RaTG13 Is Too Good To Be True.

RaTG13 Is Too Good To Be True. ---- WIV1 pk RaTG13 (2). Zhiyan-Le, 2010-04-03. https://sites.google.com/site/zhiyanleback/2021-1/z20210404-wiv1xratg13 https://zhiyanleback.blogspot.com/p/ratg13-is-too-good-to-be-true.html https://sites.google.com/view/zhiyanlesite2/home/sars-2-origin-wiv1-pk-ratg13 WHO China trip and its SARS-2 origin report indicated RaTG13 as the SARS-2 origin from nature. Their conclusion was base on: 1]: RaTG13 has 96.2% identity, which was done on the single gene alignment level. 2]: There is only one Amino-Acid difference, which was done on the protein alignment level. Such conclusion may not stand true. Reason: Alignment and analysis on Codon level are totally ignored, which may lead to different conclusions. Let’s take an example, we have two genomic sequences with the same Am-Acid but different Codons:
First: Arg Phe Glu Arg Arg Ser Leu Gly Ser Ser Arg Pro Thr Cys Cys AGG TTC GAG CGC CGG AGT CTC GGC TCA TCC CGA CCG ACT TGC TGT Second: Arg Phe Glu Arg Arg Ser Leu Gly Ser Ser Arg Pro Thr Cys Cys CGT TTT GAA AGG CGT TCC TTA GGA TCC TCA CGG CCC ACC TGT TGC
Their identities on the Am-Acid or protein level is 100%. And their identities on the single gene alignment level is 56%. See below:
Identities   25/45(56%) Query  1   AGGTTCGAGCGCCGGAGTCTCGGCTCATCCCGACCGACTTGCTGT  45             | || ||  | ||     | || || || || || || || ||  Sbjct  1   CGTTTTGAAAGGCGTTCCTTAGGATCCTCACGGCCCACCTGTTGC  45
However, their identities on the Codon level: 0%. More over, their structures are different: Which is accurate? In my view, the one on Codon level is. The reason is simple: When the virus and ACE2 are running, they work on the Codon level. The given samples may have the same Am-Acid, however, their energy level or power can be very different due to their different Codons. This can be well explained by the binary-image Codon Table and by the Buckyball system. RaTG13 Reality on the Codon Level. Now using Codon study to see the identities among relevant nCov samples (with GenBank ID): • NC_045512: WH-01, basic sample, collected from a patient in Wuhan hospital in PRC. • MN996532: bat RaTG13, said as the most possible origin of SARS-2. • KF367457: WIV1, the first one of lab-product series of SARS-like nCov. • NC_028824, Bat-2012, natural bat, collected in PRC Yunnan, 2012. • NC_030886, Bat-2014. natural bat, collected in PRC Yunnan, 2014 If RaTG13 were a bat from nature in 2013, it should behave as the same or very closely to the two natural bat sample, Bat-2012 and Bat-2014. Aligning with the basic sample, WH-01 (NC_045512), on the global Codon level, the RaTG13 has a matching score of 184 and WIV1 has 190. And here is the alignment of their Codon base-gene occurring frequency & distribution: Table 01:
Global Codon BP Freq.Distribution (raw data:NIH GenBank, by 2021-02)   NC_045512 WIV1 RaTG13 Bat-12 Bat-14 A 3038.33 2884.67 2975.33 2342.33 2552.33 C 1868.00 2020.67 1836.67 1462.67 2135.67 G 1983.67 2098.00 1948.67 1936.00 2419.00 T 3267.00 3099.67 3190.33 3250.00 2946.00 total: 10157 10103 9951 8991 10053 avrg: 2539.25 2525.75 2487.75 2247.75 2513.25 total gap w NC_45512 -54 -206 -1166 -104 avrg gap w NC_45512 -14 -52 -292 -26
The aligning result: WIV1 has the total gap [-54] and average gap [-14] , and RaTG13 has that of [-206] and [-53]. Both Bat-2012 and Bat-2014 have much bigger gaps. Clearly, WIV1 is the closest to the basic sample, meaning an obvious greater possibility to be the SARS-2 origin than that of RaTG13, which behaves very differently from natural bat samples. Ratg13: Too Good To Be True As The SARS-2 Origin. This indicator, Codon and its genetic frequencies and distribution, is important, according to PRC-PLA doctor Chen Wei (a top virology scientist and Covid-vaccine developer in China; also, she is a leader in charge of medical treatment during the early stage of the pandemic in PRC Wuhan City), because it directly tells the similarity or difference regarding affinity, stability and mutation status and trend, especially genes C & G and their quantity and distribution. S-Gene is a key factor re SARS-2 interacts with human body. Let’s do some studies on the Codon level by borrowing Dr. Chen Wei suggestion. Below are similarities among the taken samples. Fig. 01: Indeed, as Dr. Chen Wei suggested, gene C & G, as well as their quantity and distribution, play an important role, particularly in the Codon 3rd BP genes (where base-gene A & T are 0). It seems that RaTG13 is in a good position to be the SARS-2 origin: Regarding single gene-aligning closeness to the basic sample NC_045512, WIV1 has a ratio of 0.9866, and RaTG13 has a ratio of 0.9969. However, comparing with natural bats (Bat-2012 and Bat-2014), of which one has the ratio of 0.8892 and another has it of 1.0134, far enough to be role out as the SARS-2 origin by the said sample. That is, sample RaTG13 behaves very differently from natural bats, but it does not. Further, below is the Codon-leveled aligning result: Table 02:
Codon-Leveled Similarities to NC-045512   WIV1 RaTG13 Bat-2012 Bat-2014 Total Occurring 1260 1256 1269 1132 similarities 78 693 66 94 Ratio of similarity/total 0.0619 0.5518 0.0520 0.0830
The sample RaTG13 has a matching score of 693 occurring aligning similarities, others have it from 87 to 96. The gap between RaTG13 and natural bats is too big to believe that it comes from nature. In a lab field, however, it is pretty easy to reach or even to go beyond 693 similarities score. Besides, RaTG13 similarity ratio is too close to the basic sample but too far from the natural samples. In fact, when using NIH-BLAST to search RaTG13’s all possible similarities, the result has no natural bats but in three categories: synthetic construct, clones, and vaccines, all are lab/man-made work. In sum, the indicator on Codon level should be in the must-do-list when searching the SARS-2 origin(s). By using it, the picture is very different from what the WHO report said. That is, the sample RaTG13 is too perfect to be a truthful SARS-2 origin from natural bats, rather, it is very likely a lab-product. In contrast, and by all indicators, particularly on the Codon level, WIV1 has the closest relations with basic sample NC_044512, that is, WIV1 is the most possible SARS-2 origin.
youtube
(Can't Love You Anymore)が出たんですよね。
youtube
youtube
youtube
02.정기고(Junggigo) - HEY BAE (Feat.
youtube
youtube
youtube
youtube
(I'm good) (Feat. nafla)
youtube
youtube
youtube
youtube
05.수란 (SURAN) - 1+1=0 (Feat. DEAN)
youtube
youtube
youtube
06.지코(ZICO) - Artist
youtube
youtube
07.우원재 (Woo Won Jae) - 시차 (We Are) (Feat. 로꼬 & GRAY)
youtube
08.김용진 (Kim Yongjin) - i (Feat.누보 (NUVO))
youtube
youtube
youtube
09.핫펠트(예은) (HA:TFELT (Ye Eun)) - 새 신발 (I Wander) (Feat. 개코)
youtube
youtube
youtube
(Monitor Girl)
youtube
youtube
youtube
youtube

NJ Expands Access to Medical Marijuana to Include Common Work-Related Conditions
Governor Phil Murphy announced major reforms to New Jersey’s Medicinal Marijuana Program. The permitted medical conditions now include many common work-related medical conditions.
"The Workers' Compensation Act provides that all medical services necessary to cure and relieve the petitioner of his injury are the responsibility of the employer. The employer must provide medical treatment to the injured worker even if the treatment is deemed “palliative” as long as the treatment is necessary for the relief or cure of the effects of a work-related accident. In addition, the employer is required to furnish to the employee medications and supplies that are required for the petitioner's treatment. An employee who was the wife of the president of the corporation and who was totally, permanently and hopelessly disabled and beyond cure or restoration as a result of a compensable injury was entitled to an allowance for nursing and medical care under the Workers' Compensation Act provision requiring the employer to furnish such medical and other care as shall be necessary to cure and “relieve the workman of the effects of the injury.” Howard v. Harwood's Restaurant Co., 40 N.J.Super. 564, 123 A.2d 815 (Co.1956), aff'd 43 N.J.Super. 301, 128 A.2d 727 (App.Div.1957), certif. granted 23 N.J. 578, 130 A.2d 89 (1957), aff'd 25 N.J. 72, 135 A.2d 161 (1957)." Gelman, Jon L, Workers’ Compensation Law, 38 NJPRAC 12.5 (Thomson-Reuters 2018).
Reforms include the addition of medical conditions, lowered patient and caregiver fees, allowing dispensaries to add satellite locations, and proposed legislative changes that would increase the monthly product limit for patients, and allow an unlimited supply for those receiving hospice care.
“We are changing the restrictive culture of our medical marijuana program to make it more patient-friendly,” Governor Murphy said. “We are adding five new categories of medical conditions, reducing patient and caregiver fees, and recommending changes in law so patients will be able to obtain the amount of product that they need. Some of these changes will take time, but we are committed to getting it done for all New Jersey residents who can be helped by access to medical marijuana.”
More than 20 recommendations are outlined in a report that New Jersey Department of Health Commissioner Dr. Shereef Elnahal submitted to Governor Murphy in response to Executive Order 6, which directed a comprehensive review of the program within 60 days.
“As a physician, I have seen the therapeutic benefits of marijuana for patients with cancer and other difficult conditions,” said Dr. Elnahal. “These recommendations are informed by discussions with patients and their families, advocates, dispensary owners, clinicians, and other health professionals on the Medicinal Marijuana Review Panel. We are reducing the barriers for all of these stakeholders in order to allow many more patients to benefit from this effective treatment option."
In the report, the Department submitted three categories of recommendations: those that are effective today, regulatory changes that will go through the rulemaking process, and proposals that require legislation. In addition, there are recommendations for important future initiatives to allow home delivery, develop a provider education curriculum, and expedite the permitting process.
Effective today, five new categories of medical conditions (anxiety, migraines, Tourette’s syndrome, chronic pain related to musculoskeletal disorders, and chronic visceral pain) will be eligible for marijuana prescription. Currently, 18,574 patients, 536 physicians, and 869 caregivers participate in the program – a far smaller number than comparably populated states. The Commissioner will also be able to add additional conditions at his discretion.
Other immediate changes include lowering the biennial patient registration fee from $200 to $100 and adding veterans and seniors--65 and older--to the list of those who qualify for the $20 discounted registration fee. Those on government assistance, including federal disability, already receive the reduced fee.
Some other immediate changes include lifting the one-caregiver limit per patient and allowing Alternative Treatment Centers to apply to open satellite locations, a change that will allow for short-term increase of supply. Further, any physician who meets the requirements of the medical marijuana program will be able to prescribe marijuana without appearing on a public registry. The Department’s website will continue to be available for physicians who would like to publicize their availability and willingness to offer medical marijuana as a treatment option for patients, but the public physician registry will no longer be a requirement.
Recommendations to change the law include increasing the monthly product limit to four ounces, allowing hospice patients to have an unlimited supply, allowing adult patients to have access to edibles (helping those with dexterity issues), and eliminating the requirement that the original six ATCs be non-profits. There are currently five ATCs in New Jersey, and a sixth is scheduled to open this spring. The Department of Health will also work with the Department of Law and Public Safety to expedite the current process for obtaining a permit for the next round of ATC applications.
The Department also proposes amending its rules to allow future ATCs to specialize in specific areas of the business such as cultivating, dispensing, or manufacturing, without having to do all three. The administration believes that this will add flexibility and specialization to the industry, ultimately improving access for patients.
To implement the reforms, Commissioner Elnahal has elevated the program to a Division level and appointed a new Assistant Commissioner, Jeffrey A. Brown. He has worked in health policy, quality improvement, and government affairs for several New Jersey non-profits, including the New Jersey Health Care Quality Institute, the New Jersey Hospital Alliance, and New Jersey Citizen Action. Brown will report to Principal Deputy Commissioner Jackie Cornell, who currently oversees the program.
“We are responsibly expanding the program,” Cornell said. “This is the beginning of the conversation, not the end.”
The report prepared by the Department is available at:

Consumers, physicians, and business owners with questions about the report can email inquiries to [email protected]. Frequently Asked Questions are also available on the Department’s medical marijuana webpage for patients, physicians, and Alternative Treatment Centers.

60. Thundercat featuring Michael McDonald & Kenny Loggins - Show You The Way
And in 2017 Koko was once again reborn amongst the stars thanks to the power of smooth music. Paradise.
59. Rozwell Kid - Wendy’s Trash Can
SHRED FOR ME! Chaos in a Saturday morning (or hangover joint and a Coke Sunday afternoon) cereal bowl dork-rock that gets a kickstart thanks to our narrator needing to ditch his wardrobe in a Baconater and chili bin and hit the ground scrambling.
58. Jazz Cartier - Tempted
Striding semi-hypnotic labyrinth hip-hop guided by Jazz Cartier that you may suitable for your next nightclub function or chin-stroking by a city skyline.
57. BØRNS -  Faded Heart
Delirious singer-songwriter pøp drama worth getting wrapped up in. My pal Arianne likes BØRNS quite a bit. She’s right about the bulk of these sorts of things.
56. Sigrid - Don’t Kill My Vibe
AND WHY WOULD YOU WANT TO KILL SIGRID’S VIBE AND/OR BREAK HER STRIDE??? ARE YOU SOME KIND OF MANIAC? This tune is absolutely gigantic and can be seen from space.
55. Leikeli47 - 2nd Fiddle
”Played the back of the church, ski mask under my hijab, As I pray to Jesus for a few early releases,” offers Leikeli47 on this roaring fire of rap majesty and equally thrilling detours.
54. QTY - Rodeo
A 2016 holdover (or the last 50 years of NYC rock holdover) that warms, energizes and gets you back on your skates with rock & roll gusto. Clocking in at two-and-a-half minutes, the structure of “Rodeo” feels plotted out with Diamond Dallas Page match-prep poise, making the most of spots and knowing when to go home.
53. The Big Moon - Formidable
Sometimes it’s a lot of fun singing “formidable” the Francophone way. The regular way works too for this anthem that slashes through its obstacles like a knight from (The) Waterboys/(The) Church led territories.
52. Kenshi Yonezu - Peace Sign
I’ve never watched My Hero Academia (”Peace Sign” is the theme song from what I understand), but like other things that fly over my head (basic math, video games after the Berlin Wall fell, pleasuring a woman) I wish only the best for that television program. What Kenshi Yonezu’s crafted here is incredible. "Peace Sign” is a bit like Senseless Things meets 5 Seconds Of Summer but turned inside out and set to turbo.
51. Ski Mask The Slump God - Catch Me Outside
“Shout-out my mucus, 'Cause you know that be my slime!” God, I love this dude. Ski Mask The Slump God rides Missy and Timbaland’s “She’s A Bitch” like he’s on horseback and makes Blue’s Clues into THE shoulder shake cue of 2017.
50. Sampha - (No One Knows Me) Like The Piano
If you’re the sort of person that tears up while listening, it might be for the best not to watch the VR version of the video. Who wants all that VR gunk water splashing back into their face? Nobody. Song’s fantastic, by the way.
49. Danny L Harle - 1UL
Is this just ATC’s “Around The World” in PC Music giftwrap? Pretty much and that’s perfectly alright*.
*For whatever reason, the majority of PC Music affiliated things I come across haven’t clicked with me. It feels weird because I’m an easy mark for that output. “1UL” is tremendous, though.
48. Sälen - Heartbreak Diet
Sälen frontwoman Ellie Kamio unspools acidic wit over post-modern pop as she picks her teeth of past lovers.
47. Iron Chic - My Best Friend (Is A Nihilist)
Fist-pumping anthemic rock hymn with lines you can scream along to with much dramatic air grasping. Maybe a couch is hopped on. All that good stuff.
46. Phoenix - J Boy
Phoenix does fog machine synth-disco with winning results.
45. Carly Rae Jepsen - Cut To The Feeling
Christ, the video for this is awful. I’d rather gawk at a flaming diaper with the lyrics scrolling over top than that atrocity ever again.
44. Mozart’s Sister - Moment 2 Moment
An exhilarating bobsled ride of a dance-pop number powered by Caila Thompson-Hannant’s fluttering heart.
43. Peter Perrett - An Epic Story
Only Ones frontman Peter Perrett delivers on the titles promise with this sweeping love song that I’d compare to Badly Drawn Boy’s “You Were Right” if I weren’t worried someone would throw a rock or six at me. Ow! Ow! Okay, I’ll knock it off.
42. Miguel featuring Travis Scott - Sky Walker
Chilled out R&B fun that’s like a Gleemonex-esque dose of concentrated bliss.
41. Demi Lovato - Sorry Not Sorry
Demi Lovato stomps on an ex’s neck in a way that you can dance to. In my case it’s tipsy pointy dancing, but you’re welcome to dance however you like.
