just ran my first easy 3 in literally a month (the last one was a day before an 18-miler and my notes said "legs literally so cooked") and i ran a sub-9 like in early high school that would have been just like. my early-season (out of shape) race pace... wtf...i never used to run sub 10 MUCH less sub 9 on an EASY RUN. maybe I'll never be able to go back to not doing track workouts bc this is actually fucking crazy i feel so good. next week will be my longest run/highest mileage week tho so we will see how that goes...
#not sure how far im gonna go... last time i ran 23 as my longest. this time it'll probably be whatever over 20 im not super worried.#it's crazy this is a week with mileage that would have cooked me even training for my spring marathon#maybe like. my ceiling is higher than I thought bc i sort of thought we'd be getting near it now#And of course we'll see how next week and then the marathon actually goes#But this is actually crazy.
