How to Add Beautiful Mobile App Badges in WordPress

Do you want to create a mobile apps review blog using WordPress? First thing you need to do is install and activate the WP-AppBox plugin. Upon activation, you need to visit Settings » WP-AppBox page to configure the plugin.

WP-AppBox is a powerful plugin with lots of options. We will start by first visiting the settings tab. This is where all the general settings for the Appbox and the badges reside.

The default settings should work for most sites, but you can review and change them if you want.

Adding Apps in Your WordPress Posts and Pages

WP-Appbox makes it super easy to add apps into your posts and pages. Simply create a new post and you will notice the appbox buttons in the post editor.

Clicking on a button will add a simple shortcode to your post. For example, clicking on the play store button will add a shortcode like this:

[appbox googleplay ]

You will now need to visit the app store to locate the app you want to add. Copy the app ID from the address bar and add it into the shortcode like this:

[appbox googleplay com.gameloft.android.ANMP.GloftDMHM]

You can add multiple app badges to a post. Once you are done, simply save your post and preview it.

You will see the app information displayed in a beautiful app badge with a download link.

Changing the App Badges Style and Appearance

WP-Appbox comes with different built-in styles for app badges. You can select the app badges by clicking on the App-Badge tab on the plugin’s settings page.

You can choose different styles for different stores or choose a default style for all your app badges.

Alternatively, you can override this setting in the shortcode by adding the format “compact”, “Screenshots” and “screenshots-only” in the shortcode.

Wie du mit Wordpress deinen Affiliate Shop erstellen kannst

Es gibt unzählige Möglichkeiten, ein neues online Geschäft zu starten. Besonders der Verkauf von physischen Produkten über einen eigenen Onlineshop ist ein beliebtes Geschäftsmodell. Online-Shops ermöglichen zwar ein skalierbare Einkommen, stellen einen aber auch vor Hürden und Herausforderungen. Daher möchte ich dir heute eine spannende Alternativ vorschlagen.

Herausforderungen die ein Online-Shop mit sich bringt

Lange Zeit spielte ich mit dem Gedanken einen eigenen Esoterik-Shop aufzubauen. Ich hatte bereist eine Esoterik Nischenseite gestartet und mich jahrelang mit diesen Themen beschäftigt, aber ein eigener Onlineshop stellt einen vor gewaltige Herausforderungen und das nicht nur beim finanziellen Aspekt so. Gerade in Zeiten von Amazon und eBay haben es kleinere Onlineshops schwer. Eine weitere Hürde ist natürlich ein geeignetes Shopsystem zu finden und bei Google zu ranken. All diese Dinge hielten mich immer davon ab ein eigenen Onlineshop zu starten.

Wie Pinterest mich auf diese neue Idee brachte

Ein Bekannter empfahl mir dann das Dropshipping Modell. Hier wägte ich auch alle für und wider ab. Der größte Nachteil beim Dropshipping Business Modell ist, dass du zu 100 Prozent für die Ware und die Lieferung verantwortlich bist. Und das ist ziemlich schwierig, wenn die Ware aus China kommt und meist direkt bei Kunden landet. Deswegen spricht man auch von einem Streckengeschäft. Ich habe den Gedanken 2018 relativ schnell verworfen und mich auf das Thema Nischen Marketing fokussiert. Zufällig stieß ich bei Pinterest auf einen interessanten Artikel. Die Vor- und Nachteile eines Affiliate Shops

Der größte Vorteil eines Affiliate Shops ist das du selbst keine Produkte lagern musst und keinerlei Verantwortung für den Transport oder fehlerhafte Ware trägst. Wenn ein Verkauf über Amazon stattfindet, so übernimmt Amazon alles für dich, du kassierst dann lediglich die Provision, wenn ein Verkauf zustande kommt. Du hast weder etwas mit der Ware noch mit dem Transport oder dem Kundenservice zu tun. Das war es, was mir so gut an diesem Geschäftsmodell gefiel. Doch wo Licht ist, ist auch Schatten und im Falle des Affiliate Shops wäre das neben dem Traffic auch die Bekanntheit. Dein Onlineshop ist keine Marke, du bist also lediglich Partner von Amazon oder Digistore24 und davon auch ein Stück weit abhängig. Vor allem was die Höhe der Provision anbelangt. Zudem brauchst du ein Theme oder ein Shopsystem mit dem du deine Affiliate Shop umzusetzen kannst. Dann musst du die Produkte einpflegen, die Preise aktuell halten, auf die Website des Partners verweisen und eigene Produktbeschreibungen vornehmen. Wenn du es schaffst entsprechend Traffic auf den Affiliate Shop zu lenken, müssen deine Texte und Produkte so ansprechend präsentiert werden, das sie den Besucher überzeugen bei dir zu bestellen. Aber zunächst mal geht es hier um die technische Umsetzung.

Wie viel Geld kann man mit einem Affiliate Shop verdienen

Pauschal lässt sich das natürlich nicht beantworten, den es kommt auf die Besucher deiner Webseite an und auch darauf was du bereit bist in Werbeanzeigen zu investieren. Welche SEO-Maßnahmen du ergreifst, um besser zu ranken und natürlich auf die Wahl der Partner. Bedenke das Amazon Produkte meist eine Provision von 5- 12 % versprechen. Je mehr Traffic du auf deine Webseite bzw. deinen Shop bekommst, desto höher ist die Wahrscheinlichkeit eines Kaufs. Werbung für deinen Onlineshop kannst du natürlich auch über Social Media machen.

Canopy als bekannten Beispiel für einen erfolgreichen Affiliate Shop

Das Shop Design von Canopy Canopy ist einer der bekanntesten Affiliate Shops und Partner von Amazon. Aber wie hat es Canopy geschafft ein so erfolgreiches Alleinstellungsmerkmal zu schaffen? Die Designer von Canopy erkannten das Pinterest Nutzer wert auf vertrauenswürdige Webseiten legten. Canopy wählte ein Pinterest ähnliches Layout, das Amazon Produkte enthielt und konnte somit zwei Fliegen mit einer Klappe schlagen. Die Pinterestuser genossen es über Amazon einzukaufen und dabei weiterhin Produktbilder auf Pinterest zu durchstöbern. Canopy war es also gelungen eine Nische für sich zu entdecken und einen erfolgreiche Affiliate Shop über Pinterest zu starten.

Wie du mit WooComerce deinen Affiliate Shop umsetzen kannst

Die technische Umsetzung des eigenen Affiliate Shops ist zwar nicht ganz leicht aber in jedem Fall machbar. Ich habe mich für das WooCommerce Plugin entschieden. Das WooCommerce ist eines der beliebteste Plugin bei der Erstellung eines Onlineshops mit WordPress. Die Grundversion ist komplett kostenlos und lässt sich durch zahlreiche Erweiterungen individuell anpassen. Für den Onlineshop selbst habe ich das Astra Theme gewählt. Es gibt natürlich auch spezielle Shop Systeme, die deutlich besser sind als WordPress. Aber für den Start mit dem Affiliate Shop eignet sich WordPress durchaus. Das WooCommerce Plugin erweitert WordPress und bietet dir die Möglichkeit einen leistungsstarken Online-Shop zu erstellen.

Schritt für Schritt zum eigenen Online Shop

Installiere zunächst das WooCommerce Plugin. Wähle dazu im Menü auf der linken Seite - Plugins > installieren und gebe im Suchfeld WooCommerce ein. Klicke dann auf jetzt installieren und aktiveren. Lege dann die wichtigsten Grundeinstellungen fest. Hierzu gehören Firmendaten, Versandoptionen und Mehrwertsteuer. Beachte auch die Kleinunternehmerregelung bei der Mehrwertsteuer. Unter der Rubrik Versand kannst du die Versandbedingungen festlegen. Im Bereich Kasse kannst du einstellen welche Zahlungsarten du anbietest. Das WooCommerce Plugin hat bereits folgende Unterseiten automatisch erstellt, die du je nach Bedarf anpassen oder löschen kannst. Hierzu zählen der Shop, der Warenkorb und die Kasse. Ich musste viele davon löschen, da mit dem Astra Theme einige Seiten doppelt vorhanden waren. Aber vieles davon war selbst erklärend und die Preise konnten entsprechend angepasst werden. Achte darauf das du bei der Preisgestaltung Affiliateprodukt auswählst und dann direkt zu Amazon verlinkst. So legst du neue Produkte für deinen Shop an Wen alle Seiten erstellt sind kannst du die ersten Produkte anlegen. Schreibe am besten selbst überzeugende Texte, die das Produkt ausführlich beschreiben. Sicherlich ist dir aufgefallen das Amazon oft eine oberflächliche Produktbeschreibung liefert, hier kannst du punkten, denn wenn du das Produkt gegebenenfalls kennst und besser beschreiben kannst, wird es auch eher zu einem Kauf kommen. Über den Reiter Produkt hinzufügen, kannst du ein neues Produkt anlegen. Du kannst hier nicht nur physische Produkte anlegen, sondern auch Download Produkte. Hier kannst du die Artikelbezeichnung eingeben, die Beschreibung hinzufügen und Schlagwörter vergeben. Bilder darfst du für Affiliate Shops oder Nischenseiten auch von Amazon verwenden. Idealerweise nutzt du aber die Banner und das Bildmaterial des Amazon Partnernet. Fazit - meine Erfahrungen mit einem Affiliate Shop Es muss nicht immer gleich ein eigener Online-Shop sein, eine gute Alternative ist es mit einem Affiliate Shop zu starten. Meine eigenen Erfahrungen mit einem Affiliate Shop zeigten mir das es ein großes Projekt sein kann, mit dem man sich auch intensiver auseinandersetzen muss. Hello everybody,

I have a question regarding my side hustle. I do affiliate marketing & have 1-2 niche sites which rank pretty good & bring me about 100-200 users daily - nothing special here lol.

I only market affiliate through Amazon & earn about 200€ passive on the side. so far so good!

i'm bothered that amazon pays such bad commissions. i often make more than 400-500€ sales for amazon, but only get paid the 1.5% because it was indirect sales. pretty lame!

Idon't complain about the extra 200€ a month, but i wonder how you can make more out of it. one page is almost an authority site. but changing the network is extremely hard because there are no big alternatives.

what would you do?

1) continue scaling and hope that more traffic will arrive

2) e.g. manufacture the product yourself using aliexpress or something similar and then advertise on amazon yourself?

3) build another niche page?! (don't find any more niches)

so my real question is: how do you escape the amazon partnernet? Or do you have any other tipps to scale?

My first target was to make 50€ per month, then 100€ ... then 200€. from there I cant level up ... but I want to reach 1000€/month! :)

Heute morgen schauten einige da draussen bestimmt nicht schlecht, als sie sich ins Partnerprogramm von Amazon eingeloggt haben. Unter Versandte Artikel stand eine dicke 0 und auch das Konto wies 0,00 Euro auf. Amazon PartnerNet hat erkannt, dass die 80/20 Regel mehr Sinn macht. So möchte man sich nur noch auf die 20% der Affilates konzentieren, die 80% des Umsatzes ausmachen. Zudem wird behauptet, dass Webseiten mit wpSEO einen entscheidenden Vorteil bei der zukünftigen Ausrichtung spielen sollen. Wie aus sicheren Quellen bekannt ist, gehören Ivo, Soeren, Nicolas, Felix und Kai, sowie viele weitere dazu. Außerdem möchte man noch Torben für sich gewinnen. Es wurde schon seit Jahren eindringlich davor gewarnt, all seine Energie auf nur ein Pferd zu setzen. AMAZON PARTNERNET:

Dies ist unter allen vorgestellten Varianten (ich nutze alle) eine meiner zwei Haupteinnahmequellen.

Hier wird man dafür bezahlt, wenn Besucher von der eigenen Seite auf Amazon einkaufen. Das heißt es spielt keine Rolle welches Produkt dieser Besucher dann bestellt. Wichtig ist nur das dieser vorher deinen LINK geklickt hat, dadurch erhält man eine Provision auch wenn dieser Tage später erst bestellt.

Jeder der nun an Kosmetik und sonstigen unbrauchbaren Krempel denkt … der liegt diesmal falsch.
