me everyday for the last 5 days “I should do my work”
also me: *goes on a series of adventures and becomes exhausted by them and has zero energy to do work* I should do my work!
also me literally today: I’M GOING TO SIT DOWN AND DO IT *goes to the top of a mountain legit* WELL, UH PERHAPS I SHOULD HAVE STAYED HOME

Wooo I love being disabled!!!#Also adhd momento fr#I’ve cut back on talking with my discord friends in an attempt to conserve energy for doing work. It has helped by 10%#28% of my day is cooking and cleaning and then being in pain#the rest is me lying down trying to be normal again
