ok I saw several people do this, and I’m obsessive when it comes to costume design and dress up games are bae so I HAD TO DO THE THING

Okay so this is for my bb Alyndria Lavellan! Using this doll maker from Azalea’s Dolls!

From left to right:

And cause I like to over explain everything, here’s reasonings behind the looks~ (i’ll throw them under the cut so I don’t take up too much space ^^)

sleepwear: Ok so this is 100% one of Solas’s old tunics and you know she’d sleep in that hardcore. Even after he leaves cause god dammit solas

pre conclave: typical dalish fashion. She’s a hunter, likes to be warm, and hates shoes so this is her life.

haven: we don’t talk about her obsession with picking flowers okay you can never have too many herbs! In Haven she kind of just takes what she can get. The darker, the better in her opinion. People make her wear the fereldan boots because “her feet will get cold” so she plays along for a while even though she despises them.

in field armor: Being an archer, she doesn’t like to wear too much metal that will get in the way. What little hair she has, she makes sure it’s back, even as she slowly lets it grow. Also she’s sticking with that one flowy tunic because dammit she likes it okay

casual skyhold: now that homegirl can start choosing more options and materials for her outfits, you bet she’s killing every deepstalker she sees for their teal hide. It matches her vallaslin and she secretly loves looking stylish okay. When Vivienne finds this out, they finally become friends~

formal inquisitor: for judgements, appearances, Josephine makes sure their inquisitor looks the part. Just enough armor to make sure no one gets any ideas, and expensive looking enough to please the orleasians. And she switches out for a darker blue when she has to be “presentable”

halamshiral: again, she goes for the presentable dark blue for this one. They decided to go more simplistic with her dress, just enough baubles to look fancy but nothing over the top. This way she stands out amongst the nobility, showing them that she has no mask to hide behind. Also her hair is now long enough she can curl some of it. Nice.

trespasser: solas took her vallaslin and left and she is upset. She stops caring about what people think and wears what makes her feel unstoppable. She’s going to find solas and get some answers. also she stops cutting her hair because solas used to help her with that and DANG IT SHE HAS FEELINGS OKAY

post trespasser: ok well her arm is gone now and so is solas and she’s determined to find him. But with the inquisition disbanded, she relaxes a bit, focuses on researching and finding the best way to save the world again.

Ok I know this is an ask meme but screw it I’m bored so I’ll answer them all for my cannon Inquisitor Alyndria Lavellan.

Blackwall 1. Did they suspect his true identity at all? Were they taken by surprise when he revealed himself? - Had a weird feeling about it all, but she never really trusted grey wardens anyway. She didn’t really understand them and thought their actions went a bit too far sometimes. So she was surprised at first but it just made all her feelings click.

2. What did they choose to do with him and how did they feel about their choice? Were they guilty about leaving him in cell, if they choose to do so? - She let him stay, since she believed that he really just wanted to be a good man. She was angry, but she needed all the help she could get against corypheus, as long as he joined the wardens later.

3. Did their treatment of Blackwall change after discovering who he was? If yes, how so? - She was more reserved. She still had anger but knew that he was just trying to do what was best for everyone.

4. How close was your inquisitor to Blackwall? What drew your Inquisitor to him or away from him? - They were drinking buddies, she loved hearing his stories and hanging out etc. But nothing ever closer than that.

5. Did they remain in contact with him after the events of Trespasser - Yes. I believe he helped her create a wooden arm/etc for her.

Solas 1. Did your Inquisitor engage Solas academically with questions or were they uninterested in his experiences? - Hehhehe yes. Very much. Freakin fascinated she was.

2. Did they agree with his opinions about spirits, that they were friends and trustworthy? If not, what did your inquisitor believe instead? - Yes. She thought spirits were so interesting, and the fact that someone could be friends with a spirit intrigued her so so sooo much.

3. If your inquisitor was told they were “unlike others of their race” by Solas, how did they respond? Were they angry or grateful? - She responded that she made her own decisions, and that she was proud to be dalish but in the end she was her own person.

4. Did your Inquisitor think of Solas as Fen’harel or did they continue to think of him as their companion, a friend, if he was one to them, even after discovering who he was? - She loves him. No matter who he is, he will always be her Solas. She suspected that there had to be something more to him.

5. What did they choose, stop Solas or attempt to redeem him, and what motivated their choice? Fear? Love? - She wants to redeem him, because she loves him. She completely understands where he is coming from, but she knows there has to be a way to help him achieve his goal while being able to save the world they live in.

Sera 1. What did your Inquisitor think about the Red Jenny organization? Did they choose to be apart of it? - She kinda played along, but she thought it was a cool organization thing, even if she didn’t always agree with it.

2. Did your Inquisitor see Sera as troublesome or simply fun-loving? Did they join in for her pranks? - eh, she wasn’t super about the pranks, but she did play along once again. She was a little irked about her distaste for elven culture.

3. How did your Inquisitor respond to the truth of Sera’s childhood (the cookie scene), if they received it? Did they empathize? - She was so happy to understand Sera a bit more, and made her personality make more sense.

4. Did the Inquisitor attempt to stick up for the little people, like Sera, or did they have other goals? If so, what were their other goals? -Alyndria always stuck up for the little people. She still felt like a little person anyway, so she was hardcore with them.

5. Did your Inquisitor respond well to Sera and seek her company or avoid her? -She had a huge crush on her at first, but after finding out that she’s not very elf-y she backed off. The more time they spent together however the closer they got.

Cole 1. Before Cole’s personal mission, how did your Inquisitor feel about him? Were they comfortable or uncomfortable around him? - Alyndria Loves cole. One of the people she felt closest too, she understood why Solas loved spirits. She was extremely comfortable, he would understand everything she felt.

2. What did your Inquisitor think of Cole’s ability to see into people’s thoughts? - She thought it was odd, but once she saw that he wanted to help people she backed him fully. He cared so much.

3. Was Cole made more human or more spirit and why did your Inquisitor choose what they did? - More spirit. She tends to listen to Solas’s advice heavily, and the spirit side of Cole is who he really was, she didn’t want to change him.

4. Did your Inquisitor become friends with Cole? Did Cole leave the Inquisition at any point, due to conflict with your Inquisitor? - Nah they besties

5. How would you describe your Inquisitor’s relationship with cole? Non-existent? Or a relationship like that of siblings? - Siblingsiblingsibling like a little brother. She adored him and wanted to protect him so much. GAH Iron Bull 1. Was your Inquisitor wary of Bull upon learning he was a spy? - Yeah, she had never had much dealing with qunari so she was super wary. But once they got close she felt a lot better about it.

2. How did your Inquisitor react to the Chargers? Did they utilize them as allies or leave them to Bull? - She loved being buds with them. She definitely allied with them, using them wherever she could.

3. Did your Inquisitor prefer to talk things out instead of force? Did they clash with Bull in that way? - Yes. Alyndria always prefers nonviolence unless it isn’t possible. Except dragons. They very much agreed on dragons.

4. Did they choose the chargers or the Qunari alliance? If they condemned the Chargers to death, how did they feel? - She chose chargers. Always. She considers them friends, she couldn’t hurt them or do that to Bull

5. Was Iron Bull a valuable member of the Inquisition to your Inquisitor? Did they speak to him often? - Another one of her drinking buddies, she counted bull as one of her closer friends. Vivienne 1. Did your Inquisitor share Vivienne’s views on the circle of magi or disagree and why? -mmmnope. Very much disagreed. Dalishdalishdalish

2. Did your inquisitor view The Game as worthwhile or did they detest court intrigue? How did that affect their relationship with Vivienne? - She did love the court intrigue, she found it fun, so they were able to connect with that.

3. Did the feelings of your Inquisitor towards Vivienne change at all after completing her personal mission about Duke Bastian, if yes, in what way? -yesyesyes they gained so much more respect for each other.

4. Was Vivienne ever considered a candidate for Divine by your Inquisitor? Why was, or why wasn’t, she made Divine by your Inquisitor? -Nope no way. She didn’t want to give vivi any more power.

5. How did your Inquisitor feel about Vivienne? Friends? Allies? Rivals? - Rivals for a while, but eventually they came to an understanding. Varric 1. Was your Inquisitor’s relationship with Varric like that of Varric’s relationship with Hawke? Was it better? Worse? - Not better than hawke, but they were close friends.

2. How did your Inquisitor feel about Varric’s situation with Bianca? Who did they decide was right about what Bianca did? - Alyndria does not like Bianca. She’s super salty about how she treats Varric.

3. Did your Inquisitor approve of Varric’s stories? Did they read any of his books? - Hardcore Hard in Hightown fan. Read every one~

4. Did your Inquisitor try to dissuade Varric from believing that they were the herald of Andraste or did they encourage it? - Discouraged. She just wanted a friend.

5. Did your Inquisitor leave Hawke in the fade or save Hawke? How did that affect their relationship with Varric? -saved hawke SAVED HAWKE good lord she wouldn’t live if hawke died. Fenris would murder her. And yeah, it strengthened their friendship. Dorian 1. How does your Inquisitor feel about Tevinter? Did Dorian change their feelings at all about the Imperium? -She was wary, since you know. Slaves. Elves don’t exactly fare well there. But she believed in Dorian’s drive to change them.

2. How did your Inquisitor feel about the Necromancy specialization? Were they intrigued? Disgusted? - Not too happy with disrupting spirits and such but she respected the craft.

3. Did your Inquisitor attempt to have Dorian speak to his father or not? Does your Inquisitor relate to Dorian in terms of struggles with family or sexuality? - She wanted to get him away from his father. Being pansexual, she’s had to deal with the struggle of having same sex relationships and revealing this to family and this bond made them closer.

4. Was Dorian a good companion for your Inquisitor? Was there any personality clash between them? -Nope they were actual best friends. Like BFFS. They would get matching tattoos if they could I swear

5. Did your Inquisitor agree with Dorian’s decision to return to Tevinter? How did they feel about his choice? - She was upset cause she holds him so close to her heart, and especially after Solas left her she needed him, but he reassured her that he will aways be there for her and she knew that he was doing what was right. Cassandra 1. Was your Inquisitor Andrastian? Did their religious beliefs affect their relationship with Cassandra? - Yeah no she’s an Elven god gal. It made things rough at first, but they grew to understand.

2. What was Cassandra’s role in the Inquisition to your Inquisitor? Was she a crucial friend/ally or an unnecessary soldier? - Crucial crrruuucial friend. One of her best friends. So much trust like wow

3. Did your Inquisitor push Cassandra to rebuild or abandon the Seekers of Truth? Why? - Pushed to rebuild. Cassandra has so much drive and she knew she cared.

4. Did your Inquisitor agree with Cassandra’s vision for the Chantry? Did they choose her as Divine? - Not exactly, but she knew she would be the most reasonable and would be able to make things better for everyone, so ye she’s devine.

5. Does your Inquisitor know all of her middle names? - But of course. And she tries to refer to her as them all the time ;)
