If the theme for AvA Season 3 is really "Your actions have consequences"...

I am genuinely curious to see what the consequences for Victim's actions will be.

Both Alan and Chosen are reaping the consequences of their actions. How is Victim going to reap his own?

How is all of this going to backfire on him?

And at what point will he realize he's gone too far, that he's made a mistake? That he's become someone he never wanted to become?

Teen Wolf 5x09 Review {Request}

Like my other reviews, I do this in real time and write down my thoughts as they come to me. This was a requested review though I’m not sure why, haha.

1. Aw man, I have to watch an episode without Scira?

2. Did Scott keep a diary and I forgot? Who is he talking to?

3. Teen Wolf was always good with music.

4. Stiles!

5. Really, who is Scott talking to? There wasn’t a voiceover with TW...

6. This is clearly a filler episode because what?

7. “I still haven’t heard from Kira” *cries*

8. This was definitely around the time I checked out of TW.

9. Aww Hayden and Liam, I almost care.

10. This is a dreary episode. Dreary season. Which I understand is the point but it makes me miss the whimsy of the earlier seasons.

11. Wait, who is this other kid with Mason? Oh, is it supposed to be Corey.

12. Yeah, no one is really inflecting with their voices, and it’s making this boring for me.

13. “I need to talk to you about something”, you guys are IN CLASS.

14. LMAO this kid goes to the hospital and everyone’s just like oh an ambulance! and then they go about their business.

15. OK the problem I have with characters like Theo is that they never choose actors who are good at playing manipulation, like to play people against each other, there requires a certain level of charisma and I don’t think I’ve really seen that done well, I mean, in Broadchurch it’s done well but I frankly expect more from British television, so.

Because Theo is supposed to be acting like he’s reluctant to tell Scott this information which is why he’s like “Maybe it’s because etc. etc.” but he still seems way too willing to be giving this information up, like he has it memorized, and his voice doesn’t really change. It reminds me of Harry Potter actually, when Harry and Dumbledore go through Slughorn’s memories and Harry notes how good Voldemort is at getting information out of people, I haven’t really seen that kind of mastery of manipulation on NA TV. Not that I can remember. Oh wait, Ava in Supernatural does it pretty well, her switch is well done

17. Lol a student got her neck snapped, I feel like there should be more around this. Like where is the body?

18. Awww Stiles taking Malia’s hands to ask what’s wrong.

19. This is odd because it’s atmospheric but it should be, like. more atmospheric than it is because it’s also kind of drudgery.

20. Oh is this going to be the Marrish fight scene?

22. Eh. They’ve had better scenes.

23. There’s a dead body and the school isn’t locked down? Students just be in the hallways?

24. Theo isn’t a good enough actor for this. It’s like he’s focusing so much on the tears, he isn’t working on his voice, his expressions.

25. “Oh God. I think thy’re here.” SOUND MORE CONVINCING, HAYDEN.

26. Lmao Parrish is the only one acting in this episode.

27. This is a very long fight scene.

28. Oh the Sciles break up that’s why I’m being asked to review this I’m guessing.

29. Oh good, Dylan, acting, finally. But this scene should be way more heartbreaking or dramatic than it is. It’s pretty flat.

30. You know, I watch all of the rain scenes Teen Wolf did and think about Nina and Ian in season 1 being like, it’s so hard doing rain scenes, I had icicles in my hair, I don’t wanna!!!! Lol, was TVD at all professional ever?

31. Tyler, can you do a bit of acting please?

32. The music is trying so hard to make this scene more dramatic than it is. I mean textually it is dramatic but wow, underwhelming application.

Alright, finished. Well, I don’t know, the thing about season 5 is that it’s supposed to be a darker season, a bleaker season, but it doesn’t even manage to be bleak it’s just punishing so I just watched it like ... granted, I don’t care about Hayden but Scott refusing to give her the bite is supposed to be this kind of dark turning point and I just ended up watching it like, OK? Still better than most teen shows on now, though.
