I have a new fic! And, it's my first dabble in A/B/O so please be gentle.
Summary:
Seven years ago, Lucerys Velaryon and Aemond Targaryen flew into a storm above Shipbreaker Bay. No one has seen them or their dragons since that night. No one even knows if they are alive or dead.
But, sightings of Lucerys' dragon in the Stormlands has given Queen Rhaenyra hope. She sends out dragonriders to track him down and, by extension, find Lucerys and perhaps Aemond too. When Daemon finds Arrax and follows his trail, he finds a strange island and, on that island, he makes an incredible discovery.
Fic details:
Relationship: Aemond "One-Eye" Targaryen/Lucerys Velaryon (Son of Rhaenyra) Characters: Aemond "One-Eye" Targaryen, Lucerys Velaryon (Son of Rhaenyra)Daemon Targaryen, Vhagar | Visenya Targaryen's Dragon, Arrax | Lucerys Velaryon's Dragon, Original Child Character(s) Additional Tags: Not Beta Read, Amnesia, Amnesiac Lucerys Velaryon (Son of Rhaenyra), Amnesiac Aemond Targaryen, Alpha/Beta/Omega Dynamics, Alpha Aemond "One-Eye" Targaryen, Omega Lucerys Velaryon (Son of Rhaenyra), Both of them have amnesia, Is it dub-con if both of them have amnesia?, I'll add the dub-con tag anyway just to be safe, AU, Aged-Up Character(s), No Dance of the Dragons | War For Succession Between Aegon II and Rhaenyra Targaryen Never Happens, Mildly Dubious Consent

"Sorry ... I know I should recognise you. Yet these chambers which they've told me are mine, do not even feel familiar. Are we important to each other?" Aemond asked, seated in of the chairs in his chambers where he had been staring at a book he was supposed to like, trying to remember it.

9 and 10 for Abby for the edgy OC asks?
Thank you bb!
Edgy OC Asks Meme
9. Do you have any specific lyric or quote which you associate with your OC?
You are so brave and quiet. I forget you are suffering - Ernest Hemmingway
as for song: Head Above Water by Avril Lavigne (YES AVRIL LAVIGNE)
For the quote, when it came to Abby, within the confines of the world that she's in, I felt like she would come in verses exploding out. She is surrounded by people who explode out. Aemond's rage and growing violence, Aegon's acting out and drunken debauchery and issues, Alicent's verbal and physical abuses. For her, she became small, she fawned rather than fight/flight/freeze. She pours all herself into trying to help other people because she needs to make herself invaluable, she needs to scrape out some modicum of safety in a world where frankly? She doesn't feel safe. Larys does little to protect her, and as the Queen's ward, Alicent kind of just... let's her do her thing? Because Alicent has so many other things she's focused on. And because she's not outwardly lashing out, losing her shit, acting up and out, it's easy to forget she is depressed, she is still strangled with grief, she is suffering too.
And I feel like it's an important lesson in our every day world. Just because someone looks and sounds okay, doesn't mean they aren't also going through it.
10. What's an AU that you would be interested in exploring with your OC?
So lovely @acrossthesestars sent me a beauty and the beast!Abrogon drabble idea that might morph into something bigger so I've been ruminating on that. We also have a titanic!AU that we've been working on that's been so incredibly fun
Another AU idea is a Abby growing up at Casterly Rock!AU instead of staying in the capital after Lyonel's death. Aegon won't know what to do with himself LMAO
There's the Southern Gothic!AU that I touch on from time to time.
There's the world war II but with dragons!AU I wrote a little drabble for a few weeks ago that involves amnesia and longing and heartache.
I also have a band!AU I've been sitting on since like, march/april. not that that's a full on AU but I might write a one shot of it at some point (I blame my friend Ramses for this, who actually put together fake albums for Aegon way back then and we had discussed what that sort of AU would look like. It's very horny.)
@selfproclaimedunicorn and I joke about the Roycegaryens adopting Abby. Not something I would write, but it's a fun little thing to joke about and it makes me happy.
Gosh then there's the onlyfans AU, I have a Bridgerton!AU that I came up with this time last year, werewolf!AU, ABO verses uhhhhh I have so many things I want to do with them you have no idea. What sees the light of day though, I have no clue, we'll see where the wind takes me.

@jacaeryse plotted starter.
Days had passed since Aemond had arrived at Dragonstone on the back of a dragon. It was one of the first things he remembered. He knew his name, because he’d been told what it was, but not because he recalled it. Aemond, Aemond Targaryen they’d called him. Who they were, well … he’d found out only because others had called them by their name. Daemon, Rhaenys, Rhaenyra … Each of them with the same pale hair as he, and purple eyes. He’d been wondering if they were family, but he really had no idea.
All that he did know was that he had woken up in the middle of a battlefield, the earth scorched and bodies all around. A little further ahead, had been a dragon. Big, magnificent, beautiful. And she’d been dead. How she died, or why he felt sad about it, he didn’t know. How he’d ended up unconscious, his body feeling bruised and his head spinning, no memories from before waking, that he also didn’t know.
He'd been taken prisoner by Daemon and Rhaenys, who had approached him after getting of their dragons while he was still trying to figure out who he was, where he was and why he was there to begin with. Daemon had drawn his sword and pointed it at him, the tip at his neck ready to pierce in case of any unexpected movement. Unaware of who they were, he had been taken by the sheer power and danger radiating from them. The look in their eyes, as if the sword wasn’t enough to go by, enough to tell him that whoever he was, he was their enemy.
He’d been hauled onto the Daemon’s dragon, Caraxes, after his hands had been bound and while he probably should’ve been terrified, Aemond found himself simply wondering where they’d be taking him and why the feeling of being on a dragon felt so familiar that it’d made him wonder if the dead dragon he’d seen at the battlefield had been his’. He’d watched the dragon as they’d flown away, dread settling in his heart when she finally vanished from his view.
Conversations, he’d had little. Daemon had asked a few questions, but when he’d been unable to answer them, Rhaenys has suggested they take him to the Queen. Who that was, well … he knew now. He had been guided to Rhaenyra, as he’d come to know her, pushed onto his knees before her as she’d stared at him with a mix of shock and pure hatred. Why the shock, … maybe because she hadn’t expected him to ever be before her with that clueless look on his face. Honestly, he really couldn’t tell for sure. Nothing made sense, and other than the dragons, nothing felt familiar.
Having been send to a cell until further judgement, he had simply settled down, trying to recall anything from before he’d regained consciousness in the chaos of battle. Even now, days later, he was still trying to wreck his brain for something, anything … But try as he might, nothing came to him. So today, he had decided he would stop trying so hard to remember. All it’d done so far was give him headaches.
Sitting there on his own, Aemond pulled his knees up against his chest, he closed his eye and sighed deeply. His head resting against the wall against which he sat, he found himself wondering when the Queen would reach her judgement. That was on his mind when he heard the sounds of footsteps outside and the bolt to his cell’s door being undone. Having assumed it was just the daily ration of food, he hadn’t moved, but someone stepping into the cell had caused him to slowly open his eye and turn to look at the visitor.
It wasn’t anyone he’d seen before. It was a young man, with dark hair and eyes, but Aemond felt there was something about him that reminded him of Rhaenyra. And it was not just the way he held himself. Watching the young man for a few moments, Aemond let out a soft sigh before speaking up. “Have they decided what to do with me?” He asked, tilting his head a little as he observed the stranger more closely. The worst was, he didn’t even know if he really was a stranger or not, for all he knew they might have met before.

Open to: anyone in either Harrenhal or a location held by the blacks. Verse: amnesia; Aemond lost his memories after Vhagar got ambushed and killed at Harrenhal.
There was something about gasping for air, spluttering to get out of the water and finding yourself face to face with the point of a sword. Well, the something was that it was literally Aemond's first memory. Somehow he'd ended up in the water, but he had no idea how. He had no idea of anything really. Not where he was, who he was ... who the man standing before him with that terribly sharp sword was.
He'd halted immediately in his effort to crawl away from the water, his heart having skipped a beat at being threatened like that after he'd just almost drowned. Having swallowed, he had slowly raised his eye from the boots up to a face framed by silver hair, purple eyes. The look in the man's eyes had been enough to catch his breath and before he'd even been able to say a thing, the man had knocked him out and darkness had overtaken him.
When he'd woken again, Aemond had groaned and rolled over on the hard floor, his head was killing him and his body itself wasn't much better. He supposed whatever had made him end up in the water must've been rough, he hadn't swum that far so ... there was no reason why else his muscles were so sore, right?
Letting out another groan, he pushed himself into a sitting position, his eye widening as he realised that he was in a rather bare chamber. Aemond didn't have his memories, but he didn't need them to know this had to be a cell. Nobody ever lived in a room like that, did they? Or maybe they did, he wasn't too certain.

Open to: mutuals Verse: amnesia; main cause: falling at the God's eye, but totally open for other causes
Aemond sat in his chamber, his hands in his lap as he fiddled with them. He'd been brought to these chambers the day before, people coming to fill him a bath, to bring him meals and such. But honestly, he had no idea what was going on or where he was. He'd been told he was home, that his name was Aemond and he was the brother of the King.
But frankly, none of those things seemed familiar to him. All he knew was that he'd woke up soaking wet and that all his muscles hurt if he moved, but other than that ... Oh yea, and he'd found out in the meantime that he only had one eye and for some reason he'd put a sapphire in the place of the one he'd lost. Why? Who knew?
Sighing, he rose to his feet and walked to the windows, pushing open the shutters and peering at the town that lay before him. This place ... he had no idea if it was supposed to be familiar but it wasn't and it was starting to get on his nerves.
How could someone forget everything about his whole existence?
When the door behind him opened, he turned and looked at the person walking in, wondering if this person was yet another person he was supposed to recognise. "Let me guess ... I'm supposed to know you?"

How about an amnesia verse for Aemond? Like for a starter. After falling at Harrenhal, he woke soaked and lost, not even recalling his name.

The way she said his name and looked at her gave him the answer to his question without really answering. The tone of it had made him cast his eyes down, wishing that he could’ve just pretended that he remembered the young woman before him even if he didn’t.
To pretend you do not know me is cruel.
He let out a soft sigh and bit his lip, unsure of how to react to his. He wished he could tell her differently, but he slowly shook his head as he looked up again, his eye settling on her face again, wondering if there was a way to trigger the memories.
“I … I really do not know. I-” He cut himself off and closed the book that lay on the table before him. “Nothing is familiar … I do not even recognise my own name or face.” He muttered, his voice soft, nearly inaudible as he leaned back in the chair. The only reason he knew his name was Aemond was because everyone kept calling him that. “We … are family?” He guessed, putting the pieces together with their hair being the same colour, as well as their eyes.
