Okay I posted this in the comments of a post that was wondering what the journal entry would be if haytham came out victorious from the fight between him and Connor. I wanna post it here so:

I had thought my last entry would truly be my last. A fervent hope, perhaps, that if death claimed me, my son, Connor, might find these pages and understand. But he is gone now, by my own hand, Since the day my blade pierced Connor’s heart, ending his life and our strife, I have shunned this journal. The weight of that act, the memory of our battle, is something I could not, and still cannot, bear to recount in detail. Regret has become my constant companion, for I have lost all.

The most profound loss is that of my own son, by my own hand. What can I do now? Return to London? Impossible. After slaying Reginald, the Templar Order there would surely seek my head, endangering my sister in the process. My men, all dead. The woman I once loved, gone. My son, taken by my own action. Even Holden, my good friend, has left this world.

I am solitary, a forsaken figure in this vast, indifferent world, with no cause left to serve. This then, shall be my true final entry,

my final confession, my last words inscribed not in defiance but in sorrow. My son, I am sorry. I should have yielded, should have fled or laid down my sword. Never was it my desire to bring you harm. The guilt of your blood on my hands is a weight too heavy to bear.

It is ready. The final act.

Now, as I prepare to meet my end, I write this with the resolution that it will be the last life I take, my own. This act will be my absolution, or my damnation, but it will be my last.

Eivor: We already know they like to get freaky with those shaman concoctions, so why not? They're that kinda person who wouldn't flaunt it but is super chill about it too.

Alexios/Kassandra: I refuse to believe they wouldn't when the whole Greek world is doing worse.

Bayek: Hell no. Not only will he lecture you about it, but he would also rat you out for your own good and be proud of doing the right thing.

Altair: Would absolutely never admit to it openly. Legend has it that he would smoke your pot and rat you out to not leave loose ends.

Ezio: Has the best shi

Connor: Would never, but doesn't mind if you do it around him. He's chill like that.

Haytham: The plug

Edward: The type to bond with absolute strangers over it. By the end they're besties.

Shay: Completely oblivious to its existence.

Arno: The type to post Bob Marley pics and stuff after one (1) sniff of it. Makes it a huge deal and acts mad suspicious, especially in public.

Jacob: The type to do it in front of Freddie

Evie: Never in a million years. Get ready for a thrashing if she finds it on you or Jacob.

art history nerd here! when the notre dame burned a few years ago, the most damaged area was the roof. y'know who has a very extensive 3D model of the roof? ubisoft, for assassin's creed! ubisoft has been very involved in the restoration of the notre dame, pledging over half a million euros in support. so yep, that is most likely an assassin's creed dude carrying the olympic torch!
