Well I have something that I started working that planned to post eventually
It’s theories about Keeper’s lore
I did say I would go through her blog and I did. Guess I’m starting the theories for Keeper since on one else has made any yet.

I'm not caught up on kitsune lore, actually.
You have come to the right place, my friend.
All I think about is weird fox based lore.
We'll cover the 3 big ones of Japan, Korea and China.
THE FOX BREAK DOWN.
WHY THE FOX?
The fox in many cultures-in this case countries residing in the Eastern areas of the world-have been symbols of mystery, trickery, transformation and deception. This may account to the fact a fox is naturally a very fast and intelligent animal, that is rather nocturnal and has a way to always evade danger that it finds itself in. They're problem solvers. They also scream like women in distress. Or when they're happy-they scream like cars trying to rev up.
THE KITSUNE: Japanese messanger of the gods and local nuisence
The most popular of foxes in media, art and story, the Kitsune story comes from Japan. It has been the subject of movies, games, animes, mangas and even folk tales for generation. To put it simply, a Kitsune is a fox that possesses paranormal abilities. People already believed that foxes were supernatural in general-but with time and age, they'd grow smarter and wiser. A kitsune grows a new tail for every 100 years it lives-with those that have 9 tails being very powerful and with 10 tails earned, will ascend into GODHOOD.
-sound familiar to someone you might know?-
Kitsune and humans have always lived together and gotten along mostly. Fox Urine actually repels rats-so stones soaked in the urine of foxes would be placed near fields; which most likely led to people finding foxes sacred and becoming a symbol of the Japanese Deity, Inari Okami-the God of agriculture-and eventually being regarded as their messengers.
Kitsunes had the ability to shape shift-often doing so into beautiful women (and sometimes men depending on the story) and getting themselves married, but usually getting run off by their spouses' dogs (which they are afraid of) They also have a tendency to reveal themselves when they get drunk or are careless as the tails are the one part of themselves they can't hide properly (which is tricky if you got 9 of 'em.) Beautiful women with certain face structures and high cheek bones are often called 'fox faced'
Kitsune can be good or evil-some of the more wicked ones going out of their way to possesse humans and have to be exorcised to free them.
THE KUMHIO: Korea's nightmare manic pixie dream girl
The Kumhio is my personal favorite-hailing from Korean, the Kumhio (or Gumhio depending on spelling variation) is a fox similar to the Kitsune in many aspects. It's a very long lived 9 tail fox, it has supernatural powers of illusion, shapeshifting and magic. But the Kumhio is different in it's behavior. The Kumhio's favorite meal-unlike the tofu loving Kitsunes-is human livers. And they go about acquiring it in a very interesting way. They will become women (or men) and manage to get hitched up to whoever is most convenient and begin to systematically prey on everyone in the household. First the animals, then the servants, the family, and often times leaving the spouse for last. They are also known to dig up fresh graves to get the livers. They also sport something similar to the kitsune that was not mentioned-a Bead they keep inside their bodies that they can cough up. This is called a Fox Bead. Putting this bead in your mouth can give you IMMENSE knowledge of the sky land and seas. Often times this is only shared by the Kuhio via a sort of 'deep kiss' where it puts the ball in your mouth and then takes it back with it's long unnatural tongue. But most cases have been people trying to steal it/accidently swallowing it. Although humans are a Kumhio's prey-if a Kumhio abstains from killing and consuming a human for 1000 days, it too will become mortal and then can enjoy all mortal perks (getting married, sharing a life span with someone, not being a literal monster) They are sometimes in mythology (depending on who you ask and which variation of the story you read) regarded as a lesser creature, but still very very dangerous. I wouldn't wanna fuck around and find out with one of these puppies.
FAVORITE PIECE OF MEDIA INVOLVING A KUMHIO:
Laon, it's a great horror read, kinda short, but still great. I love it unironically.
THE HULI-JING: Your friendly neighborhood fox ghost
The Huli-Jing is another Fox Spirit, this time from China. Much like Japan, it has the same properties as the Kitsune; Supernaturally weird, crazy long lived, can become god, people tend to like them. Until they do fucked up stuff. One case had a huli-jing posesses an important woman in power and she and her husband while posessed basically started torturing and murdering people and starting a massive revolt against their dynasty. Unlike Kumhios who suck life essence from the mouth (and eat your liver) The Huli-Jing will go the Succubus route and.....steal semen. That's right, the foxes are turning into hot hot women and are stealing your life force via your jizz boys, keep it in your pants. But despite that, many villages in history love the Fox Spirit-a saying going as far as villages shouldn't be established without a fox spirit milling about. They're seemingly friendly provided you pay them the right respects. Many people would have in home shrined dedicated to them to make offerings right there.
TLDR: Foxes are fuckin' spooky, turnin into women, stealin' your semen, your liver and making your goddamn rice grow. fuckin' foxes doin' FOX SHIT.

OKAY, I think I'm done for now.
@electrozeistyking and I a little while ago talked about how GD!N would react to DAS!Cyn. They went on about in a reblog but basically he would be extremely happy bc DAS!Cyn is a separate entity to the Absolute Solver, therefore meaning she's not the one behind everything.
So at first they probably both would be extremely happy. DAS!Cyn in her own AU upon meeting N first is absolutely terrified that he might hate her after everything the AS made her do. So the fact GD!N would react very positively to her presence would be a huge a relief to her.
Now, the issue is that the "Dormant" in "Dormant" Absolute Solver is in quotations for a reason. It simply lost interest in her as a main host / had no need for her anymore. It still has admin rights over DAS!Cyn and she still has a Solver Form. Though she doesn't use it by choice bc of PTSD triggers (until possibly a specific point in Ep7 but I'm waiting for ep8 to decide).
So yeah I think that would make both GD!N and DAS!Cyn kinda anxious to put it lightly.
(More Art and stuff under cut because this crossover has been living RENT FREE IN MY HEAD)
Also fun fact
@electrozeistyking has mentioned and shown Beanie finding comfort in the sound of her fathers core.
Well funny story.
DAS!Cyn always was comforted by her brothers core back at the manor, when they first reuite at the start of Ep6 and she sees DAS!Uzi summon her Solver wings and tail, her instinct is pressing closer to DAS!Ns chest for comfort. Her memories of the Solver features are very very blurry, but she is triggered by seeing them regardless.
I thought It was cute the girls have that in common, so I decided to draw them and GD!N sleeping with the girls having their heads close to his core :3
OKAY FINALLY WE GET TO THE DOODLE PAGE
I didn't feel like fully making these so they're sketchy doodles :"
The first two are based on Zeisty saying GD!N would probably pick DAS!Cyn up and spin her around. Also you probably noticed between this doodle, the first drawing & the Tiny!N & DAS crossover post, but DAS!Cyn displays flowers on her visor to emote happiness!
The 3rd and 4th are just random interactions between the kiddos lol. I feel like Beanie probably would be happy to have another Auntie, not to mention one closer to her age so they can do silly kid stuff together. DAS!Cyn... oh boy
She would feel a whole range of emotions; grief about missing so much of her brothers life (like he has a kid ffs), guilt and self blame after finding out what happened to Uzi (she blames herself for everything the AS caused, even tho she never agreed to it) which might end up in a "slight" breakdown, anger at the AS for causing GD!N that kind of pain and eventually once she processed all those emotions she probably would be excited to get to know Beanie. Like!! Imagine finding out you have a little Niece!!
She probably would struggle to easily keep up with Beanie bc she still has motor issues like in canonverse so she's a little slower, so it'd be mostly her trying not to fall over her own feet whilst being dragged around by an excited toddler who probably even with child lock is stronger than her lmao.
Also I drew DAS!Cyn in an alternate outfit bc I wanted to actually kinda show the oil reserve canister,,,
Ok wanting to respond to the hashtags specifically bc :)) yay
Also ig this is some DAS lore fact drops lol
Yeah, DAS!Cyn kinda didn't take it well either when she first realized the AS technically can still take over if it really wanted to after she transferred bodies in an attempt to escape. Imagine getting your core nearly crushed in an attempt to flee from robo satan just to find out entity STILL can use you for their bidding. Like!!! Damn that's not fair the kid nearly fucking died trying to break free!!!
DAS!Cyn definitely would want to spare Beanie the horrors too. DAS!Cyn herself is mentally like 7-10/11 at best 6-9 at worst -- despite kids usually just saying whatever comes to mind, she repressed most AS related stuff for a reason, she definitely wouldn't share what she knows with her newfound niece
I feel things would be either super great and happy or super traumatizing depending on when in the timeline we throw DAS!Cyn at them. If she's there during ep 6-7? Oh boy. Oh no. DAS!Cyn & DAS!N have an exchange during Ep7 that would not go over so well if it was GD!N in DAS!Ns place, because it would be awfully similar to GD!Uzis death -- she doesn't die, because DAS!N can't get himself to shoot with her being so close to the AS, despite her literally shouting at him to do it and that she won't be angry, that'll be fine. -- yeah I don't think GD!N would handle that well 😭 Zeisty feel free to get the angst train rolling if you wanna add your two cents on how that'd go over -- any point before that? Probably fine. Post S1? I'd imagine also fine depending on what Ep8 throws at us (except like... look at ideas list for more info*)
I'll assume that'd be Beanie reacting to seeing DAS!Cyn having the Solver tail and possibly the glitching Solver symbol in her visor. Yeah she definitely would try to play it off and go try and hide somewhere until she can get it under control again. High stress or negative emotions causes her Solver to act up (unrelated to the AS, just her own Solver form without the entity controlling anything!!) So what I said above to her reaction to the news of GD!Uzi being dead? And possibly finding out the reason why? Yeah that might trigger her tail and wings to pop out and her to basically be reduced to a hyperventilating ball on the floor because of proceeding to blame herself for all of GD!Ns suffering due to thinking the AS actions & it being a danger are her fault
Other things I kinda wanted to doodle but didn't for now, might do at a later point;
Cyn still has a Solver Core, which is the same as a DD core (except smaller lol). So I was playing with the idea of Beanie noticing that her core sounds different from GD!Ns due to hers being severely damaged and actively leaking after the AS attempted to crush it during the body transfer. DAS!Cyn then trying to play it off
Some kind of acknowledgement of the Oil reserve canister on DAS!Cyns back, it was made by Tessa before the AS did the medurder and stuff. It's supposed to help keep the Solver in check by preventing overheating, hence why its directly connected to her chest where her core is
There was something else but it slipped my mind
Smth I'm not gonna say publicly for now until Zeisty posts something about it and/or eventually posts the chapters bc I don't want to spoil esp not bc it isn't my place to :" (if you're curious, Zeisty, lmk I can tell you in VC or DMs lol) but it partly would possibly be related to the 1st idea listed
* I have an idea for what happens to Cyns original body (the one the AS uses & that wears Tessa) post Ep8 IF Ep8 let's me do it that is. I think it could be fun to crossover that idea bc of GD!Ns ghost sight.... tho it definitely also would be fucking stressful and trauma inducing bc Solver stuff sooo yeah rip (again, if you want I could elaborate in vc or DMs on this bc I want to first wait and see what the season finale brings before I do anything "official" with this)
GD!N reacting to the information that DAS!Cyn canonly shot "Tessas" gun at the AS (well technically at its tentacles. Point being that kid fired a gun/knows how to use one) -- which again could be very interesting if we were to toss them into the same Ep7 bc that's when she does it
Possibly GD!N finding out ab the scars/cracks surrounding DAS!Cyns core bc,,, yeah
Anyways uuuhh heightbsheet bc I'm 99% sure I drew stuff inaccurate
These were actually so fun to draw and think & talk about. I'll post the GD x IC crossover once I'm done with that (yes, yes there is more than what you already saw Zeisty. Not much more but more nonetheless)

⚠️⚠️‼️‼️SPOILERS FOR MURDER DRONES EPISODE 8‼️‼️⚠️⚠️
I have SO many questions regarding these
“I’m not solved”—I can’t tell if this is supposed to be a jab at it being named “solver” or if the actual plot isn’t solved (it does indeed have many loose ends) and it’s alluding to a second season or perhaps a spinoff. It’s also possible that Liam wants us fans to solve some mysteries that he left behind for us. Though in my opinion I feel like a spinoff is more plausible—especially since these were left behind in the credits:
This split second frame doesn’t look like Cyn to me, and I can’t make out who it might be. Am I missing something? Also the glitch???? Is Uzi a Hologram?? What’s up with her goggle looking things on her head? So many questions, and I really really want them to be answered. Not to mention I want more lore on the murder drones, earth, and how they’re almost like robot-vampires. What happened to that? I need answers!
And is nobody going to mention these?
Maybe the flash back to dead doll was purely comedic, or maybe she still may be (somehow) still relevant? Is the question mark after “gone too soon” weird, or is it just me?
Anyhoo thanks for reading my crazed conspiracy theories I hope I sound somewhat sane while trying to make these connections/musings! Any thoughts on these?

Keeper, what is your relationship with Archivist?
(I ask this because I found out you lost some other ask of someone questioned the same or similar thing and that it was the Reveal of some lore so I asked this so you can do it still!)
You are the most helpful little helper ( even if in the end I found the ask I thought I lost lmao )
But, for your good help anyway, I'll ramble about Keeper's relationships
I think it's stuff I mentionned before but only in tags so here's an explanation of Keeper's relationships !
•Adopted children, characters that she actually raised: Archivist (by @/pom3-cryns), Morpheus (by @/finstel) [this may include more characters later on]
•Characters that are like foster children to her : Filante, Messenger
•'Neighbors kid' she cares for as her own : Trader, Courier, Observer
•Friends (on equal level, so less of a maternal connections) : Filante, Wayfinder, Watcheye
•Patients (those she cared back to health): Stitcher, Faceless, most of the other characters you may see in her domaine
Most people, y/n or you viewers fall in the patient or neighbors kid category btw, depending on what you need from Keeper
•Coworkers/Part of the oob system like her : Observer, Solver, Shopkeeper, Watcheye, Archivist, Admin
•Cousins : the Nyxies, any Nyxies really, but most often 1.0, 2.0 and 3.0. And also Muse. Keeper see them as cousins because I'm their creators, she'll feel that way with most of my AUs
Damaged relationship : Stitcher, Admin
You may notice some characters are in multiple categories, and it's too highlights the complex relationships she has. It's full of nuances. Archivist is her son but also a coworker. Filante started out as a foster kid but things developped between them to a point that kind of relationship hurt them both, so Keeper had to take a step back and let Filante go so they could be on equal grounds.
I hope this lil bit of lorz sharing wasn't too much
New asks are coming tonight ! And hopefully during the week too
I have to comb through what I can answer and start to show more lore more frankly
In the mean time, reminder that I have a website where a lot of stuff was revealed, and in some of the lastest asks I gave away a lot of stuff too
The crew decided that we could stop teasing the lore and instead being more frank about it, so get ready for that whenever it comes lmao
#welcome home au#welcome home#whmultiverse#keeper poppy au#multiverse mom#ask peacekeeper poppy#ask blog#poppy partridge#welcomehome#poppy welcome home#lore time#relationship talk#i find it a little sad I have to he more direct but since the clues aren't really being picked up#i hate that I have to spell everything out as it feels it takes away the fun of the search#but well that's part of the content creation game#still i can't believe that i showed a julie having her arm thorn multiples times#while also having a julie with a suspiciously coincidentally placed stitches#i wonder why

Anyways- now onto the AUs :D
I ended up choosing the Kai in HF murder drones au(Murder…Kai?), but if you want i can tell you about the Disassembly Drone Kai au too :D
Ok, so here’s the lineup(so far):
Kai as Uzi
Max as N(Serial Designation M)
Grace as V(Serial Designation G)
Alice as J(Serial Designation A)
Lex as Doll(I forgot to mention her in the lore, but she’s a Worker drone whose family was killed by V and is now a serial killer of sorts. She is also a host of the A.S)
Deb as Tessa(one of the few humana that we see in Murder Drones. Yup. Totally a human.)
Paul as Khan(I am. So sorry. But Paul is gotta be a shitty parent in this au. I am sorry Paul)
Emma as Nori(Supposedly dead, killed by murder drones. Another host of the A.S)
Ms. Holloway as Yevana- I am not sure i spelled her name right( Pamela is not gonna be Lex’s mom in this au because Lex would probably be happy to see her mom dead. So let’s just say that she and Hannah got adopted by Duke and Holloway. Another host of the A.S)
Jason as Thad(we love Thad in this house)
Steph as Lizzy
Pete as that one guy whose head was one fire(Rest in peace)
Richie as that other guy who got killed in episode 4
Charlotte Sweetly as Alice
Ruth as Cyn
The LiB as The Absolute Solver
and also CCRP as JCjenson(in spaceeee)
Now, first i want to explain how the A.S works in thie AU:
(since we know next to nothing about the Absolute Solver, I have decided to take creative liberty. Also note that i know nothing about how programs works so all of this could be incredibly stupid)
Different Lords in Black = different types/versions of the A.S(also note: Abilities and level of control the host might have over the A.S depend on the version)
Webby(A.S.Version 1.0): You get almost all the abilities of the A.S, without having to fight for control of your body! Isn’t that great? I’m sure whatever ability that you won’t have isn’t important! Host: Ms. Holloway, Emma
Wiggly(A.S.Version 2.0): Depending on the host, level of control may vary. But over time, the host can learn to control it(or they can try to appease the wrath in hopes of gaining more control, but it won’t do much good). Oh yeah i forgot to mention. Despite how much you might try to completely control it, it can still influence you, and turns your anger or frustration or grief or anything to wrath. Yay
Host: Lex
Blinky(A.S.Version 2.5): It’s similar to wiggly, but it’s practically harmless. I mean all it wants to do is watch.
(Former) Host: M
Tinky(A.S.Version 3.0): Default version of the A.S of the murder drones. Gives you(almost) full autonomy. Version of A.S that ruth CCRP(in spaceeee) used to turn the D.D’s memories to soup.
Hosts: M, V, A
Nibbly(A.S.Version 3.2): A sub program. The reason why A.S hosts need to drink oil. Nobody knows whose idea it was to add that, but it exists.
Hosts: Literally anyone who is an A.S host
Pokotho(A.S.Version ?): Most powerful and uncontrollable version of A.S. Either you can sorta control it, or it will fully overtake you(like ruth). Only version of A.S that will give you an A.S form- which is very similar to the murder drones, though it is more organic and life-like.
Hosts: Kai, Ruth, Emma(former host)
Anyways I realize that this is getting quite long and that it is currently 1:00am here so I will continue info dumping after i get some sleep(this guy will definitely not sleep and will continue to stay awake for the rest of the night looking at the ceiling in hopes sleep comes)
DUDE THIS IS SO COOL!!! SHITTY PARENT PAUL NOOOO also yeah. get some sleep

hii! i havent been able to keep up with the lore since the theory bros and stuff. could you give a quick rundown of everything involving the eggs, binary monster cucurucho and stuff? (i didn't know who else to ask)
I'll do my best! :D
SO I'm actually going to start by talking about Arin, who is the consciousness that sometimes inhabits q!Luzu's body.
Arin says he is not an AI, but he is from "another world", and, most importantly, he can see code. He knew when the eggs arrived because of the change in code.
Arin is actively being hunted by the Binary Guys. He's also building a machine to connect his world and the qsmp so he can try and bring Tilin back to life, and that's important because that machine is one of the things that the Theory Bros are looking into.
And now, the Theory Bros.
The Theory Bros are made up of q!Bad, q!Maximus, q!Foolish, and now q!Cellbit, who is fucking smart, btw. There are also some new members who are just kinda hanging out? Like q!Phil, who is the babysitter, and q!Roier, who is just kinda hanging out tbh, and now English q!Quackity, who is notably separate from Hispanic q!Quackity.
The group was originally founded by Bad, Maximus, and Foolish shortly after Trump Egg's death, and now it's developed into a society dedicated to solving the mystery of the island and, most importantly, escaping the island.
They didn't get super far until recently when the Brazilians showed up, because it turns out that Cellbit is like a professional ARG maker and solver. His character is also just a little bit insane I think, but that's not super important.
They have a bunch of secret bases set up, and Foolish has. His living room.
But every time they've gotten anywhere, something has happened to keep them from making progress. Sometimes it's the Binary Monsters, sometimes it's Cucurucho, sometimes it's their own arguments. And sometimes? Sometimes it's the eggs.
The Eggs.
The Eggs all showed up as part of an event that started in like mid-April if I remember correctly. Basically, the island was split into a bunch of pairs- one English speaker and one Spanish speaker- and they were supposed to take care of an egg. Whoever kept their egg the happiest would get a reward when the eggs' mother, a Fucking Dragon, showed up. Whoever's eggs had died would be horribly punished.
This is fine, but it gets interesting not even a week into the event when Cucurucho tells q!Roier not to touch his egg and not to trust it. Roier has not, to my knowledge, mentioned this to anyone because he's a secretive bastard.
And then some eggs died and there was a funeral. The dead parents got to say a goodbye to their eggs in a room under the cemetery. Angel Rubius (suspicious) was there, as was Cucurucho, and the whole thing was sponsored by the QSMP Federation. At said funeral, the "dead" Trump (the Egg) said that "they" are scary, not mentioning anybody by name, but him saying that and then immediately getting shut up kinda set Maximus off on his theory stuff full-force.
Since then, the eggs have been really kinda sus, some more than others. Leonarda said that her best friend was Cucurucho, and she's also kinda been on a whole 'hey dad don't look too deep into anything' kick recently. And then there was a secret Federation torture tunnel beneath Richarlyson's house, and then there is the sudden and spontaneous appearances of both Tallulah and Richarlyson. And then there are the Weird Things.
Because the eggs were supposed to die a few weeks ago. A hijacked island announcement said as much, and then, on the day of their supposed deaths, the eggs disappeared and came back with cracks in them. Since then, they have been increasingly attacked by the Binary Monsters, and that's weird.
The Binary Monsters
So the Binary Monsters first showed up on a Philza stream from April. He and Fit killed one, and then we didn't see one again until Luzu's reappearance on the server after a hiatus. During that stream, Arin reappeared, and so did the Binary Monsters.
Since then, the Monsters have showed up attacking vulnerable eggs. They seem to go after eggs alone with one parent- case in point being Philza in a stream recently when he was alone with the eggs and then a Monster killing Bobby while he was alone with Roier in the middle of nowhere.
The Binary Monsters have Binary Names! :D They seem to be naming themselves after... things? One of them had a name that translated to '777', which was interesting because it was the one attacking Foolish and Leonarda right outside of Vegetta's house right after Vegetta had logged off.
Cellbit has the theory that the eggs and the Binary Monsters are related. He also has the theory that the Binary Monsters and Cucurucho are related.
Cucurucho
We all know Cucurucho, also known as Osito Bimbo, also known as the QSMP Census Bureau Creature. It uses it/its pronouns, and so that is what I will be using.
Cucurucho has been hanging around since day one of the server. It does Census Bureau Things. It also flirts with Roier sometimes.
But starting at around the time the eggs showed up, Cucurucho has been a bit more distant. By that, I mean that it's been stalking people in the background of their streams, teleporting around and following them and scaring the shit out of them. It's been paying close attention to the Theory Bros, especially q!Max and q!Cellbit, though it is also Leonarda's friend. It watches q!Slime sleep sometimes, which is normal behavior for sure.
It has a good time watching people suffer. It laughs when players are in pain. Sometimes it even blows bubbles. I may be biased, but I love it.
The other night, Cucurucho showed up to get Cellbit to stop building a villager farm (which is illegal on the server.) It then proceeded to chase him down a Torture Hallway, laugh when he died, laugh when he saw his corpse and freaked out, and then they had a question and answering session.
To summarize the various q and a sessions from the past few weeks: Cucurucho doesn't know what the Binary Monsters are, and it is ambiguously part of the Federation. Its purpose seems to be to make sure people are happy. When asked who's keeping everyone on the island, it responded with 'quack', and then it mentioned a 'host' in a later interrogation. It doesn't like the eggs very much, but as long as the island's inhabitants are happy, then it doesn't mind them (the eggs.)
TLDR; Weird shit is happening on the island, but don't worry, because it's all going to be fine :)
I obviously don't know everything because I can't watch every stream and I do only speak English, but I hope this recap helps a little! :D

honestly not sure how i feel abt the latest MD episode? mostly positive, i do like some of the new lore elaborations, but i also feel like the pacing would've actually kinda benefitted from it either being a slightly longer episode (which it already is, but still) or even potentially being a two-parter? it consistently felt like stuff was happening too fast to really register as scary and it felt like there were a few things left unclear that really weren't supposed to be unclear.
that said, as previously mentioned, i like some of the extra lore beats we got quite a lot, and i really appreciate the throughline/confirmation of "overuse of Absolute Solver makes the drone overheat, Disassembly Drones have to eat Worker Drones in order to prevent their own systems from overheating, therefore Doll (and now Uzi) killing and eating people is at least not entirely sadism and is done partly out of a need to survive" -- though it leads me to wonder why Doll isn't as, pardon my french, batshit insane as AS!Uzi is here? i'm assuming it's just because she doesn't overuse AS like Uzi did in this episode (seriously, Uzi, you still have hands, you don't need to use your telekinesis to open your backpack or take a calendar off the wall)
soo. yeah. decent episode. probably my least favorite so far, but not by a gigantic margin or anything. would've loved it to be a two-parter as that might've made the pacing/character deaths more impactful and let scenes/lore drops sit a bit longer before moving onto the next thing -- that worked in Heartbeat, yeah, but Heartbeat didn't have to dedicate a solid half its runtime to building up its own premise before letting things spiral (and it wasn't exactly killing off named characters either)

Murder Drones Episode 3 Analysis
I was bored and in the mood to theorize, so this series continues. Also, I've given up on keeping these free from future episode spoilers, so be warned I guess.
Right off the bat, I find "3071" to be an oddly specific number, and it is for this reason that I think the mansion era stuff took place in 3021, because 50 is a nice round number that makes sense, and follows the "year of production" thing that shows do, aka, make the year in show the same as the real world date. You may be asking, "Tessa doesn't look over 50!" And to that I reply, Cryogenics, Cyborg, Tessa is dead and that's not Tessa.

Doll has some weird anti-gravity stuff going on with her hair, similarly to the anti-gravity effect seen in the FINAL DESTINATION trailer
It seems object duplication is within the solver's arsenal Do you think that would work on entire drones, mayhaps related to the Disassembly Drone cloning?
It was revealed in Glitch X that these roaches were originally self-duplicating cleaner bots, but duplicated too much and became pests Just some lore :> THEORY TIME! Today we are analyzing: the symbolism of killing cleaner roaches (yay!)
It has been pointed out by Youtuber Narujen that certain characters, who are seen as more malicious, are seen killing roaches (Pictured above: Doll stepping on a roach), while others...
(pictured: N stopping himself from stepping on a roach)
(Pictured: Uzi healing a roach) ... are seen valuing the lives of them more. What am I getting at here?
Well, What's the other notable roach scene?
When the solver killed the roach in Cyn's introduction scene. While this is most likely simply an indication of the solver's evilness and nothing more, it could also suggest, that while Cyn is a separate entity from the solver, perhaps she's not entirely opposed to it either... Yeah, this is literally just my recent fascination with this headcannon talking. I think the show itself will take the good-Cyn route, but it's fun to think about!

I don’t want to necessarily convince you to like Yeva. But I do want to mention some posible explanations and ideas for her character. Now I will admit, this does have plenty of inferences, since we still lack concrete details about Yeva
In a positive way, I think it’s funny on how we both see Yeva as someone who is has much more going on that the series wants us to think. But I see it more in tragic and endearing way, while you see it in a more sinister way. Which is fine by me.
And I do agree, Liam did reveal more about Yeva in EP7 but still left important bits about her murky.
Aight, into the possible explanations for her character:
-I think in EP7, because of it theme’s and lore, introduced Yeva more properly to establish her character and her past relationship between her and Nori and how that lead to the event that started the whole plot on copper-9. Yeva choosing to simply chop Nori’s arm instead of outright killing her did impact the plot. Also to draw the contrast between their relationship with Uzi’s and Doll’s relationship.
Plus Yeva’s presence and importance was already being built up since EP2. She appears in EP2, EP3, EP4, EP6 and in EP7, sure her previous appearances are very small and short, but it still a constant reminder of her existence. But bc of how the entire season is told in 8Eps, it will struggle with pacing. 8EP may have left no room for that Yeva and Nori flashback so it hat to be shoved in EP7
-Even if we don’t ever see Yeva getting killed by V, when shown Doll’s dad’s murder you can actually spot her corpse to the left down corner, meaning she was killed first. Doesn’t explain why we didn’t get a flashback of her death scene unfortunately, maybe to add more mystery to her?
-My only explanation as to why Yeva never got involved with the Doormans post-core collapse may have to do with the blast itself. Nori said in EP7 she woke up with her head scrambled, which could be bc of the the solver messing with her brain but could also be from the sheer force of the blast causing her head damage. Yeva and Nori could have gotten some sort of amnesia fue to the blast’s impact. Forgetting about eachother
-Her death is definitely the most complicated to explain. She is shown as this absolutele baddass who obliterated the anti-christ. Only to die to V, who has lost battles to other AS hosts. The few ideas that I can come up with is:
Since Yeva was seemed to be caring and protecting of Nori, almost self-sacrificial, putting herself more at risk by shielding Nori behind her. I wouldn’t be too surprised if she willingly let V kill her to hopefully save her family. By letting V focus only on her, her husband and Doll could have buy more time to scape. After all, she probably was the one to die first out out of everyone in her family according to my post.
Another reason could be because she probably wasn’t familiar with disassembly drones, perhaps she tried to use her AS only to realize it doesn’t work.
And/or she taken off guard or overtaken by shock & fear, feels- slightly off character but we have seen her be in a state of shock in EP4 and EP6 (tho we should take consideration that the footage fake Tessa showed in EP6 may be fabricated since the computer was overrun with yellow text/UID, the AS’s/Cyn’s signature color).
The other possibility, Yeva wasn’t as skilled with the AS like the rest. Perhaps she was aware that using the AS would cause her overheating, so to avoid that, she barely used the AS, making her inexperienced.
and a more crazy idea, if she indeed had amnesia, maybe she forgot some of her fighting techniques or that she owned the AS at all.
And finally, even if I hate the fact am going to say this but Yeva being able to defeat Solver Nori was possible because a bunch of factors at her favor. Cyn or the AS was distracted with Mitchell, and probably underestimated everyone. Also possessed AS’s hosts seem to have slow reaction time sometimes and Yeva had the luck to have entered at the church at the right time and had the patch in her hands which is an incredibly strong artifact against the AS. So Yeva really had luck by her side
But bc am an agent of chaos.
-The only thing that seems really off to me, is how the hell is she still…dead.
We know both she and Doll technically have a patched version of the AS, and could explain why Yeva didn’t revive, but that doesn’t explain why Doll on the other hand, did in EP3. It could be because of how they got this version of the AS. Yeva got it directly from the USB but Doll inherited via genetics, maybe that could be an influence?
The other idea is that Yeva’s heart got eaten or was severely damaged. Or her death is a massive plot hole, which wouldn’t be much of a shocker to me.
But I wouldn’t be too surprised if Yeva somehow comes back, but here is the thing:
If she does come back, what does she get to offer? Plot and thematic-wise? As much as I love her I can’t come up with anything the she can bring anything new to the table if she comes back from the dead. All I know if she does come back as threat she is going to be a hell of a monster to take down. Maybe come back as a threat in season 2? But that’s just wishful thinking.
I genuinely love her as a character but I really think she should stay dead for the better, plus her revival would take away the impact of her death.
-Now I wouldn’t mind if it’s later revealed she does have…something more sinister to her. Its just from what I’ve seen from her and in my interpretation, she doesn’t seem to be that kind of character. But I wouldn’t mind her being actually somewhat fucked up as long as it’s executed well.
Actually, something interesting that I realized if she does has smth more sinister going on it would contrast Nori.
Nori’s previous portrayal and past actions are heavily shown in a negative light, but it’s revealed she had good intentions and wasn’t that bad of a person. So with Yeva, someone who’s been painted as innocent person, could actually wind up someone with more sinister plans.
Now onto Yeva and Nori paralleling eachother. Albeit small, they are shown many between eachother:
-Both where CFL experiments that got where directly involved in the core collapse, both who after winded up building a family and having a daughter who inherited the solver
-Both died (Nori, technically did in a way), and their death and past actions haunted their daughter’s lives
-Also both got killed by disassembly drone who winded up developing a direct connection to their kids (Doll and V wanting to rip eachother’s guts out. And N and Uzi literally become a couple. Which that in itself is an interesting parallel. And even if N wasn’t the one to indirectly kill Nori, it still a interesting parallel)
-the portrayal of their relationship is a polar opposite to Doll’s and Uzi’s relationship
-All of the Russian family members are dead, meanwhile the Doormans are all alive and kicking. And I think you mentioned it before or maybe sm else, the Russian’s are implied to have had a much more healthier and closer bond than the Doormans, who have all unfortunately hurt eachother and have a strained relationship. (Tho Khan’s and Uzi’s relationship is getting development)
-If the past portrayal of Nori, depicting her as sociable, cool, quirky and snarky is canon, it’s a big contrast to Yeva’s introverted, quiet, sassy behavior
-Yeva was the only test subject who got the patch implemented correctly, a sign of hope for humanity. But Nori was the test subject who made hell break loose on Copper-9 and wipe humanity. (Yes, am aware she was possessed)
-Oh and just in case, if indeed the footage shown by fake Tessa in EP6 is true. Here is what I understand from them:
In the interview pic I belive this was before Nori and Yeva getting patched, and Yeva’s eye wound was caused by the AS (Like Doll and Uzi experienced).
And in the video of Solver Nori attacking the camera seems to be a reference to a document Uzi finds out about her mom in EP7. (The document has the same footage of Solver Nori from EP6)
I just wanna preamble, that I'm really sorry towards all of my mutuals who really love Yeva as a character, but for me, I just can't come forward to liking her, and it's all for a simple reason:
Genuinely, why are we getting so much content with Yeva? Why did we need a flashback to the Core collapse when episode 7 was already crammed as it was? Why did we never see Yeva die on screen but saw his unnamed, barely mentioned husband get openly murked on screen? Why do Uzi and Doll treat each other like complete and utter strangers when Yeva should have been there to forge a connection between the two that would have spared us the plot and saved the entire colony in the process by uniting Uzi's resourcefulness and spirit of initiative with Doll's badassery and tactical mind?
I like Doll's dad. Liam clearly didn't bother to give him a name or a personality since he wasn't relevant to the plot, and of course, for Liam Vickers the plot comes before the characters, so him being dead doesn't really ring any alarm bells within me; he is very clearly intended to be a blank slate for the fans to latch on any head canon that suits their ways; he's a little bit of wasted potential, a trait that unfortunately he passed down to his daughter, but at least he doesn't really terrify me in any way that matters (especially since he would theoretically be Khan's foil. ....... Yeah).
But Yeva...... My god.
I shit you not when I say that to me, she's the scariest character in the entire show, way more terrifying than whatever any of that mid crap with the Absolute Solver or that lame ass body horror porn Cynesssa were.
Because to me, Yeva doesn't scare me in any physical, gorey matter, no: Yeva scares me in a psychological way.
Yeva is definitely being built up as this non impressionable, unfathomable badass, who has passed down to Doll all of her girlbossery and mastery of the Absolute Solver; she is the true caring mother between her and Nori, she was so good that Doll wanted to avenge her dead at any cost, she is so cool and strong that the patch worked on her flawlessly, and then proceeded to just completely mop the floor with a possessed Nori; Nori, that, may I remind you, was capable of fending off against a fully possessed Solver Uzi able to throw out copius amounts of black holes; the same Nori, who, as a core, ended that fight by slapping Uzi so hard that it created crumbling debris upon the impact; that Yeva was then killed by a solo hunting V, who has been shown multiple times to play with her food.
And the fandom somehow believes all of that?!?
Nobody is questioning just how sus any of this information is? Even if so many of the pieces when put together don't make any sense?
Do you remember these two shots from episode 6?
Aside from their questionable reliability considering the fact that Tessa was actually Cyn in disguise, don't you remember when we all speculated Nori to be more than a puppet and a possibly willing harbinger of death? I do. Never forgotten.
Now, I'm not jumping the shark and saying that Yeva is actually a manipulative monster, that would be extremely detrimental to the story; I'm saying that with all the parallelisms between the two families it's suspiciously weird that we aren't getting any noticeable narrative similarities between Nori and Yeva; because, you see, when I said before that Khan and Doll's dad weren't foils I actually lied:
In the Pilot, to protect the colony, Khan sacrifices Uzi to N and shuts a door behind him, refusing to shoot with the rail gun; in the flashback of Promening, to protect his daughter, Doll's dad shoots a photo of V to distract her, while Doll watches his dad sacrifice himself behind a door.
We just saw that Uzi's mother survived the attack of the Disassembly Drone (N) and turned into a crab. Now, I don't know all of you, but to me, N always seemed like the most efficient of the Disassembly Drones. His lack of empathy coupled with his low ego and self esteem made him a much more competent murderer than J or V, who were either too busy showboating or coping hard with the consequences of their violent actions; so for N to be unable to kill Nori while V was able to kill Yeva just seems like the most convenient writing decision possible.
(Convenient is a word used by Uzi to describe Doll's trap in episode 6)
Yeva absolutely creeps the f##k out of my brain, it's genuinely so unsettling seeing how much Liam Vickers has been playing up this character's current unimportance and getting away with it by the eyes of the community.
I don't know you all, but I haven't felt scared by Murder Drones at all ever since the Alice finger scene in episode 6. I was like, "cool Liam, do whatever you want, play up all the horror that you like, congratulations, I'm officially desensitized. Your cute little flesh iron puppy that you've been building up for a year barely stroked a dent into me" but I'm not like that with Yeva. Whenever a fandom starts to play up a character's innocence that's when my fight or flight reaction kicks in. I've been a fervent protester of indoctrination for all of my life, and that includes fandom culture and mob thinking; I ain't buying any of you all sweet Yeva crap until episode 8 rolls around.

"The computer's aid" some thoughts:
1. The earliest computers started as basically calculators/algorithm solvers (they helped "compute" them) so the arithmetic part fits this as well
2. Despite major AI advances, our brains are basically still the fastest computer we have (literally AI tries to reach the speed our neurons fire when poblem solving/calculating and still havent done so yet), so "computer's aid" something to supplement our already fast problem solving speed also makes sense. the theory discord I'm in pointed out that some of the first computers were actually people hired to compute too!
3. This is the first of IRIS's earliest prototypes meaning that they have definitely invented a more advanced version of this.
So, what if this is one of the earliest versions of Anti? Going from a a compueter aid thru your head/bones ->a more advanced version of an AI helper-> said ai helper advances too much maybe that it corrupts and creates Anti, taking control over the user?

i dont know if anyone mentioned this, but thinking about that last scene of Anti finally coming thru the camera, passing all of the bodies of the iris workers he literally just killed and introducing himself to chase and like. if that was the point where anti was corporeal/chase finally saw him in person, like can you just imagine how terrified Chase must’ve been to see all those people drop like flies basically out of nowhere beforehand?
Something you can’t see just decimating everyone around you as you remain the last person alive somehow. only to have the thing you had just tried to warn them about, very thing that has been haunting you for so long, that feeling of absolute dread and horror personified literally looming over you. greeting you with a simple hello and a smile.

Hello hi please give me your thoughts on last life Martyn lore. DUDE I thought he was like, one of the only "good" people on the server, because in the last episode he acted genuinely concerned with Scott about the possibility of a wither on the server, but then BAM! Secret Alliance to ✨the moon✨ (and conveniently Ren)??? Literally none of the Southlanders have a *clue*, I don't even think anyone brought up/noticed how he was missing a life after he came home?? Ohoho I love this man
HELLO ANON. DO YOU WANT TO GET MARRIED (/j but thank you for enabling me)
I'm not sure about the "good" people thing because morality on Last Life is dubious anyway but I do get what you mean, he did seem to have people's best interests at heart mostly. (and also just didn't want Grian to have a Wither because that's bad news for everyone really)
I do have to mention that the Southlanders did notice his life was gone, it was just cut out of some of the POVs. It's in Martyn's and Impulse's, when they're about to do the life trading circle thing
Impulse: Wait, when did Martyn die? Martyn: No, I didn't die, I got cornered. Impulse: Huh? Martyn: Yeah, I got cornered by the fairy fort lot. They basically tried to accuse me of burning down the place and then, yeah. It was basically, they were either gonna kill me or I just give them a life anyway, so I thought rather than causing too much drama and getting into a fight, I just had to give it out. Mumbo: I feel like it would take a lot for me to give my life, actually. Martyn: It was a 3v1 situation. And then they had Cleo lurking around as well, and as you can see, Cleo is now back up to yellow.
So he's obviously just making things up here, but he mentions in his POV that he thought it'd be good not to lie about the fact that the fairy people involved, just cover up the actual reason why he gave them the life. They're then interrupted by Lizzie getting Spooky Scary Skeletons in chat as Scott gives her a Wither skull, and continue their life trading circle, so it ends up not being discussed further.
Anyways! Yes! Martyn lore! There is SO much that I constantly think about. There's his "lore voice"/entity thing that carried over from 3rd Life and his teaser video on Twitter that shows up sometimes and I just. have so many thoughts about it. very long post up ahead
There's the Twitter video, which I was actually just having another look at, and I noticed that--
Long have we waited.. A hunger grows.. Surpass them all.. Take friends for foes.. Live not for others.. Invest in one.. For if they fall Ere will be done!
--abbreviates to LAST LIFE! he gave us the name of the series before it had even started what the hell
Then there's him seeing Ren in session 2:
Sacrifice those that landed Lessons acknowledged Can claim flags among ashes..
not sure about these three lines :( messing around with an anagram solver gave me LAST ACT but i highly doubt that that was intentional. not sure what these are about. they might just be literal but i'm still having a hard time interpreting them. There does seem to be a general theme of the entity wanting Martyn to win Last Life at all costs, "lessons acknowledged" might be about him learning his lession from 3rd Life where he got too attached to Ren and was no longer willing to betray him to win. not sure though
Help another Never doubt
this abbreviates to HAND
When in need Traverse each route
and this to WINTER
so! interesting! huh. (i am so incredibly normal about renchanting duo /lie)
Next, there's him talking to Team BEST in session 4:
Tell a lie.. Sow the seed Undermine Know and free It must be done!
This abbreviates to TSUKI (月 / "moon" in Japanese) and also doubles as the voice telling him to sow doubt among the others, because this is followed by him writing a note to make Tango distrustful of Impulse
At the end of session 4, Ren and Martyn talk with the Lore Filter on screen and do some vaguely cryptic roleplaying. Notable quotes are "The dog, the shadow, the roots. We make this place burn." and "They will feel it all under the eye of the moon." The dog is obviously Ren, the shadow might be Lizzie, and I suppose the roots might be Martyn? because inthelittlewood? tree? plant? roots? I don't know this one is a bit of a stretch and I'm not entirely sure what he's talking about here but it sure is a thing that he says. And then the other quote is another moon thing!
Next session, Jimmy steals Martyn's life during the Southlands' trading circle thing, and the entity shows up while Martyn is chasing Jimmy:
FORGET THE RULES THE OPPORTUNITY RETRIEVE IT NOW THE REST WILL AGREE END THIS BETRAYAL DO NOT LET HIM ESCAPE!!!
don't see any code in here, and I think this one was pretty literal anyway - get his life back by any means necessary, or kill Jimmy so he can't have it. That seems in line with how the entity has acted so far - win Last Life at all costs.
One interesting thing is also the fact that his lore filter shows up for no reason when Scar puts him in a hole underground while telling the Southlanders about his soul shop and it seems so unnecessarily cryptic?? why is the Lore Screen on you are sitting in a dirt hole sir
He also has some fun robes for the Shadow Alliance that he's now secretly a part of! would you look at that! what's that on the back?
IT'S THE MOON KANJI 月 AGAIN!
and then the last, and perhaps most interesting, instance of the lore voice is at the very end of Martyn's episode 5:
Why do you linger so? You wish to join the Shadow? [white jack-o-lantern face and fire appear on screen] Boo! (evil laughter) A DEMONSTRATION IS IN ORDER LIGHTS EXTINGUISH BEGIN THE SLAUGHTER OUR WILL BE DONE!
genuinely what the fuck does this mean. ok, breaking it down.
"why do you linger so? you wish to join the shadow?" the entity wants to know why he's hesitating to join the fairy people. this doesn't make sense, though! he already has joined them! what are you on about! unless this about fully leaving the Southlands in order to join the fairy people? but that'd just be a bad move tactically since he's currently acting as a double agent for them to spy on the Southlands so I really have no idea
the jack-o-lantern face, the fire, and the "boo!" are probably just to scare him. jack-o-lanterns and "boo" fit together. fire is scary. there's already some weird shit going on with fire this season (invisible fire, green fire, Mumbo glitching to still be on fire post-lava death, all that fun stuff). the evil laughter is just concerning
and then the text is in all caps and i have NO CLUE what it's about. "a demonstration is in order - lights extinguish - begin the slaughter" WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON IN THERE!
and then there's "our willl be done!" which just lines up. so far we've had "ere will be done" (which makes no sense grammatically but was probably in part because there needed to be an E at the end for the LAST LIFE abbreviation), "it must be done", "our will be done"
And there's 3rd Life, too! We had a couple instances of the lore voice in that as well, and in 3rd Life, they seemed more active (and spoke in plural, notably).
"It is not yet your time Green one.." when his life flashed before his eyes when the house on Monopoly Mountain exploded
(a lot of differently pitched voices overlaid) "It's time. Get him, zombies! Here he goes!" during the Battle of the Red Desert when some husks pushed him into lava
"Reluctant to fall Eager to rise Answer our call When next you rest your eyes.." after he died to the skeleton chasing the banner
"After every winter There comes a spring The banners burn The songbirds sing Vanquish them all Then ally with none This is our call Our will, be done" after he died to Impulse during the battle at Skizz Point and went red
"We are not pleased... Change is in order Our will be DONE!" after his death in the Battle of Dogwarts
So, what do we take from this? Well, the 3rd Life voice(s) spoke in less code, and seemed to want him to go red so he could do their bidding, which in turn seemed to be winning 3rd Life.
We don't know who this entity(/entities?) is and we don't know why they want Martyn to win this series so badly.
Notably, they want this at all costs in both seasons - in 3rd Life, they wanted him to end Red Winter ("after every winter there comes a spring", "the songbirds sing") and betray his allies ("the banners burn", "vanquish them all then ally with none") to win, and in Last Life, they want him to win ("surpass them all"), not focus on allies ("take friends for foes", "live not for others"), and generally win and have as many lives possible at all costs ("FORGET THE RULES").
...And then he gives a life to Ren in Last Life. That doesn't line up at all, does it? Of course, he might just want to get the fairy people to trust him, but it also does genuinely feel like he's trying to be loyal to them. He's betraying the Southlands for them and gave them one of his lives - which the lore entity is bound to dislike! As I just said, they didn't like his alliance with Ren in 3rd Life, urged him to either get that life back from Jimmy or ignore the rules and kill him, and generally want Martyn to win at all costs. So I hardly think they'd approve of him giving one of his precious lives away - especially not to Ren of all people.
And then at the end of the episode, he's evidently being threatened and/or shown horrible things - as a punishment for giving away the life, maybe? He's defied the entity in both 3rd Life (by not betraying Dogwarts) and Last Life (by giving one of his lives to Ren), and both times involved Ren. So I'm very interested to see where that's going to lead.
I'm not entirely sure about all this - you've very much just enabled me to ramble about Martyn lore and make theories as I go along - but I really do think that I might be onto something here. cc!Martyn did say we would find out who the entity is this season. We'll figure stuff out eventually. But it's all absolutely fascinating to me and if anyone else wants to talk to me about this stuff, please please do because I absolutely love taking this apart

🌹 + Ghost Boy Hanako
Send me 🌹 + a character you think you might be interested in shipping with and I’ll go off about what I think that character is like in relationships
[ So in order to talk about Ghost Boy Hanako in more of a vacuum I'm gonna stray mostly into the territory of Alive Boy Amane and what kind of partner he might have been were he allowed to mature into an adult, but it’s worth mentioning that these traits are present in my portrayal of Forever 13 and Frustrated Hanako, they’re just expressed through a more constrained lens. Tsukasa will also come up because I consider the way they relate to one another as foundational in the way they both understand relationships in general. Cut for long af, sorry but I DID promise I would go ham if anybody sent one. ]
SO. Ghost bf lore. Having anything beyond a superficial relationship with Hanako is immediately fraught with obstacles because any iteration of him is extremely guarded to begin with. The version of events where he's dead and full of self loathing for it is probably the most hard mode you can get in terms of having a relationship with him. Dead Boy Hanako is particularly averse to relationships with the living because he views himself as antithetical to the living and largely A Problem for them. Also like, it's hard to let other people look out for him when he sees himself as irredeemable.
That said, any courting you're going to get from him at first is largely what we've seen in canon. A lot of teasing, a lot of plausible deniability. Hanako is not forthcoming with his feelings even when he’s acknowledged them and let them grow to enormous volumes in private. If they come out at all, they will come out in ways that are easy to cover up.
Hanako tends to be very all or nothing in his relationships, particularly ones that involve a lot of emotional honesty. Either you never pass beyond acquaintanceship with him or you plunge directly to the bottom of his hearts deepest pit where the sea of his affections could easily drown you. He doesn't always make it clear up front when you've plunged from one extreme to the other, but it will show in his behavior if you speak the language of subtlety and know where to look. This all or nothing attachment style is not always ideal but it's eerily similar to how he and Tsukasa work as a unit-- so swallowed up in their own secret world that it's easy to feel like nobody else matters matters outside of it.
Being that Hanako and Tsukasa share the same formative codependence, both of them tend to share similar struggles in their relationships with others in my view. I mean assuming we reset them to factory settings and neither is too horrifically deranged. Since it’s so easy for them to be consumed by a singular relationship, the two of them need friends and partners who can broaden their social interests even if it means prying those narrow sights open by force. Without any outside influence, the two of them are like cats. They're either in your face rubbing all over you or they're always out of touching distance with hardly any in between. Hanako in particular is not terribly comfortable being pursued if he senses that it's becoming less play and more serious, so in most cases you're better off holding off with your courting and letting him stew until he feels ready to come to you. Whether his attachment style is helpful or harmful to the broader relationship depends largely on the participants and circumstances of the relationship.
Hanako can be very cagey and jealous in relationships where he does not feel secure and he can become cold/moody/vindictive in the face of issues that he sees no clear solution to. This is even more likely if his good faith attempts at solutions backfire. Due to the intensity of his attachments, he is the kind of person who could very easily stay in a relationship too long even when it's obviously not working. Hanako is somebody who falls hard and fast even if he does so rather privately. He either doesn't invest at all or invests so deeply that he has a hard time untangling from somebody else. He would rather fix things than let go. He is a problem solver at heart, and that relentless pursuit often makes him blind to whether or not his efforts are "worth it". If you’re his ex, don’t worry, he’s not over you. Even if he’d never date you again, even if he hates you and never wants to see you again, he is not over the emotional impact of you. That’s just the kind of person he is.
Hanako also has the bad habit of putting lot of extra responsibility on himself, particularly for his partner and their experiences together. If he can’t fix your bad day, he sees it as a personal failing. Hanako is often so absorbed in the process of problem solving that he may mistakenly insert himself into his partner’s problems and become frustrated that he is not effective in that role. More than anything, Hanako is a fucking boomer so it's fairly important to his old fashioned sensibilities that he is effectively “““taking care””” of his partner. It is important to him to feel like he is enough, and he finds it difficult to feel that way even in the best of circumstances. He's the kind of guy who wants to pull your chair out and kiss your fingertips and pontificate about how he'll fight anybody who looks at you wrong, just say the word. It hasn't occurred to him how much of his understanding of courting has fallen out of fashion and that maybe he could benefit from adjusting his expectations.
In death Hanako runs the risk of feeling a bit insecure for his stature. Often his immense power is a good way to compensate for that, but as a person who bases a lot of his own worth on perceived status and what he can provide, he very much regrets never becoming fully mature and growing into his goofy hands and feet. In any case, alive or dead, Hanako tends to express his care for other people via things like pet names and acts of service. This can be over the top sometimes, enough that partners who are uncomfortable with that sort of thing may feel smothered or put on a pedestal by him even if that's not his intention. Partners who don't enjoy being made the center of attention will need to have a talk with him about the nuances of that feeling, because he's unlikely to put it together on his own. For Hanako, total sincerity is rare, and so it is very easy for him to feel wounded when expressions of affection are rejected in some way or another. He can be kind of a fucking brat about things like that. He does well with partners who know how to gently put him in his place when needed.
Hanako feels love in a way that is thick and bottomless and likely to bubble over if he doesn’t find ways to put it into the world. In death he is combative and athletic, but had he been allowed to live, Amane would have remained largely domestic, bookish, and unobtrusive. For the most part he just wants to quietly be together, enjoying each others company. He’s happy to help with chores, he’s eager to hear about your day, he will literally accept any smidgeon of connection you’re willing to give him because he is almost always starving for more. Hanako is somebody who will keep a polite distance until the day it becomes apparent that he is allowed to touch, and once that happens, he will literally never not be touching. Hanako is very keen to engage in physical forms of intimacy, including all manner of touching, kissing, cuddling, and grooming. As long as he’s in good spirits, these are the most preferred forms of expression. Physicality is important enough in Hanako’s relationships that he would have difficulty adapting to partners who prefer a lot of space most of the time. It's worth mentioning that Hanako expresses this physicality even in canon, clinging to Nene, petting her, kissing her, and combing her hair, and even occasionally being buddy buddy with Kou, but nearly all of this physical behavior is blanketed with a thin veneer of "what no I'm joking, it's a joke, this is a goof, this is not meaningful, don't say anything about it or I'll embarrass you." Ideally he can develop long term relationships where he does not feel the need to minimize or brush off his desire for physical intimacy.
For all his moodiness and inner darkness, Hanako is a profoundly affectionate person when he feels like he can be. He most likely doesn’t have the words for this himself, but what Hanako most needs in a partner is a person who keeps him guessing. He needs to be surprised and delighted by that person at every turn. He needs to be amazed that he can feel safe with that person, and that's when walls can start coming down.
A successful relationship with him involves a certain amount of mischief, to be thick as thieves and share in a type of mutual joy that feels reckless and stolen to somebody like him. A healthy relationship with Hanako requires a level of trust that he rarely permits himself to feel, but sharing in that trust is what allows him to love recklessly and feel safe in sincerity. Even if it’s hard to achieve, that level of connection is something Hanako desperately desires for himself.
The most sincere summary of Hanako that I can plagiarize from writers much more talented than I am, is that he is “sharp where it hurts and soft where it matters”, genuinely a marshmallow of a man at his core. He needs to protect his soft insides with a charred and unapproachable outside. Despite his harsh attitude, Hanako has a very gentle disposition underneath his rough edges, and that is something an accommodating partner can really bring out in him and reap the benefits of if they are so inclined. I think that inner softness is a part of his personality he’s very protective of and secretive about, so he spends most of his time hiding that part of himself under teasing and rude remarks while desperately wishing he could express it in earnest. In an ideal scenario, the friendships and romances he cultivates will allow him to come out of his shell and be an all around kinder person on the surface
OH YEAH he’s also extremely playful, loves to tease, and he secretly hopes his date will wear his shirts + let him touch their hair so jot that down.

(I really hope you don't mind me asking you about this; googling it would be far too mortifying an ordeal to submit to!) In the simplest possible terms, what's up with classpects? Like, what does each type of player do/represent?
I absolutely do not mind you asking omg I LOVE getting an opportunity to explain lore about random shit, it’s one of my favorite things
Classpects are basically the players role in their game of Sburb. It dictates what they can do in the game, and it’s generally related to their personality. Classpect is a portmanteau of class + aspect. There are twelve aspects, which are supposedly the basic building blocks of reality, and then the twelve (technically fourteen) classes are the ways the person uses/serves their aspect!
The Extended Zodiac test has pretty good explanations of what each of the aspects mean about a person, and the wiki does its best to explain the classes (though it’s a little less concise since we don’t get a lot of explanation on how some of them work). But if those links are too mortifying, I’m happy to sum up the aspects and classes as best I can! I fuckin,, love explaining this kind of thing lol
Putting them under a read more because there are a Lot of them
I’m going to try to put the aspects in as short of a sentence as possible. The aspects behave in both a literal sense (i.e. a Time player gets powers related to time) and in a personality typing sense (i.e. a Space player tends to be focused on the big picture)
Time: goal-oriented problem solvers; literally associated with, well... time
Space: big picture oriented, journey is more important than the destination; literally associated with physical space (both space as in where the planets are and space as in size) and with propagation
Heart: self-obsessed, but not necessarily in a bad way; associated with identity and the soul
Mind: rational; associated with choices and thought
Hope: driven by their convictions and what they feel is right and wrong; associated with creativity and imagination
Rage: driven by what they feel is true or false, truth is more important than goodness; associated with chaos
Light: intense knowledge seekers; associated with fortune and luck
Void: secretive, enjoys mystery; associated with the lack of things and the literal void
Breath: flexible, natural leaders that lead by example; associated with freedom and the breeze
Blood: "do as I say, not as I do,” stubborn, motivators as opposed to generals; associated with the bonds between people
Life: empathetic and intuitive; associated with growth and health
Doom: commiserators; associated with suffering
A player’s class can completely change how they work with their aspect. For example, a destructive class like Prince would use their aspect very differently from a healing class like a Sylph. Also, there are several classes that we don’t know a whole lot about, like Mage, so a lot of this involves theories about what the classes do. I made this list of summaries to bother my sibling and also make a bunch of fantrolls with my moirail lol but it’s all based on the wiki page
Thief: one who steals their aspect, one who steals using their aspect; steals for themselves
Rogue: one who steals their aspect, one who steals from their aspect; steals to redistribute their aspect or for the betterment of others
Heir: one that invites change in/through their aspect, one that is consumed by their aspect, one who becomes their aspect, one who is surrounded by their aspect, one who is controlled by and represents their aspect, one that manipulates their aspect, one that changes their aspect, one who inherits/receives their aspect
Maid: one who creates through their aspect for the betterment of others, one who protects their aspect, one who is protected by their aspect, one who allows others to be protected by their aspect, one who protects their aspect, one who surrounds others with their aspect, one who protects themselves with their aspect, one who gives their aspect
Page: one who equips others with their aspect, one who serves their aspect, one who serves through their aspect for others; slowburn class that starts off super weak but can end up immensely powerful
Knight: one who serves aspect, one who serves through aspect for the betterment of others, one who uses their aspect to protect others rather than advance themselves, one who protects/conceals their aspect; one who exploits their aspect as a weapon; might represent what their game session lacks
Seer: one who understands their aspect, one who understands through their aspect for others
Mage: one who knows about their aspect as it relates to themselves, one who benefits themselves with knowledge of their aspect, one who guides by setting example using knowledge of their aspect, one who forfeits their aspect to gain knowledge about it, one who gains knowledge through their aspect one who arms themselves with knowledge about their aspect, one who creates their aspect, one who is given protection from their aspect, one who uses their aspect to the benefit of others but to the detriment of themselves
Sylph: one who heals their aspect, one who heals through their aspect
Witch: one who manipulates their aspect
Bard: one who allows destruction of their aspect, one who invites destruction through their aspect, one who builds up their aspect within themselves
Prince: destroyer of their aspect, one who destroys via their aspect, one that destroys in order to make new opportunities for creation; destroy their aspect within themselves before destroying it in others
Muse: one who inspires their aspect, one who inspires through their aspect
Lord: one who instructs their aspect
So, if you want examples of how they work, I can talk about the Strilondes’ classpects because they’re all pretty straight forward. Rose is a Seer of Light, which means she can foresee the most fortunate path. Dave is a Knight of Time, which means he was able to weaponize time and use it to advance their session. Roxy is a Rogue of Void, meaning she could steal from/steal using the void and basically make Whatever The Fuck She Wanted appear once she got her powers figured out. Dirk is a Prince of Heart, which meant he destroyed his sense of self (leading to a shit ton of “splinters” aka alternate selves) and can destroy another person’s soul
Also some more tidbits because I Just Won’t Shut Up
the aspects come in pairs, denoting their opposite! I have them lined up in pairs with their opposite, so it’s Time/Space, Heart/Mind, Hope/Rage, etc.
Time and Space are probably the most important to their session’s success. A game won’t be successful if they don’t have both a Time and a Space player. Part of this is because the Space players are responsible for breeding the Universe Frog that’s basically the final objective! If the Beta kids’ and trolls’ sessions are representative of other sessions, they’re assisted in this by the Knight in their session, if they have one
I mentioned it up above, but Knights possibly represent what they’re lacking in their session! Dave (the Knight of Time) was in a session that didn’t have much time, Karkat (the Knight of Blood) was in a session where nobody knew how to work together, and Latula (the Knight of Mind) was in a session full of idiots that wasn’t logical
Both Breath and Blood players tend to be natural leaders, but in different ways! Breath players tend to inspire other people around them by just doing what they do. They lead by example! Blood players, on the other hand, are less defined leaders and tend to inspire from within the crowd as opposed to being a general leading the charge. They lead by inspiration!
Muse and Lord are the extremely rare “master classes.” They’re in sessions with only two players, and they’re really fucking powerful
this is. Such a long post, but I hope that helps lskdjfkldsjf

starwarscast rythian
this au is essentially rythian playing himself in a dnd game set in star wars, pre clone wars. everyone else is also playing themselves. the last post i did was listing the current cast’s characters and their species, plus a sneak peek into nilesy and rythian’s stats.
below is all my cleaned up and compressed notes on rythian’s timeline, trivia and backstory.
rythian:
honorable mention of this rythian goes here because i rarely return to this au (i blame all the ‘canon’ worldbuilding we’re finally getting on rythian’s species, now decades after the original books were published) and i’m still fond of him.
hold up your thumb and index finger. now put them together so there’s the a gap but they’re not touching. that’s how much less gayer he is than blcast rythian.
long haired; keeps it well maintained with lush products bc he’s kind of vain about it. has it in a french braid that runs down his back. if he ever suggested cutting it, a petition would go around to stop him. he still has the pale/grey stripe running down the middle of his hair.
he still can’t cook. if anything, he’s even worse at it. whether or not he deliberately plays it up is a running joke. it’s a mystery how he survived as zoeya’s padawan. zoeya jokes about watering him whenever others ask. he doesn’t appreciate it.
rythian’s full name is in the archives, and he never uses it. he goes by a much shortened version (thanks to the circumstances by which he arrived at the temple, and zoeya’s help). keep reading for why.
the slightest mention of a holocron (sith or jedi) or lost knowledge is the fastest way to summon him from across a room. he’s one of the best artifact hunters and puzzle solvers.
his main job in the jedi temple is a librarian, and he has a reputation as a strict but helpful master. don’t run any of the texts, and you’ll keep staying on his good side.
he’s actually younger than he looks; he became a master in his late teens, and zoeya had to make a solid case about him taking the exams to become a master that young. it distanced him from a lot of his peers.
now that he’s older, he gives slightly less of a f*ck, and is fairly outspoken as a grey jedi since he sometimes uses fairly questionable means to accomplish his goals (something zylus takes after him in that regard).
lightsaber is purple. he’s never been prouder. he uses the same style as obi-wan, but has a decent grounding in other styles to throw someone off if he ends up in a duel.
his species is exceedingly rare. to give you an idea of how rare, he’s the only chiss residing within the bounds of known, explored space; his species exists in a difficult to navigate, well isolated patch. it also causes him some minor grief whenever he leaves the temple, since most think he’s just a freak, mutant or a hybrid pantoran.
even funnier is that he’s the only jedi of said species, but is not the only force sensitive of his kind (go read timothy zahn’s latest triology, it’s got some good tidbits at last about how his species views and treats their force sensitive individuals). i know there was a canon chiss jedi padawan but the old star wars canon is a mess i’m not touching with a ten foot pole, or else rythian would have died of happiness to meet another one of his species even if neither of them know anything about them.
his arc revolves around gaining acceptance that sometimes things happen even if we don’t want them to, and that not all answers sought out will give happiness, including the truth.
his backstory was that his parents (a happily married trio, consisting of a fleet commander, a governor and a scientist) made the decision to give him away as a baby due to two events: restless political climate nearly resulting in baby rythian’s death from assasination, and his ridiculous force sensitivity, which immediately marks him for a risky career as a hyperspace navigator once he’s old enough to walk and talk. they don’t hold family ties once they start this career, so.
not wanting to risk their child’s life, his parents sneakily flag down a passing jedi ship carrying one jedi master zoeya (who is a sentient, old af tree, known as ‘neti’). she is very surprised that she is now in charge of an unknown alien infant but understands that for reasons unknown, he is now in her care. for who knows how long.
rythian spends his childhood at jedi temple. he matures way faster than the other kids, and excels in his studies. apparently, that’s normal for his kind, but it’s abnormal to others. it’s made even worse because nobody knows what species he is. he befriends a kel dor named will strife, another padawan after strife stops a couple of older teens from hassling rythian.
zoeya officially takes rythian as her padawan. she also secretly gives him an ecrypted disc containing a basic dictionary and guide to chiss language, the only link rythian has to his parents (aside from the hand stitched blanket and baby clothes). rythian never knows zoeya gives him the disc since it’s left on his bed. it’s the only knowledge he never contributes to the jedi temple’s extensive archives.
stuff happens to zoeya; rythian loses her as a master due to her past trauma catching up. he learns that he’s her third padawan (the second being lomadia, who is still alive); her first died hundreds of years ago, and zoeya’s memories keep overlapping so she’s confusing him for them. she leaves the order after her memory’s adjusted so she can start fresh as a civilian. the last thing she says to him before she goes for treatment are a string of numbers, and a single, nonsensical name. rythian is advised that it’s best not to find her or risk a relapse.
will strife voluntarily leaves the order as well due to pressing circumstances; i.e., a fabricated scandal with him and a well known politician (played by lalnable). rythian gradually accepts that everyone he knows and cares for will eventually leave him. he still maintains strife as a contact after strife takes up a career as a traveling merchant.
rythian takes a teen zylus as a padawan and resolves to do better than zoeya, as a mentor and parental figure. he did bring baby zylus to the temple after all. he keeps an eye on zylus as zylus grows up, occasionally nudging zylus to stay focused.
that said, rythian had his nose in a book during the candidate lightsaber matches, thus narrowly missing zylus leaving. zylus dropped by the libaray on his last day at the temple, which was where rythian found him and dragged him of to get him approved as his official padawan.
zylus successfully graduates, and to rythian’s great relief, he stays to work on the archives with him as a fellow holocron hunter and decrypter.
and then the chosen one, nilesy, arrives at the temple in search of how to best temper his newfound force sensitivity. in tow is ravs, a sith. rythian volunteers to be the sith watchdog, and nilesy’s trainer, and it’s not just because this is his golden chance to hit up a sith for secret forbidden lore or anything.
unfortunately, ravs has no interest in helping rythian unlock sith holocrons; he advises that his fellow sith buddy, daltos, might be of help but he has no idea where said buddy is. this greatly annoys rythian (unbeknowst, several months later, zylus has the honor of said first meeting).
ravs constantly hides in rythian’s room from jedi padawan nanosounds, who is eager to test her formidable lightsaber skills on a sith. rythian eventually gets used to ravs randomly chilling in his room.
he and ravs have a thing. zylus is completely oblivious to it, and nilesy pretends that he’s not aware of it.
rythian decides to go on holiday, which immediately sparks suspicion from everyone because everyone has to literally pry rythian from the archives on a daily basis. ravs secretly tails him, and sees rythian about to board a chiss ship.
afraid of losing him forever, ravs butts in, and discovers that rythain is meeting his parents, who also react to ravs like he’s a threat. rythian persuades his parents that ravs means no harm, and gets ravs permission to board as well.
rythian tries to reconcile with his parents’ decision to ‘abandon’ him, and their aloof attitudes after finally reuniting with them as an adult. he has no memories of them, to their disappointment. he eventually discovers in one of his parent’s offices, a hidden compartment containing two photos of him as a child and padawan.
he confronts his parents, and finds out that zoeya met his parents in secret one more time to deliver these photos. reassured that they’d made the right decision, they ask her to pass on a message: if ry’thia’nuruodo wishes to learn of his heritage, meet us at these coordinates on this day. we shall return yearly, without fail, until we are unable to. this was zoeya’s message, which she’d passed onto him, albeit incomplete.
rythian also has to contend with helping ravs make a good first impression; his parents don’t speak basic (or pretend not to, wanting to test if rythian retained his knowledge of his species’ language), and ravs can’t speak their language. they don’t approve of him having a relationship with ravs since he’s an alien and they don’t know what he’s capable of, but eventually concede that ravs will do since nobody else can match their son’s capabilities.
as for the issue of who exactly rythian’s family members are? i don’t know anything about chiss society so this entirely headcanon. their society is very rigid, and is based on doing your job correctly and loyalty to their houses (ie, family branches). all chiss tend to be fairly straight faced, calm and composed and intelligent individuals. rythian is an exception, which is why he doesn’t initially understand why his parents are so cold to him at first, but clues in eventually that they’re exceedingly subtle about their affection and praises (and insults, too).
his biological father is ry’aratalla’nuruodo (aratalla for short), cedef fleet commander. rythian takes after him in sense of humor, looks and height but inherited all his teeth from his other biological parent, sev’adira’csapla. very level headed, accomodating, quiet and grounded; rythian is a little intimidated by him, and assumes his dad has the final say in everything. this is utterly wrong and his dad is whipped by the other two parents.
sev’adira’csapla (vadirac, or adira) is a colony governor and ship provisions officer. nonbinary, goes by they/them. has a mean, petty and haughty personality, can also be called a tsundere. unfortunately, rythian gets his vanity and dramatic flair from them. he doesn’t get along with them, and the two spend a fair amount of time insulting each other (which adira actually enjoys).
radar’isoto’inrokini (isoto for short, a triple wordplay on ‘risotto’, ‘radar’ and ‘isotope’). rythian’s ‘mother’, in a sense. rythain gets his curiosity and love of knowledge from her. she’s like zoeya; full of optimistism, disarmingly charming, frightening when angered and is actually one of the sharpest minds around. she’s a exceptional mixture of physicist, linguist, biologist, geologist and chemist, being the chief scientific officer serving on the same ship as rythian’s dad. she gets along with ravs a little too well, and takes on the giant task of learning basic so she can communicate with him.
rythian leaves with ravs, having learned a great deal about chiss. he’s supposed to be a big secret since his parents spread a rumor that he died from ‘weak constitution’. he and ravs are to keep everything they learned and visited a secret.
rythian, nilesy and zylus learn of a secret mission to assassinate the sith who’ve been more or less friendly towards nilesy: minty, ravs and daltos. minty escapes, but ravs and daltos aren’t so lucky, resulting in nilesy, rythian and zylus interfering. the three let ravs and daltos escape, causing the three jedi’s standing to plummet within the temple. don’t worry, it doesn’t stay that way for long.
right after the above happens, the clone wars occur. rythian doesn’t meet ravs for months; ravs ghosts him. they end up reuniting on a mission much later when ravs frees him from a seperatist jail at the risk of compromising his cover. it’s a very emotional reunion. ravs is in hiding since he suspects a bigger conspiracy, and has been compiling clues and evidence. he and rythian agreed to meet up and share what they know.
rythian assists nilesy in further training his powers. unfortunately, without ravs counterpoint, there is no balance for nilesy. nilesy is confined to the temple since he can’t take part in any of the life threatening missions.
rythian takes ‘tom’ (angor) as his clone officer. tom assists him in piecing together transmissions and intelligence to send off. ravs passes him information every now and then. rythian is a dad to a clone trooper, okay.
order 66 occurs at the climax of the clone wars. the temple is under siege by a traitor jedi and the clones. rythian and any jedi on the scene attempt to escape. rythian almost dies when tom fails a will check to stop himself from shooting rythian due to order 66. nilesy and ravs pool together their resources and wills to save him.
when all hope is lost, nilesy ascends as a ‘chosen one’, bringing a fragile balance to himself since he failed the galaxy. through his connection in the force, he learns that the other chosen one (thanks, skywalker) went off the deep end. nilesy unlocks the secret of mortis, and drags the survivors of temple massacre inside before closing the rift.
rythian recovers, forgives tom, and stays on as nilesy’s teacher, having successfully saved several important texts and holocrons from the archives prior to leaving the temple.
nilesy wishes to join the rebels once he hears news of them.
i got this far before having to stop due to real life circumstances interfering, and felt that this was a safe stopping point as well.

World Building Wednesday: The Night’s Court
I don't have art to accompany this this week as I've been spending all of my creative energy on commission backlog or a gods damn novel compressed into a month like a gods damn fool.
So why not share some lore on it! The title, The Night's Court, might not be final.
It's a story about Avery, a girl who just moved from the middle of nowhere somewhere in canada to the middle of somewhere, a city in canada. You can fill in the blanks there. I have some locations I picture for it, but the where isn't important. The feeling is.
Avery has a perfect memory. The kind that is as much a curse as it is a blessing. If her brain processed the information, it's stuck there and it ain't coming out, no matter how embarrassing or terrifying the experience was. It's also not the ultimate problem solver for the university she just entered; it only makes studying efficient if you can focus, and memorizing every detail doesn't let you have the perfect answer for every question in any test requiring more than simple regurgitation, so she's struggling a little with that too. So many distractions.
Did I mention dreams yet? She remembers those with perfect clarity too. It can be very distracting, because the transition between awake and asleep do not follow a brief period of memory loss or that strange void where even those of us who don't remember our dreams very well or often still have upon waking up. No, for Avery, the transition from awake to dream is instantaneous.
With how vivid and perfectly recalled her dreams are, they are as much lived through in the moment as reality. She doesn't have that lull between awake and falling asleep. It's a sheer drop. Flip a switch and bam, dream.
This makes it incredibly difficult to differentiate dream from reality. Lucidity is never a given, and you've not dreamed enough if you think merely being aware of a dream grants you direct control of it. No, it makes it tricky for Avery. The waking and sleeping world blend together in a confusing mess.
Oh and the nightmares. You wouldn't believe just how many nightmares people actually have that are blessedly forgotten. Avery gets a lot of those.
So that's her life. University challenging her despite the ease of which she aced high school thanks to her memory, a longing for friendship and maybe romance if she can ever feel comfortable enough to let someone in that close, and the eternal struggle of perceiving reality.
