May I have your thought about this..

I ship TCF!Cale with Choi Han and Choi Han alone. And I ship OG/TBOAH!Cale only with Alberu.

I have something in mind where Alberu also regressed without knowing that Cale also regressed and switch body after. (I'm not sure if I got it right but, from my understanding OG!Cale regressed to his younger body before he body switch, no?)

And Alberu plan anything to have Cale and keep him earlier. He fall so deep he's not sure he can't get out, but it's not like he will.

Let's say they love each other deeply but fate doesn't let them with all the shit the white thing pulled.

Their first official encounter would be after Henituse war.

I would like to think that Alberu and OG!Cale are soulmate. It's easy for them to love each other and fall deeply for a short period of time.

During war, they seek each other company to keep themselves for breaking apart.

But Alberu never good at living in the present. He strive for a future. A future he has no certainty. He love Cale, truly, but he also know that there is no future where they can be together and happy. Their love mean for doom since the beginning.

Alberu think that it's better if they stay away from each other as fast as possible. But he is selfish and greedy. He tell himself one more time, a little bit more, just for one more day, let me have him for another moment.

Until to the point it feels too late yet too sudden to tell Cale that they should 'break up'. What break up? They never named their relationship before. Because for them it's unnecessary. Because they are Cale and Alberu, not a crown prince and a young master from a fallen family. Their feeling toward each other is not something that can be named.

In the end, someone Cale loves leave him. Another one. They always leaving. And he will always left alone.

The day Alberu tell Cale that they have no future together is the day before Cale's death.

I can see Alberu breaking down in his lone office. It's not the first time he lost someone important, but he never thought it can be more painful. But it is. He lost someone important, he lost someone he want to be a part of his future (to be his future). He break down and realized how foolish he is, admist all this war and uncertainty he let go the only thing that keep him whole and sane. Just for what? The foolish thought that he will survive till the end? That they might get what they want? That he will still be there even though they far from each other?

I can see Alberu confuse and frustated when facing tcf!Cale because he is not his Cale. They're similar, yes, but he is not the person he came to loves. Alberu know that it will be easy to love Cale again but he can't love this Cale.

TCF!Cale have a hunch that there is something about Alberu connected to him. He is not sure what because no matter how good he understand the crown prince, there are certain thing he can't touch. Such as how he unconsciously look, talk or treat him like he know him for long and love him. TCF!Cale know that the crown prince love him, but it's a love from older brother to his younger one. But sometimes, the love feels like completely different and it dissapear completely the moment he look at his eyes. Like, it's supposed to just for one person and tcf!Cale have no right for it. It's like he take that from someone else and Alberu can't help but fault him.

It's confuse tcf!Cale. He had a thought that it might be for the OG!Cale but from the memories he got, there is no crown prince in OG!Cale's life. So maybe someone similar to him? But who?

All his questions are answered when Alberu show tcf!Cale his true form. There are some break down from Alberu. He feels bad for blaming tcf!Cale but he can't help it. He wish for fixing his faults and embrace Cale in his second chance, but even for that is not something he can have.

TCF!Cale understand and let the crown prince let out all his sorrow. It's fine for him because he also think that if only he is not here, Alberu can have the future he want. A future with his beloved one. (He think that because he still doesn't know about the deal).

That would be a sad ending.

A bittersweet ending would happen if somehow God give mercy to them and let them meet for some closure. But I can see them not able to loving other person like they love each other.

A happy ending is when Alberu choose to stay on earth to be able to be with Cale. How he give up everything he work hard for just to be with his other half. I know it doesn't make sense, but love make him crazy and lost common senses. It's fine, because he only one person in that world. The other will keep it safe. And he only want to be with Cale. Some argument happen of course, but he stood firmly on his choices.

I'd like to think that Cale isn't actually too keen on the idea of a harem and perhaps would even try his best to stop it from happening (most likely by manipulating you) and there's also a bunch of reasons why a harem would not be formed with him being the Reader's lover.

While I did say Cale isn't the type to get possessive in my hcs, this is like a whole different situation since it involves sharing a bed and other things.

I agree with the thought that Cale would like the Reader to only have him! Cale's Venus is in Libra, which means he's very passionate when it comes to being treated fairly.

Cale upholds tradition and loyalty like he could die without it and he refuses and perhaps unable to look at another person when he's with you, so he expects you to do the same.

He will try to reason with you with something like these :
