Federation King Suite with Bath
The Garden Room with Bath is a room in a historic guest house in Blackheath. Guests will have access to the half-acre of formal grounds as well as shared kitchenette and lobby. The room is located within the Blackheath village. Featuring a king-size bed with a private ensuite bathroom with a sink, shower, bath, toilet, and reverse cycle air conditioning.

Guests have access to a private suite with private entry and a private bathroom. On-site car parking is available at no extra cost. The rooms draw on an eclectic mix of new and old to make your stay unforgettable and unique in the Blue Mountains.
The room features a bar fridge, tea/coffee, sugar, cutlery, crockery, glasses, toaster and kettle, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, teapot, and milk jug which guests can fill with their desired milk from the lobby. All rooms feature reverse cycle air conditioning with individual controls, as well as hydronic radiators and electric radiators for the colder months. Luxury towels and linen are provided.
The property is connected to the NBN with all rooms equipped with fast WiFi as well as smart TVs that have Netflix, Stan, and Foxtel Go which guests can log in to if they have an account, and capable of accessing all other streaming services through the guest's private accounts as well as casting from the guest's mobile devices directly to the tv.
