Aishwarya Rai Responds to Fake YouTube Videos About Aaradhya’s Health After Filing Suit at Delhi High Court on it

Aishwarya Rai has chosen to break her silence and react to the multiple YouTube channels that have reportedly been using photos and videos of Aaradhya Bachchan and their family members in creating and spreading fake news about her 11-year-old daughter’s health. When she was asked at the promotional event of Ponniyin Selvan 2 (Aishwarya’s upcoming film), about how false and irrelevant news hurt people sentimentally and emotionally, the actress responded that it is nice that person from the media itself acknowledges the fact.

And then she went on to thank the media for the support for recognizing that the issue does exist and the negative impact of unnecessary and false writing. So, it gives her great hope that the media will not perpetuate the facts into false news and she thanked them for understanding that false news is insensitive and not required in the first place. She also said that she was thankful that they valued the sentiment she shared, and the wisdom of that media group in recognizing it.

For those who are not aware of the event, Abhishek and Aaradhya moved a suit against the entities on YouTube channels for using images and videos of Bachchan family members to spread false news about the health of Aaradhya. The suit was filed in the Delhi High Court, which stated that the complaint is on accord to violation of the right to privacy of the family members, especially Aaradhya, who is still a minor.

And the suit also said that the young child’s physical and mental well-being is susceptive to grave harm if such content and videos remain accessible to the public. It also claimed that though Aaradhya has not been hospitalized and is in good health, she was in direct presence with her mother at public events when the videos were made and the images were taken.

The unique feature ‘Blue Tick’ by Twitter was a way of safeguarding against impersonation and taking care of false information for popular individuals. Earlier the social media site had announced that they will remove the check-mark status from Twitter accounts. The verified check-mark in question will be then available to subscribers of the Twitter Blue feature only, or Twitter Verified Organizations Plan for business-focused groups and people.

But after the abrupt removal of the ‘free’ verified checkmarks, the legacy stands stranded from organizational and individual accounts just like that. And those who will pay to keep the Twitter Blue tick marks will get the check marks on their profiles. Several B-town celebrities lost the Twitter blue tick. And the same tale was for politicians as well. Here are a few who were the victims – Amitabh Bachchan, Alia Bhatt, Ranveer Singh, Shah Rukh Khan, Abhishek Bachchan, and Deepika Padukone.

Twitter made an official announcement in March that it will start to take off the legacy verified program from 1 April and remove the verified checkmarks.

And those who wish to retain the legacy checkmarks will have to sign up for Twitter Blue. The check-marks were first introduced in 2009 to assist users in identifying the actual profile or accounts of brands, companies, celebrities, news organizations, politicians, and other accounts that serve the public interest. ... and have now done all other pending work .. and it is 3:50 PM .. and the music still rings in the ear .. its difficult to release it from the mind and body, such is the strength of what is created ..

much of what is played or produced comes from many aspects .. some that is professionally looked upon, some on the merit of creating , some from  a situation that has been imagined and the notes and chords begin to reflect , words of conversation .. it may fall into the category of many emotions .. but it plays ..

so when it is over , the obvious question that is asked is ‘ what were you thinking and who were you talking to’ .. 😀

and i never tell them .. !!

why ?

Because if i do then I have lost that moment to the rest of the world .. why should I loose a moment that I wish to remain by myself .. 

And many of these queries come from the ladies .. the curiosity of whom one should never question or debate  .. ! 

So ..

But let me tell you .. there have been times when that moment and emotion has been shared .. and  .. well .. 

some other very obvious questions follow .. which become sacrosanct  !
