Sajid Nadiadwala announcing release dates of 'Tadap', '83', 'Bachchan Pandey', 'Heropanti': Have always made films for theatre audiences

The tolerance of makers like Sajid Nadiadwala and Aditya Chopra, who held up all through the lockdowns as opposed to going the OTT way with their expensive movies, has at last paid off. Paresh Rawal Reveals Hera Pheri 3 Is In The Making Akshay & Sunil To Be Part Of It

Fans of the Hera Pheri franchise, there's good news for everyone! If all goes well, we can have an announcement of the third installment of Hera Pheri by the end of the year. The same has been confirmed by bollywood actor  Babu Bhaiya, also known as Paresh Rawal. Yes, you read that correctly. In an interview, the veteran actor who will soon appear in Hungama 2 alongside Shilpa Shetty, Meezan Jaafrey and Pranitha Subhash opened up about reports of a third of the most beloved films.

While speaking to IndianExpress.com, Paresh Rawal said, "They're trying to find out. Hopefully, by the end of this year, you'll have some good news." We cannot remain calm in the face of this exciting news. Hera Pheri is one of the most loved Priyadarshan. It features Akshay Kumar as Raju, Sunil Shetty as Ganshyam aka Shyam, and Paresh Rawal as Babu Bhaiya.

In May 2018, it was reported that Indra Kumar will lead the third party. In 2019, it was confirmed that the story will be a continuation. The director shared an update on it saying that the movie will have a lot of visual effects this time around. He said, "I'm glad our favorite trio is back together. We started the movie at the end of this year. It's currently in the script." In April of this year, it was reported that Indra Kumar has left the project and Priyadarshan has returned as director.

The first part, Hera Pheri, was released in 2000. Its sequel was released in 2006. It's been 15 years since the release of Hera Pheri 2, and we bet this news has definitely impressed all the fans. .

Meanwhile, Paresh Rawal, who worked with Priaydarshan on Hungama 2, praised the director and his vision. He said, "He's very clear about what he wants in his movie. He's clear in the characters, the plot, the way the story is handled. He has a sense of proportion in comedy, which is very vital for the genre because I don't. You don't want to overdo it. Also, The way you shoot your movie... Less fuss and maximum commendable results. I've tried it in regional cinema. So this is also what Hindi cinema gets in terms of characterization and so, let's say, with it, we get the best of both worlds."

‘Dhadkan’ starring Suniel Shetty, Akshay Kumar and Shilpa Shetty was a huge hit at the box office. There were reports of a sequel to the movie, however the makers had canned the plan. Recently during a live interaction, we had asked Suniel Shetty to deliver one of his favourite dialogues of his movies. The actor chose to deliver a dialogue from ‘Dhadkan’.

We asked Suniel Shetty if he would want to have a sequel to ‘Dhadkan’ and the actor had a funny twist to the story! Suniel Shetty responded, “Hopefully, Dharmesh Darshan and Venus will produce ‘Dhadkan2’ with my son Ahan Shetty and Akshay Kumar’s son and now also with Shilpa Shetty’s daughter (laughs). In the sequel, Ahan will get the heroine as in ‘Dhadkan’, Shilpa left me for Akshay. However her daughter is very cute and too small now.”

While ‘Dhadkan 2’ is not happening anytime soon, we were going to see Suniel Shetty and Akshay Kumar coming together after long time for ‘Hera Pheri 3’, but following corona scare in the country, looks like the project will be shifted further. Responding on ‘Hera Pheri 3’, Suniel Shetty said, “We were planning to make ‘Hera Pheri 3’. Let’s see if we can finally produce it or not but it was more towards happening. But now owing to the situation of the film industry, we will focus on completing those films which are already stuck. We need to let go and adjust other films. One of my films was supposed to go on the floor this June but since other films are stuck and if my co-stars want to reschedule the date to adjust the pending projects, then I will willingly postpone the production. Or else it will be mayhem.”

While the films are getting postponed for release, many projects will also get delayed in terms of shooting because of the coronavirus lockdown in the country. However social media is helping the actors to stay connected with their fans. But a lot of surprising news also trend which definitely doesn’t work in the favour of lockdown. One such incident which went viral was regarding Karnataka’s Former CM’s son’s wedding. We asked Suniel Shetty for his reaction on the same. The actor said, “The family should have focused on registry marriage for now. On the bride, groom and the marriage councillor. But to each to its own. I know so many people have cancelled their weddings for the lockdown. I think they should have been more responsible. I understand that it was a small ceremony but they should have been more careful about the safety of their own families.”

Apart from this news, Babita Phogat’s tweets on Twitter created a stir on social media. We asked Suniel Shetty for his reaction on the same as he’s been closely working for sports in India. Suniel said, “I think people should look at it in a more positively than negatively. Negative news, hatred and spitting venom is the only thing that scares me on social media. So I do get involved but for me, it is to wish someone or something good is happening to retweet or comment on it. I look at things very positively. I think as far as sportsman and athlete go, we should look at it from a sports perspective and not from a political perspective. If it’s a politician who’s speaking, anybody who’s political look at it the way you want. You know, because everything we’ll be looking at negatively. Now is not a time I think we need to be negative and spread religious hatred. If you say, praising someone and running another community down, or individuals down doesn’t make sense at all. Let’s work together as Indians.”

The actor has started an online app to allow the youth to share their audition clips to give them a chance to enter the entertainment industry. Revealing details about FTC Talent, Suniel said, “FTC Talent has been around for six months to a year now. The whole idea behind this to curb down the exploitation of talent. People should get the opportunity to directly contact the recruiters, the producers or even the directors. The recruiters will put up the request requirement and the kids will get an opportunity. We’ve been working on that. Unfortunately, the corona happened that and because of the corona at the same time, kids can’t go for auditions anymore. The audition itself is a luxury now you know, having 10 people 20 people at one place. So I thought this idea of short film festival a challenge where people can participate in the challenge even from their home. They can make a film at their homes and upload it on the FTC app and give an opportunity for talent to showcase itself to directors and assistant directors. People who are on the platform itself to probably act to help you edit or do anything else. So it’s like a community that is their online where you can engage with it and make your own short film. The whole #MeToo movement inspired me because you know people always complaining or being exploited and taken advantage of. I’ve always realized that in the industry first its financial exploitation of kids who come from outside of the country and they face mental stress and also they have to face physically exploitation. Via this portal, we try to eliminate all these stress and make it easier for the talents. Here they can put up their auditions and let me get some of the best in the industry to judge it. Where ever you are you can showcase your talent here. Even you are not making a short film, you can register yourself and any recruit, a Producer, Director, Event Manager, radio jockeys can have a look and you can get recruited as per requirement.”
