🌿Today had been much less productive than yesterday. ⁣ Yesterday we planted seeds after being inspired by @emmasfamilyuk allotment vlogs. I thought it was time to get planting too. Emma talks in her videos how growing her produce has saved her. ⁣ ⁣ 🌿My anxiety is having a few wobbles of late. I think with all the world news at the moment I need to up my self care.
