to write your diatribe anymore, by weathering your remark on a celebrity name… pity… for, the reason of your writing to be noticed was, because you took a swipe at Amitabh Bachchan.. that shall no longer exist!” “May you burn in your own stew!” he wrote at the end of the blog after using Hindi adjectives such as “Mahishasur”, “charitraheen”, “besharam” and “behaya” and even “destined to suffer like rakshasas” to describe the troll. Bachchan had on Sunday written about how isolation in a Covid ward takes a toll on mental health. Experts have spoken about the impact such isolation has on patients.

Malaika Arora crashes Arjun Kapoor’s Instagram live, hilariously trolls him for ‘boring’ quarantine routine - bollywood
https://www.liveindiatimes.com/malaika-arora-crashes-arjun-kapoors-instagram-live-hilariously-trolls-him-for-boring-quarantine-routine-bollywood/
Arjun Kapoor and Malaika Arora never miss a chance to pull each other’s leg, and it was no different on Saturday evening. She crashed her boyfriend’s Instagram live and poked fun at his daily routine during the lockdown.
With all shoots on hold due to the coronavirus pandemic, it has turned out to be a much-needed break from work for several actors. Arjun, in an interaction, shared what his days in quarantine are like.
Arjun, who is self-isolating with his sister Anshula Kapoor, said that he wakes up around 9 and lazes around in bed for an hour before he gets out of the room. He then drinks coffee and catches up on the news. He revealed that he is into intermittent fasting during the lockdown and skips breakfast. Before lunch, he manages to squeeze in his workout.
Post lunch, he watches some more television and checks notifications on his phone. This is followed by a walk on the terrace in the evening, dinner and some more television.
RJ Malishka remarked that his quarantine routine was “very boring”, when Malaika dropped a comment and sarcastically said that it sounded “very interesting”.

Arjun and Malaika have been in a relationship for a while now, and there has been a lot of speculation about their impending wedding. Recently, in an Instagram live, he addressed the marriage rumours and said, “I will tell all of you all when I am getting married. There are no plans as of right now.” He added, “Abhi shaadi hogi bhi toh kaise, agar karni bhi hogi (Even if we wanted to, how will it be possible now)?”
Meanwhile, Arjun has been doing his bit for the ones badly affected by the coronavirus pandemic. Earlier this month, he went on a virtual dinner date with five bidders. The funds raised are being used to feed the families of 300 daily wage workers for a month.

Amitabh Bachchan reveals Aaradhya told him not to cry and assured ‘you will be home soon’; hits back at trolls wishing for his ill health | Hindi Movie News
Megastar Amitabh Bachchan, who is quite active on social media, is currently in the hospital as recently tested positive for COVID-19. Even his son and actor Abhishek Bachchan is battling with the deadly virus and has been admitted in the same hospital.
Yesterday, Abhishek’s wife Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and daughter Aaradhya, who tested positive for COVID-19 earlier, were discharged from the hospital after testing negative. Big B was quick to share an update about the same on social media and revealed he couldn’t hold back his tears. He shared a picture of Aishwarya and Aaradhya and wrote, “अपनी छोटी बिटिया , और बहुरानी को ,अस्पताल से मुक्ति मिलने पर ; मैं रोक ना पाया अपने आंसू🙏 प्रभु तेरी कृपा अपार , अपरम्पार 🙏🙏”
On Monday night, the ‘Piku’ actor also mentioned in his blog how Aaradhya asked him not to cry and told him that he too will be discharged soon. He wrote, “… they go home the little one and Bahurani .. and the tears flow out .. the little one embraces and tells me not to cry ..’youll be home soon’ she assures .. I must believe her ..” Big B also wrote about the trolls who have been wishing for his bad health. He revealed how people are hoping that ‘he should die with this COVID-19’. He wrote, “Hey Mr Anonymous .. you do not even write your Father’s name ,.. because you do not know who Fathered you .. there are only two things that can happen .. either I shall die or either I shall live .. if I die you wont get to write your diatribe anymore, by weathering your remark on a celebrity name .. pity .. for , the reason of your writing to be noticed was, because you took a swipe at Amitabh Bachchan .. that shall no longer exist .. !!”
Speaking about his fans, he added, “.. if by God’s grace I live and survive you shall have to be ‘weathering’ the ‘swipe’ storm , not just from me , but on a very conservative level, from 90+ million followers .. I have yet to tell them to .. but if I survive I shall .. and let me tell you they are a force incensed .. they traverse the entire World .. from the West to the East from the North to the South .. and they are not just the Ef of this page .. that extended family shall in the flash of an eye become ‘extermination family’ .. !!!!”

For Abhishek Bachchan, it is important to be relevant rather than being visible on screen. This is why the actor, known for his films such as “Yuva”, “Guru”, “Bunty Aur Babli” and “Bluffmaster”, decided to take a small break from films. “I felt I was becoming complacent in my work space and that was the main reason why I decided to go on a break. Complacency is like slow poison. That is why I needed some time off. To just re-focus and I am glad that I did that,” Abhishek told PTI in an interview. The actor said the time apart from films helped him evolve as he is someone “who analyses things a lot”.”I analyse my past and work on creating a future keeping in mind the lessons I have learned through both success and failures,” he added. Abhishek, however, would not advise the same to other actors as he believes every one copes up with the feeling of being stagnant in their own way.”It is everybody’s personal journey. I won’t say every artiste needs that break. It depends person to person. Whatever you need at that point. I believe it is important to be relevant and relatable rather than being seen on-screen and in every second project.”Abhishek, son of Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan, made a promising debut with “Refugee” and went on to deliver hits but it has been a chequered career with many ups and downs. His father’s massive on-screen persona also cast a huge shadow but Abhishek, who often gives it back to the online trolls in a dignified yet witty manner, said he takes brickbats in his stride.”My quest is to entertain my audience and on that journey we get to play so many different characters. It is about being as entertaining as possible. I am okay with the audience and the critics expecting from me.”I am okay with getting harsh comments if they don’t like my performance. They are spending money to watch my films and they have every right to be harsh. I have no problems with them being direct to me.”Abhishek is looking forward to his comeback film, Anurag Kashyap’s new age romance “Manmarziyaan”. He said he decided to come on board because Kashyap, known for his dark stories, was also leaving his comfort zone to direct a love triangle. “Earlier this year, Aanand L Rai called me and then I got the narration of the film. He told me he wanted Anurag to direct. When he told me that, I said yes within 15 minutes. I felt it was a perfect mixture of creative people, with Anurag essentially.'”I instinctively knew Anurag would do something different with a love story. He pushed me and also at some level it was nice because Anurag was coming out of his comfort zone,” the actor, who plays Robbie in the film, said. The actor believes the film would resonate well with the younger generation and especially women. “Anurag’s treatment is completely different from what I have done in the past. I believe he has made something which completely resonates with today’s generation. If I may say, especially the women.”I think from the style and content of the film, it is very contemporary. I think there is an important message he is trying to give. It is a changed India out there and they will get what we are trying to say.”Also featuring Taapsee Pannu and Vicky Kaushal, “Manmarziyan” releases this Friday. The Mid.day.com : 10th. Sept,18

Don’t worry Priyanka Chopra, your fans have got your back
When it comes to fashion, Priyanka Chopra is a slayer. She might have her weak moments from time to time, like the one she had during her meeting with Narendra Modi in Berlin in a white floral dress with lace details by Australian designer Zimmermann but more often than not, she stuns us with her style. The actress has been seen giving us a number of fashion inspirations during her promotional leg of Baywatch and adding another one to the long list is Chopra in a trendy belted grey pantsuit with cold-shoulder details.
The boxy suit with a plunging neckline detail from Public School looked amazing on her.
We love how celebrity stylist Cristina Ehrlich styled it with a pair of sleek black heels. Also, the neat low bun with a sleek side-parting and berry lips added a nice touch to her look. A nice pair of studs might have made a difference but she still managed to carry it off sans jewellery.
Gauahar Khan, on the other hand, looked equally stunning in summery grey separates from White Elephant by Mayyur Girotra.
We love the white lace details on the neckline and waistline and we think the crop top paired with the palazzos worked wonders for her. The way she styled it with boxer braids instead of a wispy updo and chocolate lips is something worth taking inspiration from. No complaints here.
Our verdict: Both of them looked lovely.
Which look do you like the most? Let us know in the comments below.

Amitabh Bachchan, who is currently undergoing COVID-19 treatment at Nanavati Hospital lashed out at the trolls spreading negativity.
Father Amitabh Bachchan and son Abhishek Bachchan are currently admitted to Nanavati Hospital after being tested COVID-positive have been updating their social media feed, either with their health updates or sometimes just thanking everyone for praying for their speedy recovery. But the duo are also forced to face trolls on social media who are not backing down from spreading negativity surrounding the entire crisis the family is currently facing. Amitabh lashed out at the trolls spreading negativity. Taking to his Twitter account, the actor wrote, "Jeebh par lagi chot jaldi theek ho jaati hain, par jeeb se lagi chot jaldi theek nahi hoti (A hurt tongue can be cured but not the hurt caused by a bitter tongue). This was followed by another tweet, in which the veteran actor wrote, "The pride of gentlemen is not diminished by the word of the wicked. The preciousness of a gem covered with dust is never destroyed."

Before this, father Amitabh too had reacted sharply to trolls in an open letter he wrote from the COVID-19 ward in a Mumbai hospital. He penned the note to anonymous trolls who have been wishing his death due to the novel coronavirus. "they write to tell me... 'I hope you die with this Covid". "Hey Mr Anonymous... you do not even write your Father's name,... because you do not know who Fathered you... there are only two things that can happen... either I shall die or either I shall live. If I die you won't get to write your diatribe anymore, by weathering your remark on a celebrity name... pity." He added: "The reason for your writing to be noticed was, because you took a swipe at Amitabh Bachchan... that shall no longer exist... !! If by God's grace I live and survive you shall have to be 'weathering' the 'swipe' storm, not just from me, but on a very conservative level, from 90+ million followers." "I have yet to tell them to... but if I survive I shall... and let me tell you they are a force incensed... they traverse the entire World... from the West to the East from the North to the South ... and they are not just the Ef of this page... that extended family shall in the flash of an eye become 'extermination family'!! All I shall say to them is... 'thok do saalon ko'." A few days, Abhishek had also responded to a troll tried to throw nasty jibes at the actor. "Your father admitted in hospital... Ab kiske bharose baith ke khaoge? (who will feed you now)," the troll asked. The actor gave a befitting reply to the social media user. Abhishek, with his typically subtle wit, tweeted back, "Philhaal toh let let ke kha rahe hai dono ek saath hospital mein (For now, we are both lying down and eating together in hospital)."
T 3612 - "जीभ पर लगी चोट जल्दी ठीक हो जाती है लेकिन जीभ से लगी चोट कभी ठीक नहीं होती..!!" ~ Ef am
— Amitabh Bachchan (@SrBachchan) August 1, 2020
Soon after, the user responded to the actor and said, "Get well soon sir... Har kisi ki kismat me let ke khana kaha..." The actor also replied to the tweet and wished for their healthy life. Abhishek wrote, "I pray that you are never in a situation like ours and that you remain safe and healthy. Thank you for your wishes, ma'am." Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and daughter Aaradhya too had tested positive. The mother-daughter duo was under home quarantine for a while before being admitted to the same hospital. On Monday, both of them were discharged after testing negative. Bachchan's well-wishers have organised prayers in various parts of the country including Madhya Pradesh's Ujjain, and Uttar Pradesh's Varanasi and Lucknow for the fast recovery of the 'Shahenshah' of Bollywood. Fans even performed 'yagya' in Asansol for his recovery.
