Je travaille également chez Aleratec, une entreprise de sécurité. Aleratec vend au XX, mais le PDG m'a recruté pour faire du marketing pour les XX et XX. A l'avenir, le PDG veut avoir un travailleur en France, car la France est équidistante entre la Californie (notre bureau) et la Chine (notre usine). J'ai donc dit au PDG: «Si je travaille toujours pour vous en 2025, je veux une option pour vivre et travailler en Europe».

Mon bureau est étrange. Parce que c'est une entreprise de sécurité, notre bureau n'a pas de fenêtres. Bien que nous vendions au gouvernement, nous n'avons que 12 employés. Mon travail est temporaire. Mais si je suis encore ici en août, je peux devenir permanent. Le PDG m'aime parce que je connais le mandarin et le français. J'ai aussi un collègue franco-asiatique. Il parle bien le français, mais il écrit du mauvais français dans ses courriels parce qu'il n'a jamais étudié le français à l'école. Alors il me parle en français, et je lui écris en français. Notre relation est étrange!

Apprendre le français est aussi étrange pour moi. Je n'ai jamais pensé à apprendre le français dans ma vie. Au début, j'ai appris le français pour démontrer que vos intérêts étaient importants pour moi. Mais maintenant le français, pas mon talent en design graphique, est la raison pour laquelle j'ai mes emplois. Peut-être que je devrais aller en Europe à l'avenir, parce que je suis fatigué avec l'Amérique. Les travailleurs américains n'ont aucune protection contre les patrons abusifs. En fait, une étude de juillet de l'OCDE indique que l'Amérique et le Mexique sont les seules économies où les patrons peuvent licencier leurs employés sans avertissement! Je veux vivre dans un pays civilisé.

La raison pour laquelle je vous envoie ces paquets n'est pas parce que je veux que vous m'aimez. Je veux simplement une chance de démontrer que je ne suis pas toujours égoïste. Quand je n'avais pas de travail, je n'avais pensé qu'à moi. J'espère que ces paquets vous seront utiles.
