Asia's plushest Phinisi boat sets sail on December 15th, 2012! At 46-meters long, the Alila Purnama has 3 decks and can accommodate up to 10 guests. Built in the traditional style of a Phinisi, it has 5 well-equipped cabins, including a master suite with wraparound windows providing 270-degree views of beautiful landscapes. The Alila Purnama also has a fully licensed PADI dive center, a spa therapist, and plenty of areas to dine and imbibe al fresco.

The inaugural 10-day journey, the Raja Ampat Expedition, begins with a stay at the Alila Villas Uluwatu in Bali. Sitting on an elevated plateau, overlooking the ocean, the villas provide breathtaking views – just a prelude to the upcoming voyage. Guests will then embark on a 6-day sailing adventure around the Raja Ampat islands. During the expedition, guests can dive into pristine waters bustling with an assortment of marine life, and explore the gorgeous coral reefs. Guests can also relax on golden sands, or take a walk through rainforests and experience a true tropical paradise. The Raja Ampat Expedition ends with a 2-night stay at the Alila Villas Soori, a luxury beachfront resort amidst rice fields and shimmering volcanic black sands.
