Senior Quality Management Consultant from Germany stays with AeroJones Aviation Technologies in Xiamen for two weeks to closely work together with the Quality Management Representative, Eason Chen, of AeroJones for the implementation and upkeep of a working and efficient Quality Management System (QMS). A working QMS is very important for the certification process of the produced aircrafts with the Civil Aviation Authority of China (CAAC).

At present, emphasis for the activities is the establishment of all quality relevant documents that are necessary to describe the QMS and to implement the respective procedures. Further on, audits are performed on the already implemented procedures. Deficiencies found during audits are discussed with the concerned staff in order to avoid repetition.
