The context is that I think the Hexclaw looks like a lure. The lower jaw inside the hood is the bottom part of Jinx’s shark-bazooka which survives the explosion.

This is part of an AU I’m working on where Zaun and Piltover actually end up in a civil war. At the start of s2, Vikor dies and is saved by Jayce, just like in the show. He escapes to Zaun, but the big difference is that the hexcore hasn’t fully corrupted him. It only gains influence when he uses its’ magic. Thus, he’s caught between saving the sick people in Zaun and keeping his humanity. Dilemma! :o

In order to outsmart the hexcore, he starts replacing his bodyparts with robotics.
