So in the case of a BG2 ending where you don't ascend all that divine essence gets caged on Mt Celestia to keep Bhaal (or any other idiot) from accessing it and causing any more mess. This might've gotten answered but I can't be bothered to look it up rn.

So... is it still there? And in that case I assume he wants it back?

Or when Bhaal made his comeback in the Second Sundering did it just make a prison break and fuck up Tyr's house on the way out?
