Stellar giggled and happily hugged back. "Thanks!"

Solar was calmer as he returned the embrace. "Thank you."

Night had a very similar, if not the exact same reaction as Stellar. "Thank you!"

Cinder gave a silent nod as she hugged.

Turner was a little stiff, and didn't hug back. Who knows why that was the case? "Ah... thank you."

Stardust was the only one to refuse outright, and was in fact very against being given a hug. "Don't touch me." She sounded pretty uncomfortable.

Aeterna Cinder: “I actually don’t know, I found this under… let me check, this account is under my mom’s name. Ah, that probably explains why the password is Rainbowmanes4ever.”

"Woah woah woah, hang on, you shouldn't ever say your password on the internet, somepony might steal the account! Hopefully she has two-factor on..." Stella sighed. "Just... change the password as soon as possible, okay? Sol can help you with that. And let Lux know too, it's her account."

“Hello! It’s always nice to meet new people, I am Princess Aeterna Cinder, who may you be?”

She’d bowed.

“Um… Cinder which pony are you talking to? There’s multiple. I apologize for my friend here but it’s nice to meet you all!”

She’d scratch the back of her mane sheepishly.

Frae's initial excitement suddenly turns to pure anxiety and she quickly does her best to bow to the royal while the other two offer a similar greeting in turn while smiling at the young mare's spirited plight.

"It is an honor to make your acquaintance Princess, and you as well." He offers the same polite greeting to Night Star with a smile.

Unseen is Mourn, who somehow seems to have disappeared at the mere presence of the apparent royal.

What... is your name? What... is your quest? What... is your favorite color?

“My name is Aeterna Cinder, I don’t exactly have a quest unlike my brother or his friends, my favorite color is red.”

The second question inspired a wince; the first was easier to answer. “Everything. There’s… some parts are harder for her to talk about. But she doesn’t—I mean,” she snorted, “within, like, twenty minutes she’d told me that she used to be human before Remnant, and that she and Ozma were married and tried to conquer the world together. It’s not secret.”

Summer could count on both hands the number of times Salem had ever refused to answer a question, in fourteen years; and even then it was always refusal, not lies, not deflection. Salem could be plenty manipulative—could say almost nothing and let people talk themselves into believing she wanted exactly what they did, like nobody’s business—but it was pitifully obvious that she hated it.

“It was sort of piecemeal,” she added. “Salem’s not great at putting stuff in a logical order. But, still. Her father, her brother, Ozma dying, what the gods did to her, the rebellion, um, the moonfall and the River and all that. The Witch-of-the-Woods thing. Lux Aeterna. She can’t really talk about the rest, I think it’s still too raw. But I know it was pretty bad.”

She thumbed the cap of her axe for a moment, gnawing the inside of her cheek. “And I… I was at Beacon, yeah. I’m the one who scraped Cinder off that tower after Ruby–” Another wince. “But I’ve been here, since. Someone had to stay behind to, um. Hold the fort.”

Qrow's feelings continued to mix together as he began to recognize the forest. They weren't far from the Forever Fall or the old academy grounds. His mind wasn't on the faux relics. His instead were on the summer days where he would sneak away from Oz and the others to drink in the trees or swim in one of the nearby lakes. It made him homesick.

"They asked to see what Ozpin was hiding from them." If he wanted Summer to be honest with him, the best policy was to reciprocate. "We saw most of it. How Ozma and Salem's romance, humanity's first extinction, their second try at love, and several of Oz's other lives. Then we found out Salem couldn't be killed." She wouldn't want to hear how far Qrow had fallen after being served that betrayal.

The gods had been just as much to blame as Salem for humanity's fate, in Qrow's opinion. And the bouts of war and genocide were because of Ozma and Salem's actions thereafter. "How much has she told you?" Salem's suicidal actions and disregard for humanity in Jinn's vision was what kept him from believing in Summer's decision to change sides. "...Were you there at the fall of Beacon or Atlas?"

“Cinder?” Stella blinked, confused. “When did you get access to Tumblr? Wait, is this because of Sol? He does have access to this blog…”

She shrugged. Not important. “Well, you might be onto something, but I don’t think he knows how to actually use void magic. Even so, he’s super intelligent… I’ll ask him if I can’t find anypony. Maybe a different Doctor, if he’s unavailable.”

Welcome to Equestria Cross!

This blog primarily follows the adventures of two ponies. Stellar Spirit, the supposed main character, and one of her best friends, Solar Ray, the Prince of Elysium. They're both friendly, so feel free to ask them questions! Below the cut is the credits for the character portraits.

The portrait of Night Star was made by a friend, the creator of the character. I don't recall if they have a personal blog or anything, but they claim to have made it themselves. May or may not be outdated now, I have no idea.

The image of G1 Twilight, used to represent Stardust Nova, is cropped. Full image is by (at)mulepaws on Twitter, last I checked.

The portrait of Aeterna Cinder was made by the same person as the one for Night Star, but I don't actually know who made the artwork, as they never told me. It's cropped, though.
