About the Alberta PNP
Alberta – one of Canada’s most scenic provinces, and home to the bustling urban city of Calgary – has emerged as a popular immigration hub amongst foreign nationals seeking to enhance their quality of life and enjoy the rewarding benefits of permanent residence in Canada.
The Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program (AINP) is managed by the provincial government in collaboration with the federal government. The Alberta government nominates qualified foreign nationals to permanently reside in the province – with eligible family members, if any.
Subsequently, nominees must apply for permanent residence to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada – either through a paper based process or online via the Canada Express Entry System. Aspirants can obtain a nomination by applying through any of the following categories:

Eligibility Requirements for the Alberta Provincial Nominee Program
The eligibility requirements and application procedures are different for each stream. For instance, the Express Entry stream requires candidates to demonstrate their ability to contribute to Alberta’s economic development or showcase strong ties to the province, and create an Express Entry profile by fulfilling the requirements of the relevant federal Canada Express Entry Process.
Alberta Occupation in-Demand List 2020
Skilled workers applying for Canada immigration under the Alberta Opportunity Stream must ensure that their occupation is in-demand in Alberta. The Alberta Occupation in Demand List indicates skills shortages in Alberta’s job market, which cannot be satisfied by the residents and citizens currently living in the province. Thus, the AINP invites overseas skilled workers to fulfill these shortages. Most occupations listed under National Occupational Classification Skill Type 0, or Skill Level A, B, C or D, are in-demand in Alberta.

Recent updates to the MPNP include the expansion of the Skilled Worker Overseas stream to include more occupations in demand and the introduction of the International Education Stream, which provides a pathway to permanent residency for international students graduating from Manitoba institutions.
Conclusion:
As Canada's provinces strive to attract and retain skilled talent from around the world, Provincial Nominee Programs play a crucial role in fulfilling labor market needs and driving economic growth. By staying abreast of the latest updates and changes to PNPs across Canada, aspiring immigrants can navigate the Canada immigration process more effectively and seize opportunities to build a brighter future in their chosen province. Canada’s Record-Breaking Immigration Plans for 2024
Canada’s Record-Breaking Immigration Plans for 2024 : Your Path to a Better Life
Canada is without a doubt one of the most popular destinations for anyone looking to relocate. And so, living in Canada has numerous advantages, such as superior lifestyle and educational opportunities. If you’ve always wanted to move to Canada but don’t know how then you’ve come to the correct location. In 2023, Canada expects to welcome 465,000 new immigrants; by 2024, that number will reach 485,000. Canada is largely dependent upon immigration as a result of its workforce shortage. Furthermore, Canada already broke the previous record for annual permanent residents in 2021 and 2022. It also intends to smash records once more in the upcoming years.
Every individual has a distinct profile. Thus you should select the option that best fits you depending on your profile. Relocating to Canada can’t be done in one easy step. Nonetheless, it is the ideal time to outline your immigration journey because the goals for immigration are higher.
All of the options for moving to Canada in 2023 are listed in this article.
Express Entry (EE)
Under this program, skilled foreign people are permitted to reside and work in Canada. You can apply for permanent residency in Canada under this scheme and receive it in as little as six months. Furthermore, Canada intends to welcome 500,000 newcomers by 2025. One of the three Express Entry streams will be used by the majority of these immigrants:
Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP)
The Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP)
The Canadian Experience Class (CEC)
Additionally, 16 additional occupations are now eligible for Express Entry through the Federal Skilled Worker Program as a result of the recent introduction of the new NOCs (2021). A few professions are those of truck drivers, nurses, teachers, and so forth.
You must first be eligible under one of Canada’s three federal streams listed above in order to apply under EE. You then have to make an internet profile. The Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) of Canada assigns a score to this profile. If you rank among the top applicants in the Express Entry pool, you receive an invitation to apply.
Reaching the CRS deadlines can present some challenges. However, a province may nominate you for permanent residency just for being a part of the candidate pool. For one applicant, the normal cost of immigration via Express Entry is roughly $2,300 CAD. Should you be relocating together, the approximate cost could be $4,500 CAD.
Canada’s Provincial Nominee Programs
Using the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) is another popular route to immigration to Canada. By 2025, Canada hopes to accept 117,500 new immigrants under PNPs. There are numerous nominee programs in each province and territory. Hence, in 2023, the combined might of Canada’s PNPs will be the only economic force greater than Express Entry. Every program has distinct requirements for enrollment. To apply for nomination, for example, you may be required under certain programs to be connected to the province. To further qualify, you may require a work offer from a Canadian business. However, for some programs, foreign applicants are invited if they can fill the labor market demand in the province.
The PNP programs for each province are listed below:
Alberta Advantage Immigrant Program (AAIP)
British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BCPNP)
Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP)
Newfoundland and Labrador Provincial Nominee Program (NLPNP)
New Brunswick Provincial Nominee Program (NBPNP)
Nova Scotia Provincial Nominee Program (NSPNP)
Northwest Territories Nominee Program (NTNP)
Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP)
Prince Edward Island Provincial Nominee Program (PEI PNP)
Quebec Skilled Workers Program (QSWP)
Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP)
Yukon Nominee Program (YNP)
Every PNP has a unique processing duration. You must submit an application for permanent residency in Canada to the federal government after receiving a nomination. Additionally, some PNP components are covered by Express Entry. Therefore, there are distinct streams for the federally run selection process for each of the aforementioned provincial programs.
Applying through a PNP typically costs the same as using Express Entry. Nevertheless, additional costs may apply, based on the province. While some jurisdictions, like Ontario, do not charge a fee for processing PNP applications, others do charge as much as $1,500 CAD.
Sponsorship for Family
Family reunification is prioritized in Canada’s immigration policy. Families in Canada have the option of sponsoring their relatives’ immigration. Therefore, this may be the simplest route for you to come to Canada if you have a qualifying family member who is a PR or citizen of Canada. Sponsoring a relative will set you back about $1,135 CAD. But there can be extra fees if the sponsor resides in Quebec. Numerous initiatives assist citizens and PRs in relocating their family here. This program’s two main categories are:
Partners, Spouses, and Children:
Canada’s Immigration Levels Plan includes children, spouses, and partners and plans to accept 78,000 of these newcomers by 2023. You can sponsor your partner from outside or within Canada under the Spouse and Partner Stream. This is available through the Canada Class Spouse or Common-Law Partner. Also, you may be eligible for a work permit while you wait for your application to be completed. The entire application processing process takes around a year. A youngster must typically be less than 22 in order to qualify for sponsorship. They should not be married or in a relationship of their own.
Parents and Grandparents:
In Canada, the process of sponsoring parents and grandparents is done by a lottery. A sponsor may express interest in a particular pool. An invitation to apply is sent out along with a random drawing of these applications. In the past, this steam has generated debate. This is a result of the majority of oversubscription. Since 2020, this pool has not been accepting new sponsors. Since then, though, three batches of sponsors have been invited to submit applications. The IRCC may shortly announce the opening of a new window for the submission of sponsorship interest forms in 2023. As an alternative, PGP hopefuls may apply for a Super visa to allow their grandparents and parents to visit Canada.

Top Canada Immigration Options in 2023
Even as thousands of hopeful immigrants wait for the next Canada Express Entry Draw, the country hopes to welcome 465,000 new Canada PR Visa holders in 2023. This is done in order to solve the severe shortage of skills in the job market.
The conclusion is that right now is the ideal time to start your Canadian immigration procedure. The best relocation alternatives for 2023 are briefly listed here:
Express Entry System
The Express Entry System will continue to be the major immigration route to Canada in 2023. This is the main application management system for three economic immigration programs:
Federal Skilled Worker Program
Canadian Experience Class
Federal Skilled Trades Program
In 2023, Canada intends to accept about 83,000 immigrants under the Federal High Skilled category. According to the revised Plan for Immigration Levels, the target for 2024 is 109,000, and for 2025, it is 114,000.
Under the Express Entry System, 16 new vocations are now eligible for the Federal Skilled Worker Program. This is after the National Occupational Classification for 2021, the most recent NOC, was put into effect.
The Express Entry System currently recognizes a number of new professions as qualified. These range from teachers' assistants to truck drivers, and from nurses to payroll administrators. The debut of Express Entry's targeted drawings will take place in 2023 as well.
The Canadian Parliament adopted the legislative foundation for holding such drawings in 2022. The goal is to make it possible to address certain economic labor shortages.
Provincial Nominee Program
The combined Provincial Nominee Programs, or PNPs, are the only economic immigration route that will exceed Express Entry in 2023. The PNPs are expected to admit more than 105,000 new Canadians on PR visas in 2023.
Through these PNPs, Canada will get thousands of immigration allocations in 2023. These comprise the westernmost, in British Columbia, prairie provinces of Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and Alberta. It also comprises the four Atlantic Provinces of Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland & Labrador.
The Express Entry System is also connected to several PNP streams. It means that there is a specific stream for each PNP in the Federal Government's selection process. The targeted occupation lists and classifications need to be verified because the federal and provincial priorities might change.
Programs in Pilot Employer-Driven
Canada also manages a number of employer-driven pilot projects. These specifically target regions or sectors of the economy where there is a severe labor shortage.
At the heart of such initiatives is the Atlantic Immigration program. AIP began as an experimental initiative but has now been declared permanent. In 2023, 8,500 spots in the program will be reserved for graduates and qualified professionals from other countries. It encompasses the four provinces of Atlantic Canada: Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland & Labrador, and Prince Edward Island.
Another 8,500 fresh PR Visa holders are to be accepted under 3 more categories:
The Agri-Food Pilot
The Rural and Northern Immigration Pilot
The Economic Mobility Pathways Project
Since the aforementioned programs are employer-driven, applications cannot be made directly for any of them. An employer first determines a need, after which they choose an immigrant to meet it. The immigrant is then brought to Canada through any of the aforementioned programs.
Additionally, a 2023 completion date has been set for the new Municipal Nominee Program. As its name suggests, the MNP will oversee the greater localization of the immigration selection process. It will make it easier for various communities to react to the various demands of the job market.
Start-Up Visa Initiative
Canada intends to welcome 3,500 new immigrants under its business immigration programs in 2023. By 2025, there will be an increase of 6,000 people. The Start-up Visa Program will accept a sizable proportion of them.
Those applying must get the support of an angel investor group, venture capital fund, or business incubator in order to be considered. They must also be able to speak the language and have the money to relocate.
Candidates initially immigrate to Canada on a Work Permit while starting a firm, then meet the requirements for PR status. They must be actively involved in the management of the Canadian firm to be eligible.
Programs for self-employment
The Federal Government's Self-Employed Class Program seeks applicants with relevant self-employment experience. Additionally, they must be able to and want to create their own job and make a major contribution to Canada's sporting, artistic, or cultural life.
The Quebec Self-Employed Class Program seeks applicants who can establish their own employment through professional or commercial endeavors. Also, Read About the Canada CRS Calculator to check your eligibility to move to Canada.

Eligibility Criteria of the PNP Program
Since there are so many streams it is difficult to list all the eligibility requirements according to each province and territory. So, why not list the basic requirements that a candidate needs to fulfill to be eligible? Won’t that be easier? Okay so let’s start then.
The first thing that one needs to have is work experience. Work experience is one of the most important aspects that increases points of an applicant, which in turn increases their chances of immigration.
And the second most important thing is language proficiency. A candidate with a high proficiency in either of the official languages of Canada has more chances of immigration.
Some PNPs even ask you to have a valid job offer.
There are quite a few PNPs that require candidates to show relation to the province. The candidate could have studied in that province or they might have a close relative living in that province.
The candidate needs to have genuine intentions to live and stay in that province.
One more thing that matters is the candidate’s education. To be eligible for a PNP, the candidate must have some minimal educational qualification.
Reasons why Candidates Choose PNPs
One of the main reasons why candidates go for PNP is to get additional CRS points. When a province nominates a candidate, they automatically get 600 additional points which no doubt raises the CRS score. Moreover, a candidate may choose a particular province to immigrate to and so they can do so by choosing a PNP.
Another reason to choose a PNP could be because the candidate might have a job offer from that particular province.

4 Provinces in Canada Where Obtaining PR Will Be Easier in 2023
Based on your profile, the nomination schemes of provinces may be the simplest way to obtain PR in Canada. So, which provinces make it the simplest for candidates with no ties to Canada to obtain PR?
There are numerous nominee programmes, each with its own set of eligibility criteria. Provinces can use PNPs to meet their own particular immigration demands. PNPs are generally intended to cover labour-force shortfalls, therefore they will seek applicants with experience in in-demand occupations.
We are frequently asked whether the Canadian Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) is the simplest for foreign candidates to enter. While many PNPs need a connection to their province, such as a job offer, work experience, or an educational certificate, some programmes welcome individuals simply on the basis of their ability to fill labour or demographic gaps.
The four provinces regarded the easiest for international applicants to obtain PR in Canada in 2023 are as follows:
Saskatchewan's International Skilled Worker: In-Demand Occupation and Express Entry: Saskatchewan, located in Canada's prairie area, has been a favourite destination for immigrants due to its strong financial growth and job prospects.
The International Skilled Worker PNP of Saskatchewan's Occupations In-Demand and Express Entry streams are intended to attract employees with experience in the province's in-demand occupations. Candidates for these International Skilled Worker streams are hand-selected through an Expression of Interest (EOI) method.
Applicants must have at least one year of experience in an occupation that is not on SINP's Excluded Occupations List in order to submit an EOI. Candidates must also have completed at least one year of post-secondary education and be fluent in English or French. Any candidate who meets Saskatchewan's minimum eligibility criteria, such as scoring at least 60 points on their Points Assessment Grid, is eligible to submit an EOI profile. Profiles submitted are then considered for one of SINP's EOI draws. In SINP EOI drawings, only candidates with the highest competitive SINP score and in-demand vocations are invited.
Aspirants who qualified for Express Entry can apply through the Saskatchewan Express Entry stream to have their permanent residence application processed more quickly. Those who are not eligible to submit an Express Entry profile can still apply through the Saskatchewan Occupations In-Demand stream.
2) The Express Entry Program in Alberta:
Alberta, Canada's western province, is home to some of the country's most prosperous cities, including Calgary and Edmonton. Alberta is a notable province for prospective newcomers due to its booming employment market and excellent education system.
Candidates for provincial nomination are chosen from the federal Express Entry pool by the Alberta Express Entry stream. One significant advantage of this stream is that Express Entry candidates with CRS scores as low as 300 are considered, which implies that more candidates in the pool will have a chance to get a Notice of Interest from the province.
It is important to note that a CRS score of 300 or higher does not ensure acceptance into Alberta's Express Entry programme. The Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program discloses the CRS score of the lowest-ranked candidate in each round of invitations but not the other targeted criteria. A candidate's chances may be improved by the following factors:
A qualifying relative who is an Alberta permanent resident or citizen;
A job offer or work experience in Alberta,
A credential from a Canadian post-secondary institution
Alberta's Express Entry system is linked to the federal Express Entry system. That is, earning a provincial nomination raises an applicant's CRS score by 600 points, effectively assuring them an Invitation to Apply (ITA) for PR in the next Express Entry lottery.
Alberta is frequently regarded as one of the simplest jurisdictions in Canada to obtain PR due to its low CRS requirement.
3) Ontario's Priority Stream for Human Capital:
Ontario is the most popular immigration destination in Canada, with many newcomers lured to the busy city of Toronto and its expanding tech-jobs sector. As a result, the province has a significant quota for assisting newcomers in immigrating through PNP channels.
Despite having one of the largest quotas in the country, Ontario wishes to attract even more newcomers. To help address the province's labour shortfall, Ontario's Labour Minister Monte McNaughton recently proposed that the number of immigrants accepted under the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) be increased from 9,000 to 18,000 per year.
For people who do not reside in Canada, Ontario's Human Capital Priority stream is an excellent choice. This stream favours talented persons capable of filling skilled job openings in the province.
Human Capital Priorities also uses the federal Express Entry system. Applicants have to have an active Express Entry profile and a CRS score of 400 or above. Ontario examines all Express Entry profiles and invites specific profiles to apply to the PNP, often based on a group of NOC codes and a specific CRS range.
Ontario submitted 3,513 candidates under the Human Capital Priorities stream in 2021. Almost half of these nominees were invited through OINP's targeted tech draw.
Ontario also has a PNP stream for French-speaking Skilled Workers with Fast Entry profiles. If you have intermediate to advanced French skills, this programme could be a wonderful fit for you!
Because of Ontario's large immigration quotas, the province organises frequent draws, making it one of the simplest provinces in Canada for qualified individuals to get permanent residency.
4) Stream of Labour Market Priorities in Nova Scotia:
Nova Scotia is situated on Canada's east coast, on the Atlantic. The province's proximity to the ocean, low cost of living, and relaxed way of life make it a desirable destination for many prospective visitors.
Nova Scotia's Employment Market Priorities also chooses individuals from the Express Entry pool directly. Because this stream frequently welcomes profiles with no ties to the province, it is regarded as one of the easiest PNPs for international applicants to acquire PR.
Nova Scotia does not disclose the occupations or criteria that will be targeted before to their admission rounds, but they frequently accept people who have no ties to the province. Candidates must have an active Express Entry profile and express their interest in Nova Scotia.
Candidates that get an invitation from Nova Scotia may petition for a provincial nomination. Because the stream uses the Fast Entry mechanism, successful nominees gain 600 points added to their CRS score. These extra points almost ensure an Invitation to Apply (ITA) in a federal Fast Entry draw.
Which PNP is the best fit for you?
With over 80 PNPs to select from, we understand how difficult it may be to determine which immigration programme is ideal for you. It can be difficult to know where to begin because the simplest province to get PR in Canada will often rely on your individual unique profile. Alberta invited 120 candidates on July 29th - Aptech Visa
On July 29, 2022, Alberta accepted 120Express Entry candidates to submit a request for a provincial nomination. A minimum Express Entry score of 473 points was required for applicants to the Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program (AINP).
Compared to the prior draw, which took place on June 16th, 2022, and had a CRS score of 306, the CRS score dropped.
In the Alberta Express Entry pool, there are over 1,150 Alberta Opportunity Stream applications and 400 expressions of interest for the Alberta Express Entry Stream.
Candidates who are asked to apply via the Alberta Express Entry stream can be eligible for a provincial nomination. If they are nominated, they will be one step closer to being granted permanent residency in Canada. Provincial candidates are eligible to apply to the federal government for immigration to Canada under the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP). Candidates for Canada permanent residence who have been nominated by a province ascend to the top of the pool and are more likely to obtain an invitation to apply (ITA).

How can I enter the nation via Alberta's Express Entry stream?
CHECK YOUR ALBERTA PNP POINTS HERE
The first step in the Alberta Express Entry stream of immigration is creating an Express Entry profile.
Express Entry serves as the application management system for the three Federal High Skilled programs (Canadian Experience Class, Federal Skilled Worker Program, and Federal Skilled Trades Program).
If you are eligible for Express Entry, you will receive a score based on the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS). You score points on criteria like your age, education level, work experience, and degree of French or English fluency.
The IRCC invites the winners of its Express Entry to draw to submit applications for Canadian permanent residency.
It is possible to use the Express Entry system to apply for immigration without a provincial nomination. Candidates for Express Entry with lower CRS scores may be eligible for an immediate 600-point reward through the PNP.
Who is qualified to apply for Alberta Express Entry Stream?
You must have experience in a qualified occupation in order to apply for the Alberta Express Entry stream.
Instead of providing a list of jobs that are eligible for the stream, the AINP gives a list of occupations that are not. Many of the applicants that use this stream work as chefs, truck drivers, and food service managers, among other positions. The provincial government website states that because of the number of applications received, processing may take longer.
Work experience, education in Canada, and employment offer in Alberta all improve your chances of being nominated. It is also helpful to have family members who already live in Alberta, such as parents, kids, or siblings.
It should go without saying that you must also meet the requirements for Express Entry eligibility. To be considered, your CRS score must be at least 300. You could receive a "Notification of Interest" invitation if you said in your profile that you are interested in moving permanently to Alberta.
What happens once I receive the NOI?
You fill out an application for a provincial nomination in Alberta.
Your CRS rating will rise by 600 points if you get nominated. After obtaining an Invitation to Apply (ITA) from a later Express Entry draw, you can then apply for immigration to Canada.

What Is The Best Provincial Nominee Program For Immigration In 2021?
Best Provincial Nominee Programs for 2021:
I wouldn’t really worry on which is the best program at the moment as due to Canada’s new targets and high goals that have been set, they are looking forward to inviting several individuals to the country by the end of 2022. Due to this whole new Goal several provinces have opened up their programs to invite various individuals across the globe as at the same time there are plenty of job opportunities in all the fields that are in demand right now. But however a list of the few provincial programs below will give you an insight of the various NOCS in demand and opportunities that are arising.
#1 – SASKATCHEWAN’S INTERNATIONAL SKILLED WORKER
This program is designed to bring workers with experience in the province’s in-demand occupations. In order to be eligible, a candidate must have at least one year of experience in one of the jobs included on Saskatchewan’s in-demand occupation list. Also, candidates must have completed a post-secondary educational credential of at least one year and have some proficiency in either English or French.
There are two streams of Saskatchewan International Skilled Worker that are for Candidates outside Canada. First, the SINP stream, which requires an Express Entry profile in order to apply. Second, the Saskatchewan Occupations In-Demand stream, who doesn’t require an Express Entry profile but rather focuses on the occupation.
#2- ONTARIO’S HUMAN CAPITAL PRIORITIES STREAM
For those living outside of Canada, Ontario’s Human Capital Priorities stream is a great option!
In-demand occupation NOC codes:
NOC 2173 - Software engineers and designers
NOC 2174 - Computer programmers and interactive media developer
NOC 2147 - Computer engineers
NOC 2175 - Web designers and developers
NOC 2172 - Database analysts and data administrators
NOC 0213 - Computer and information systems managers
Capital Priorities is aligned with the Federal Express Entry system. In order to be considered, a candidate must have an express entry profile with a CRS score of 400 points or higher. Ontario scans through all the express entry profiles and invites certain profiles to apply to the PNP.
Last summer, Ontario had begun conducting draws targeted to tech workers under the Human Capital Priorities Stream. To be eligible, applicants are required to have work experience in one of six designated NOC codes mentioned above. Since its launch, the province has issued a total of 4350 invitations.
#3- ALBERTA’S EXPRESS ENTRY STREAM
The Alberta Express Entry stream selects candidates from the federal Express Entry pool and invites them to apply for a nomination by the province. One of the major benefit of this stream is that the minimum CRS score is 300. Receiving a provincial nomination will credit 600 points in the candidate’s profile virtually guaranteeing ITA in the next Express Entry draw.

Migrate to Canada with Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program
Eligible foreign skilled workers may apply for a Canada PR visa through Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program (AINP). They can apply to be nominated to live and work in Alberta after fulfilling all Canada PR requirements. As a renowned economic migration program, the Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program (AINP) nominates skilled professionals for permanent residence in Alberta. Nominated candidates must show skills to address the labor shortage needs of the province or by planning to run a new or buy an existing business in Alberta. They must also be financially strong enough to provide for their families in the province. The AINP program is managed by the government of Alberta and the Federal government of Canada.
If you receive a nomination certificate, you may then submit your permanent residence application with your spouse/common-law partner and dependent children. The federal government makes final decision on your PR visa application.
The AINP operates two streams for foreign workers who are living and working in Alberta, or plan to live and work in the province.
Alberta Opportunity Stream- the pathway is created for eligible workers who currently live and work in Alberta and have a job offer from an Alberta employer can apply for an AINP nomination.
Alberta Express Entry Stream- this stream is created for qualified candidates with an Express Entry profile may be invited by AINP to apply for nomination for permanent residence.
Alberta Occupation List welcomes immigrants and skilled workers for occupations and job profiles that are in currently in demand in the province and align with the labor market needs of the province.
Through Alberta PNP Occupation In-Demand Occupation List many employers and industries hire skilled workers, who can make valuable contributions to the provincial economy and its development. The list highlights prevailing job titles and industries in Alberta that are currently not in demand. So, if your occupation is not on the list, you may be eligible to apply for the AINP.
You may receive a Notification of Interest letter if you:
have an active Express Entry profile in the federal Express Entry pool

We hope that you found this information insightful!
