#Actually my knees are fine. However! I was born with a mild deformity in a muscle in the back of my leg#it's too short#meaning I have somewhat limited mobility of the feets and it puts weight on my knees weird#it's okay we're strengthening my ankles and hips in physical therapy to take some of the stress off
