#Adding Mojang to minecraftlore?

Kinda curious on how updates to the game would play into this. Like for example: the aquatic update. Villager finds a turtle and decides to show Player and they ask how longs its been there and the villager just says “Idk it just kinda popped out of nowhere 5 minutes ago. They kinda chill ngl.” Or it’s just something that the Villager just instantly gain knowledge of while Player is vibing and freaking out over the new animals

I like the theory of Minecraft being a wasteland of what society used to be. Which is why there are traces of older humans even though we've never seen them.

I like to equate Mojang as a group of people who research animal biology (Sheep, Cows, Chickens etc. etc. Just never went extinct). Every animal has always existed. Them being "released" just means that they were allowed repopulation. To the point where they can be set free. (Alex and Steve are, I guess, a canon example. )

However they only have so little time and resources to repopulate them. Which is why they sometimes leave it to vote.

I'm sure everything has its own reasons of existing. This is just my explanation about how animals just come out of nowhere
