Coffe or tea? And how do perfer it prepared?

Ok so I like both, but I MUCH prefer tea

If I'm drinking coffee, I want it black and cold. Maybe even iced. Having concentrated caffeine and sugar BOTH on my stomach at the same time makes me feel So Fucking Ill lmao. But I dont drink coffee very often. Its not worth making at home and most places make it taste burnt. The most I drank coffee was before my mom passed and then again in my freshman year of college. Not because I needed the buzz though! I actually dont feel any Anti-Sleepy effects from caffeine. I just drank it because my art history professor made a pot for us every morning and he mades a good pot of coffee so I took advantage of that :) As for tea, Im a lot less picky! I like it hot, cold, sweetened, unsweetened. Black tea, green tea, herbal- its all fair game! The only teas Im not big on are Spice Teas (like, ones with the spices brewed hot. I like spices as a subtle addition to a cup). My favorites are:

Earl Grey. Basically do whatever to it and its GOOD. Bergamot orange is one of my favorite scents EVER. I had a vial of the essential oil (like for a reed diffuser) that I would put on cotton balls and store with my clothes or use in a spray to scent certain other things because its so bomb.

Cheap iced tea blends. A classic and very easy to drink. I have anywhere from a quart to a gallon of unsweet iced tea almost every day. That bad boy is my hydration lmao

Mint tea!!!! I love mint so much!!!! I usually drink it unsweetened, but a little bit of sugar is good too. Great if I'm feeling bloated too. Cold or hot, both are good. A bit of lemon in it is fun

Camomile, but I almost exclusively drink it hot. And sweetened with honey. And with a dash of milk. And a tiny sprinkle of cinnamon. That goes so hard and feels like a warm hug

Green tea is another that I'm not picky about, but I mostly drink it prepackaged because I cant get it in huge gallon sized teabags lmao. I've loved Arizona green tea since I was a kid and I fucking ADORE Ito En Oi Ocha and Jasmine teas. I wish it was easier to get them tbh. I love how robust the Oi Ocha is and the light floral taste of their jasmine tea. I really only get them on occasion though -_-

SASSAFRASS TEA. Fuck dude. If you've never tasted sassafras I feel so bad for you. Its another of my favorite scents. Kinda licorice-y, also kinda evergreen-y (though that tree is far from evergreen) but its so tasty. I regularly collect the leaves because they smell so nice lol. Wish you didnt have to kill the tree for the tea sadly. Since its made from the root :'[
