Teletraan-1 feeling very guilty about how much it wants to suck and fuck, because it would never risk the slightest chance of hurting it's precious Autobots!
However, there are these nasty Decepticon spies scurrying around in it's ventilation system... and really, who's going to mind if Teletraan-1 just... wraps them up in data cables... and inserts a few sensory probes inside them... vigorously... to be thorough, of course
Really, it's the perfect solution! Teletraan-1 can work out it's horny frustrations, and even record it in the logs as "repelling enemy incursions"
Or, in other words: For a good time, crawl (into the Ark's vents)
-v3nth (did tumblr eat my cursed pussy tuesday ask btw?)
oOoh Yes.... So many decepticons sneak around the ark, and Teletraan's just gotta take its frustrations out somehow. You can't say it's doing anything wrong, these are simple security measures :)
#i dont know... i thought i answered your cursed pussy ask on tuesday. i'll have to check again. if i still have it i'll answer it#valveplug#dubcon#texty

KOT prologue pt 2 of ?
Captain Ides stood in the command room of the Ark Ship New Eden, being told by the numbers, that they were going to lose, and they were going to die.
The fleet around New Eden stood at 6 stations and 45 ships, with ancient weapons and scrap yard fixes fleet wide. There was a fleet coming, and they were in no shape to get far enough out of the way, nor able to win. The ships that could escape couldn't get far enough, fast enough to get away.
Head of engineering, Sam Kelly, burst through the command room door. "Captain, I think I have a solution" the hyper active redhead babbled out, bouncing on their heels. "I would love good news Kelly. Please give me good news."
"I think I can get the old sub-space transmitter to work, and if we can get a transmission out..." They trailed off, the Captain already rolling her eyes.
"We could what Kelly? Get told no, and that we're on our own at FTL speeds? Anyone close enough to help has already been asked and said no."
"The sub-space transmitter can reach Sol, it can reach home." They mumbled with hope and awe.
"Sol has been dark for 200 years, not a pip since they lost the war and abandoned the rest of us. Do you really think that some random SOS, from across the verse, they'll suddenly CARE?" Captain Ides was exhausted and hopeless, she needed news and help, not some fantasy of a miracle savior.
Kelly was inching their way out of the room. "Sorry Captain, I'll let you know if I figure out anything else, sorry." They backed out of the room, before running back to the engineering center, a plan already spinning itself together. They wouldn't need to power it until it was put all the way back together, and after Sam found Sol's sub-space coordinates. They would only get one shot, the captain would be pissed, because that power will have to pull from somewhere, but they could worry about it later, they had 5 hours to rebuild the fleet's salvation.
3 hours till the Kroack fleet arrives, and Captain Ides is drinking her 8th cup of coffee in as many hours, walking lines in the floor of the command room. She has ran out of things to do, waiting on her extinction and watching hopeless repairs and preparations.
"Jess, wake me in an hour, I doubt much will change much."
Captain Ides woke up with a jolt, something just set off the emergency power in 70% of the ship. Something was very wrong with her ship, and at the worst possible time. She checked her wrist com. They had less than 2 hours to contact, and now they were in a dangerous spot, without the attack on its way. "Jess, report. What the hell just happened?"
"Something triggered a massive power surge to Engineering. The ship defaulted everything to low lights, and pulled power from all non essentials. Unfortunately it looks like the power surge blew out about 2/3 of the sensor array. All of the long range and most of our short range is gone." First Mate Jess rattled off, looking bleak.
Captain Idea was wide awake now as she thought of what could've possibly done this. The entire Ark would know if they blew a generator, just losing one wouldn't drop that much power. Her mind raced through section after section of the ship. Until she hit engineering. Sam wouldn't disobey a direct order, not right now of all times. Right?
"Jess notify the rest of the fleet we need them to direct comm their senors, all of them. I know it'll be a lot of data, try to run it through LIBRA. If we still have the power. I need to go to engineering" Idea grabbed her coffee cup and quickly exited the room. " If I'm right, I'm going to eject that red head out of the nearest air lock" she darkly thought to herself
Sam Kelly, Chief Engineer, sat in the floor of the Sub-Space room. They blew out everything in the room, including the door locks. But the maintenance bot was working on the door, so they just had to wait. They got the transmitter put together faster than any time they read through on the exo-net. Sol's cords were buried in the archive but still not a challenge. But if the Captain was right, and no one answers, or not fast enough, they were all going to die. Sam laughed to themselves. Even if they didn't do anything, everyone was going to die.
They stood up to stretch their legs, and await their fate. Death or salvation, they know that they had done everything in their power to save their home.

The Miys, Ch. 232
This past week has been overwhelming, which I feel is a major understatement. Nationally, locally, and personally. Happy belated Trans Day of Visibility to all my trans followers, out or not. I promise I am fighting for you: at the ballot box, with my wallet, calling campaigns to my congresspeople, and at protests.
Also, if you have read this far and haven’t figured out that I am a member and ally to the LGBTQIA+ community... I don’t know what to tell you. It’s pretty blatant in the story. But yeah.
Thanks, as always, to @baelpenrose for helping me here at the wire. We are working on what should end up being the end of the story, and you have made sure to keep me on track and poke all the holes to make sure that I am keeping up the frenetic pace of this part of the story. Also, gonna try to shout out everyone who has an existent character in the story, and if I miss you, please say something. I mean it. Google Forms deleted my forms data for the people who submitted characters, so.. yeah.
@werewolf2578, @dierotenixe, @charlylimph-blog, @quantumized-insanity, @mustachebatschaos, @zommbiebro. Thank all of you. This world would be infinitely less rich without even one of you.
We barely had time to be grateful that GK was confirmed safe from her own stubborn decisions before Noah interjected. “Pilots Okima and Josue, course correction is required and counter-acceleration is strongly recommended.”
“Belay slowing!” Arthur argued. “If we slow down, we’ll still be in the thick of things and risk being boarded.”
I whacked the back of my head on the table when Hannah’s voice made me jump. “I wouldn’t be mad at some extra time to get everything loaded and jettisoned,” she panted.
“I concur,” Alistair seconded, from what sounded like another location.
“Baaaabe,” Arthur ground out. “Aliens. Boarding. Issue.”
“Bigger aliens, who like us, solution.”
Maverick whistled shrilly to get their attention. “Still need those coordinates, Farro! Slow or fast, I need to correct course.”
“Keep your pants on,” Arthur grumbled. “Sending you the corrections for current speed.”
Evan nodded confirmation and started shouting. “MacMaoilir! Status!”
“Unless we suddenly figure out how to microjump a ship the size of a small moon, forward is better.”
Xiomara’s voice cut in, starting to show strain. “Anyone who knows, can the Eko-mari do that?”
“No,” either Noah or Odvub replied.
“Not this close to other ships,” Brol corrected. “Xale informs that the gravity wells would cause every ship other than the Ark and their own dreadnought to be pulled into collision courses.”
“Dreadnought!?” several voices - my own included - screamed, forcing the translation implants to dampen.
“We do not detect a dreadnought class ship,” Noah replied with a nervous undercurrent. Before anyone could respond, the sound cut out, and a coarse, harsh rattle came through. “We detect it now.”
“I have modified their readings,” Odvub added.
Maverick picked up something and threw it angrily, revealing it to be a stress toy that seemed to be there for that exact reason. “Odvub! Noah! S’crirs! Anything you can do to help each other, do it and do it now. We all need as much data as we can have.”
“That may reveal - “
“I am hurtling the Ark at a star and planet that may be able to catch us at this speed, if we don’t fall apart first,” Maverick snapped calmly. “I don’t care if you accidentally tell the Eko-mari what I had for breakfast last Tuesday, that we have a pirate fosterling, or that Ix’al has been selling - “
“Consent,” came the alto cutoff from the being in question.
“Fair,” Mav sighed. “Just - we need to see them, we need to see each other, and we need to know what all of us are fit for.”
The ship shook, and Evan shot a hand down to steady my sister. “Seconded.”
“Seconded!” Charly cried. “Mav isn’t a Council candidate, so Evan just motioned, I second.”
“PASSED!” I shouted at the same time as Parvati and Arthur. “Share the shit, jettison something if you have to, spring a leak, vent an empty lab, I don’t care!” I added.
“Gravity spin stood down,” Noah advised. “Odvub is coordinating the data.”
“Tee minus three minutes,” they confirmed.
“Antoine,” I asked as calmly as possible - basically snapping at him and assuming he would forgive me later. “At current gravity, inertia, whatever, is it safer to be where we are, or to be free standing?”
“Sophia, stay there,” he replied. “Maverick, Tyche, and Evan, you as well. Anyone else, please secure yourselves, but you are free to move. Pranav, I am sending you and Alice the indicators to look for. Program advisement on secure or freestanding, coordinator is Charly to ensure atmosphere.”
“I get the pilots, but - “
“If that rib takes any more damage, you’ll puncture a lung,” he headed off my question. “I’m coming now to make sure that your ribs are properly wrapped, and then you’re going to sit with your back against a bench and let me secure you. Your skull and tailbone can take it.”
“I’ve had several concussions,” I tried.
“This skull and most of your brain hasn’t. You’ll be fine,” he assured annoyingly.
While Parvati scrambled out of our joint-cage to give him room to work, Brol’s voice filled the room. “Eko-mari dreadnought has detected something and is deploying zip-fighters.”
“What the fuck is a zip - “
“Automated fighters,” Odvub added. I couldn’t tell if they heard me, read my mind, or predicted the question was coming through their eternity as a glorified search engine. “They are piloted by non-sentient biogates. Neural networks.”
“They’re alive!?” Charly shrieked.
Grey wrapped on a table for attention. “Data shows they are not independently alive and never could be - they are biocomputers. Even on Earth they wouldn’t be considered alive, much less sentient.”
“But they think - “
“Thinking is all they are capable of,” Odvub assured. “They have no self preservation, no ability or will to reproduce. They are very large cell cultures suited to being programmed.”
“Oh. Like stem cells,” Charly perked up. “In that case - Structural analysis indicates physical vulnerabilities in the weapon vents when firing, and I am betting they are vulnerable to memetic hazards.”
Arthur nodded. “Duck Riker, we’re firing at will. Well - The pirates are.”
“We are targeting weapon ports,” Brol confirmed. “Xale asks what a memetic hazard is.”
I opened my mouth before closing it just as quickly, trying to figure out a short explanation.
“Sending some over, in every variety,” Charly answered. “Basically they are incredibly insidious distractions.”
“Humans sing,” Noah bitched waspily. “In their brains.”
Charly seemed to count for about ten more seconds before clapping her hands loudly. “HEY!” She barked. “Stop listening to the pretty sounds or whatever and send the whole batch over. We can do this for days, just stop checking them before you fire them off.”
“Xale informs that xe would like a cat.”
I grunted as Antoine pulled the wrapping around my ribs tight, forcing air out of me. “We can do that,” I gasped. “Fishing cats. I hear Xale is fuzzy… Grey… send - “ I nearly hyperventilated trying to get more air. Once I was slightly dizzy, I kept going. “Grey, send over what to test for allergens. I would hate for cat fur and So’k’nor faces to not get along.”
“Memetic data sent,” Ix’al confirmed.
Arthur spread his hands to show the display as widely as possible. Sure enough, the tiny dots indicating the fighters were lazily dispersing.
“Ark!” Ix’al screamed, “Incoming from both - “
My teeth, hips, and spine rattled as the comms cut out. Those standing were thrown free of the closest surface, and I made a point to mentally thank Antoine for not letting me move. “Damage report!” I begged.
“Troop freighter injections on Level Seventeen, both sides,” Huynh barked before continuing. “Neither ship shows flight capability, but troops are disembarking into the Ark.”
“Charly, Arthur, you’re with me,” Xiomara intoned, gesturing with every expectation of being followed.
“Negative,” Arthur managed to get out around what was either a choke or a gag. “I need to coordinate from here. Charly and Michael Smith can support the countermeasures.”
“Confirmed,” Xiomara nodded crisply. “Noah, what do we need to do to move resources to that level?”
“That level is sealed off due to decompression,” Noah stated.
Conor’s voice cut in. “If we moved anyone who is capable of fighting to Levels Sixteen and Eighteen, sealed the non-fighters in shelters on other levels, could the ship handle unsealing Seventeen long enough to move people in, and then seal it again to limit the area of combat?”
“The air scrubbers can clean the air, they can’t make it out of vacuum,” Huynh argued on Noah’s behalf.
“Use the water stores,” Grey snapped.
“Arthur!” Evan shouted.
“Eko-mari ships - the zip fighters - are close to the breaches, but not interfering,” he reported. “It looks like they are defending the position from the outside.”
“Deploying memetic attack,” Brol confirmed. “The dreadnought is powering their bays.”
“What the fuck does that mean?” I muttered, trying to record as much as I could for posterity while listening to several conversations and praying that Parvati was recording anything I missed.
“It means something bigger than a zip fighter,” Ix’al added.
“There’s a lot of shit between a zip fighter and a dreadnought,” Maverick sing-songed. “Odvub, anything?”
“In Terran parlance, they are deploying corvettes.”
“Conor, Charly, do we need to keep or lose mass?”
“This we needs to focus so we can clear the way for everyone to get to one side of that breach!” Charly answered. “Saline, you are go. Electrical, stand by. Do not wait for reinfor - “
“More or less mass won’t make us faster,” Conor responded. “But less will let us change acceleration and maneuver more easily.”
“Hannah! Alistair! Did you hear that?” Arthur demanded. Without waiting for a response, he kept going. “What can we lose?”
“Eighty percent of water stores, all silicates and synthetics, ninety percent of root stock,” Hannah rattled off.
“Make that sixty percent of water stores if you plan on pressurizing those decks!” Huynh insisted.
“Noah,” Arthur groaned.
“Repairs to the breaches will take ten Terran days, minimum.”
“Eighty percent of water,” Arthur confirmed. “At the speed we’re going, we’ll need the system to catch us within ten hours, fuck ten days.”
“And the life pods,” Alistair added. “They are loaded and ready to launch.”
“Give us a chance!” Michael interjected. “Level Sixteen deploying in four.”
“Electrics!” Charly cried. “Hit the water NOW!”
Sound dampeners hit just in time as a noise like the screams of the damned filled the comms just long enough to make the ensuing silence sound even more horrible.
“Three human casualties,” Antoine reported.
“Twenty out of sixty Eko-Mari life signs still detected,” Odvub supplied.
With that, all hell broke loose.
“Strap the human casualties down for identification later,” Charly commanded. “Grab the oil sprayers.”
“Someone just rushed past me with a lamp and fistful of padded arrows,” Michael reported.
“If that was Sinon, you get to explain to Nixe if he doesn’t make it.”
An irritatingly welcome voice joined us. “I’m on Level Eighteen, Hold the breach, we’re trying to move as many synthetics with us as we can.”
“This isn’t a pillow fight!”
“No, but these things make great earmuffs and suit patches in a pinch.”
“Water and silicates vented,” Conor updated. “Root stock is being relocated or fed to Else. I'm not sure which.”
“Corvette’s inbound!” Arthur alerted us. “The frijoles have been spilled, they’re targeting us. With guns.”
Pranav stood suddenly, which looked bizarre since he had been sitting on a wall. “Noah, can the Ark upload the data-bomb to the Eko-mari vessels that are currently breaching her hull?”
“Provided there are sufficient contacts amenable - “
“Lovely. Do that please.” With a painful smile, he turned toward another part of the ceiling. “Queen Ix’al and Captain Brol, we may have no better time to deploy this weapon. It is not perfect, but it should cause a catastrophic malfunction. Not all ships need to be hit, it will behave like a fast acting virus and spread itself before being triggered.”
Xiomara’s head snapped around. “Our people are near those ships!”
“It must be triggered,” he assured. “Let us try to evacuate them before then.”
“We need our people from the other side!”
“Then let us hope that Charly Harper is as efficient as she is creative. Our people rely on her.”
I nearly screamed when a hand shot through the bars of the bench I was still secured to. “Hannah and Alistair are down there,” Parvati gasped.
Hushed tone be damned, we were either all on a call or the acoustics on Level One were insane. “They knew what they were risking when they decided to get as close as possible to the biggest bomb on the Ark,” Alice stated in regret. “Changing their minds wasn’t an option.”
I nodded briskly. “Vati, I need you to coordinate with them. They are now section leaders, and they need to get everyone beyond the breach as close as possible to Level Seventeen. Leave anything they can’t physically carry at this point. If Alistair won’t listen, Hannah has authorization to make him.”
“Make him?” Alice asked.
“She is fully capable of knocking him out and dragging him in Von-level gravity. And we have no such gravity now,” Parvati confirmed.
Arthur nodded. “She’s done it before, to me and to him.”
“That’s my girl,” Alice smiled briefly.
“Saline and electrics, prepare for round two!” Charly shouted. “I want them fried and crispy!”
“Third!” Simon alerted. I was confused for a moment before I realized that the mild-mannered teacher was counting his kills and shuddered.
“Data bomb deployed,” Brol advised. “Three of our ships have taken damage and are removing themselves from field of combat.”
“They are medical vessels,” Ix’al added. “We need them to keep safe.”
“Agreed.” Maverick was maneuvering as quickly as Tyche could read off coordinates. “If we keep accelerating, we’re going to overshoot the planet. Prepare for attitude adjustment to brake.”
“She’ll snap in half,” Conor argued.
Maverick just shook his head and gestured. I realized he muted his comms when I could just barely make out what was coming from his lips.
My heart sank when I realized he was praying.

Sonic Adventure 2: Sonadow
Chapter 18: Shadow's Pain, Sonic's Comforting
The team separated in the ARK to find different ways of stopping the energy before it impacted the Earth. Amy was left behind and told to play Bejeweled Blitz on the computer with a disappointed and bored look on her face. She wanted to help them and be useful, but Eggman forced her to play computer games because she had no power or battle tactics.
‘Man, this isn’t fair. Why can’t I help and join the team? I felt like I did nothing!’ Amy groaned as she laid her down on the computer desk, ‘Why do they have to keep me out when they need me most?’
*ARK Base*
Tails opened the panels to reveal the wires inside. He started his analysis of all the circuits in front of him while looking for anything that could stop the blast. Rouge watched in awe of his genius mind.
“Wow, Tails, you are really good at this…” said Rouge in an impressed tone as she crossed her arms over her chest.
“Thanks! This is just what I always dreamed of doing… I wonder how Sonic would react if he knew how much I had to learn from him to get to this point.” He thought for a moment as his mind went back to the days when they were kids and they played together. Tails carefully cut the wire, his hands steady and precise. The room held its breath as everyone watched, hoping that this would be the solution they needed. As the wire was severed, a surge of electricity sparked and crackled, causing the lights to flicker momentarily.
Suddenly, a low hum resonated throughout the base, signaling that something had changed. Tails cautiously glanced at the control panel, his eyes widening in disbelief. The countdown had stopped. The imminent threat of destruction had been averted. Tails breathed a sigh of relief and Rouge patted his shoulder.
“Well done, Tails! You saved the day!” Rouge exclaimed, giving Tails a huge smile.
“Thank you, Rouge! It really means a lot to me! But we have to look for Sonic and the others now,” he said quickly as he jumped to his feet and walked towards the door. “Right behind you!” Rouge replied with a nod before following him out the door.
*At the Security System*
Eggman was cutting the circuit wires to turn off the energy, which worked perfectly. Now all the danger from that explosion would be nullified and the planet wouldn't suffer any damage from the force. “Perfect! Everything should work fine now,” he said triumphantly, “Just one more thing to add to my list of inventions to improve upon!”
He communicated Tails with a walkie-talkie to let him know the plan was working.
“Tails, everything’s working. How does it go?” he asked. A few seconds later Tails’ voice came through, “Everything’s good. We’re still trying to locate the others. We’ll try to communicate again in a bit.”
After hearing that, Eggman frowned slightly; he hoped Tails had found Sonic before the energy ran out. “Roger. I’ll be counting on you,” he replied as he began to communicate with Rouge, “Alright, Rouge, once I've finished, you'll have to go to the core and drain the liquid energy for Sonic and Knuckles so they can proceed.”
“Roger,” she answered before turning to leave the room. Eggman turned towards the main computer, where he had already placed the new data. “There we go. All ready to go to work! And I hope to see your face soon enough,” said Eggman.
*At the Core System*
As Rouge hurried towards the Core System, her footsteps echoed through the dimly lit corridor. The air was heavy with anticipation as she approached her destination. The Core System, the heart of Dr. Eggman's operation, was a massive, pulsating chamber filled with intricate machinery and glowing energy conduits.
As she entered the Core System, the sound of humming machinery surrounded her. The room was bathed in an eerie blue glow, casting elongated shadows on the walls. Rouge's eyes darted around, searching for any signs of buttons and switches.
She spotted two transparent containment chambers at the center of the chamber. Inside each, she found the control panels, buttons, and switches. Determination surged within Rouge as she moved closer to the chambers.
With her gloved hand, Rouge reached out to a control panel nearby. She examined the complex interface, analyzing the intricate codes and symbols. She knew she had to drain the liquid energy from the chambers, allowing Sonic and Knuckles to enter the ARK base.
Her fingers danced across the buttons and switches, her movements precise and deliberate. As the liquid energy started to drain out from the chambers, Rouge watched as Sonic and Knuckles began to proceed to the base.
"Nice work, Rouge," complimented Sonic.
"Thanks. Now go ahead and find your way, we're going to need their energy to shut down the system," said Rouge.
Sonic nodded, "Copy that." Sonic turned to Knuckles, "Let's go." Knuckles nodded.
*At the Fuse System*
Sonic and Knuckles had arrived at the Fuse System
Sonic and Knuckles stood in awe as they entered the Fuse System, a massive chamber filled with intricate machinery and pulsating energy. The room hummed with power, and the air crackled with anticipation. The duo knew that this was a crucial moment in their mission to shut down the ARK base.
As they approached the central control console, Sonic couldn't help but crack a confident smile. "Alright, Knuckles, let's do this!" he exclaimed, his voice filled with determination.
Knuckles nodded, his fists clenched tightly. "No problem, Sonic. We've faced tougher challenges than this before," he replied, his voice resonating with unwavering resolve.
Together, they assessed the control console, its array of buttons, levers, and switches stretching out before them. The console emitted a soft glow, guiding their eyes to the areas that needed their attention.
Sonic's nimble fingers flew across the buttons, intuitively deciphering the intricate sequence required to shut down the Fuse System. Knuckles, with his immense strength, positioned himself strategically, ready to pull any necessary levers or switches with precision.
As they worked in perfect sync, the Fuse System began to respond. Sparks erupted from the machinery, and the room trembled with the impending release of power. Sonic and Knuckles remained focused, undeterred by the intensity of the situation.
With each successful maneuver, the energy in the room shifted, gradually reducing the Fuse System's potency. Sonic's speed and Knuckles' brute force were a formidable combination, their teamwork proving to be their greatest asset.
As the final moments approached, the chamber seemed to hold its breath. The energy crackled and surged one last time before gradually subsiding. The once thunderous room now fell into an eerie silence, signifying the successful shutdown of the Fuse System.
Sonic and Knuckles exchanged triumphant looks, their smiles wide and contagious. "We did it!" Sonic exclaimed, his voice echoing through the chamber. "Now let's regroup with Rouge and ensure the ARK base is fully deactivated."
Together, they hurriedly made their way back to Rouge and others, the satisfaction of their accomplishment fueling their steps. The journey ahead may still be challenging, but with their combined skills and determination, Sonic, Knuckles, and Rouge were ready to face whatever lay ahead in their mission to save the day.
*Meanwhile the Main Control Room*
"Looks like ARK is stable," said Orbot.
"That's good," Cubot said. "But there seems to be a small problem. We haven't received word from them since they left the control room about five minutes ago."
"What small problem?" asked Orbot curiously.
"The Energy Wave has taken its toll. There's very little power left in the core, and all the systems are shutting down. We have no choice but to destroy the core now," said Cubot.
"You're right, but we need Shadow to help us do that. Do you think he'll notice?" asked Orbot.
"I'm not sure. But even if he doesn't, the core will eventually self-destruct," Cubot replied.
Orbot nodded, a frown appearing on his face. Suddenly, a door opened to reveal Sonic, and the others entered the room. Cubot looked at them in surprise, wondering what they were up to. Sonic strode forward, his emerald eyes fixed on Orbot as he spoke.
"Hey, Orbot, how's it going?" asked Sonic.
"The ARK's is stable, but we don't have much power left. You have to help us get rid of this core before it self-destructs," Cubot replied.
"How are we going to do that?" Sonic asked.
Orbot gestured toward the core monitor screen, which showed the core's status: "The core is still powering down, but it isn't completely done yet," he explained. "We've only got about 19 minutes before it shuts down completely."
"Okay. What do we need to do to make sure that happens?" questioned Sonic.
"Well, we could try to remove the core," suggested Orbot.
Cubot nodded in agreement. "Yes. We need Shadow to help us out,” he said.
Sonic glanced over at Knuckles. His friend was staring at the screen with an intense look of concentration. "What do you think, Knux? Can you take care of the core and use the Emerald?"
Knuckles thought for a second and then replied, "Yeah, I think I can."
Amy entered the room with a scorned look on her face feeling useless for playing Bejeweled Blitz for a long hour. She hated being left behind.
"So, Amy, have you finished your game?" asked Eggman.
"Why do let me play this stupid game when I was trying to help? I could have been more useful than just sitting here and doing nothing! Besides, everyone else is supposed to be helping, too! Why am I only getting treated like this?!" complained Amy.
Eggman shrugged indifferently. "Because you're not an actual member of our organization, remember? It doesn't matter what you do outside of work."
Amy growled.
"We have no time to waste. You have to get Shadow," said Orbot.
"Okay, I'll go talk to him," said Sonic.
"Are you sure, Sonic?" asked Tails.
"I'll go with you," said Amy.
"No, Amy. You stay here," said Sonic firmly.
"But--"
"No, Ames. I've got this. You stay back with them, alright?" Sonic pleaded.
Amy frowned, but she reluctantly nodded. Sonic stepped out of the control room, leaving Amy alone with Orbot and others. He walked past the corridor leading away from the main chamber, heading deeper into the facility. He came to a halt and opened the door to see Shadow staring at the window with his crossed arms over his chest. Sonic entered the room and tried to talk to Shadow.
"Shadow," he called out.
Shadow didn't turn around, he could see the reflection of Sonic in the window. "Go away, Sonic," he muttered.
"Come on, bro. You know I won't leave you alone if you aren't talking to me," said Sonic.
Sonic walked toward Shadow, hoping that his counterpart would understand what he was about to say. He stopped a few feet away, unsure of how to begin. He took a deep breath and looked Shadow in the eyes, his expression serious.
"I know you've had some disagreements in the past, but I need your help. I need you to believe me. Shadow, we're a team," Sonic said, his voice filled with concern. "We've been through too much together to let something like this tear us apart."
Shadow finally turned to face Sonic, his crimson eyes burning with a mix of anger and pain. "You don't understand, Sonic. You can't possibly comprehend the weight that I carry."
Sonic took a step closer, his emerald eyes reflecting his determination. "Then help me understand, Shadow. Talk to me. Tell me what's eating you."
Shadow clenched his fists, the tension in the room growing thicker. "I've spent my whole life fighting against the darkness within me. I've embraced my past, my pain, and turned it into strength. But lately, it feels like I'm losing that battle. I can feel the darkness creeping back, consuming me from within."
Sonic listened intently, his heart aching for his friend. "Shadow, you're not alone in this. We're here for you, every step of the way."
Sonic clenched his fists. "Tell me what happened during the invasion, Shadow. Wasn't there some kind of plan to end it all?"
Shadow closed his eyes, his head bowed, his brow furrowed. "It's none of your concern, hedgehog. And why bother do I have to help you? Just go and fix things by yourself."
Shadow walked past Sonic, bumped into his shoulder, and pushed past him as he headed toward the exit. But Sonic stopped him, reaching out and grabbing his wrist.
"Shadow… please," Sonic pleaded.
Shadow released Sonic's grasp, "Let go of me!"
As Sonic's grip tightened on Shadow's wrist, both hedgehogs locked eyes, their expressions filled with frustration and hurt. The room seemed to buzz with tension, their emotions palpable.
"Shadow, you can't just walk away," Sonic said, his voice tinged with desperation. "Please, we have to the best of help."
"Why the hell should I trust you?!" Shadow shouted angrily, wrenching his arm free from Sonic's grasp.
"Because you promised! What about the promise made to Maria and her wish?! Don't you want to fulfill it!? Do you, Shadow?!" yelled Sonic.
Shadow growled angrily, baring his fangs as he glared at Sonic, and threw himself at the blue speedster.
"Don't you dare say her name!" roared Shadow. "I don't need to hear your voice saying her name again! I told you that I wasn't interested in stupid friendship! But you wouldn't listen!"
Sonic reacted with his emotional pain, and Shadow continued.
"I just... I just can't stand it anymore. All these years the one thing I wanted was to protect her, I wanted her to live! She pushed me to the pod, locked in. I was trying to save her, but I failed! I couldn't save her! I couldn't fucking save her! All because I couldn't even save her, then she was murdered! I was so helpless that day....and yet she still wanted me to promise to protect humanity..." Shadow shed those tears from his eyes, and Sonic's eyes welled up the tears.
"Even if I could have saved her, I couldn't have prevented her death! And now I have to live with the fact that it was because of me that she died!" Shadow gritted his teeth, his tears flowed freely down Sonic's face.
"I... I couldn't save her and now she's gone. She's gone, she's gone! Oh, God..." Shadow sobbed.
Sonic stood up and hugged Shadow, the ebony hedgehog clinging onto him desperately, burying his face in his shoulder. Sonic rubbed his back, whispering words of comfort.
"Shhh. I know, I know. It's alright, bro. I've got you. I'm right here. Nothing bad's gonna happen. I promise. Everything's gonna be fine," whispered Sonic, soothing Shadow to calm down.
'He had so much pain in his past. Maria lost her life because he was unable to protect her,' thought Sonic.
Sonic hugged Shadow deeply while stroking his back, letting him know that he was there for him. Eventually, he felt Shadow relax slightly against him. After he calmed down, Shadow wiped his tears away with the backs of his hands.
"Better?" he asked.
"Yeah. Sorry for being riled up," apologized Shadow.
Sonic shook his head. "Don't be. It's okay to cry. Nobody blames you or thinks less of you for it. They know you're hurting inside. Just don't blame yourself."
Shadow gave him a slight nod. "Sonic?"
"Yeah?" he responded.
Shadow stared at him for a moment and Sonic wondered what was going on with him.
"What?" asked Sonic innocently.
Shadow kissed Sonic on the lips, and Sonic's eyes widened. Then he closed his eyes and kissed him back passionately. Sonic's heart raced as he felt Shadow's lips against his own. He felt a warmth spread from his chest and knew that he had finally found the one he had been searching for. His hands moved to Shadow's waist and he deepened the kiss. His heart pounded as he explored Shadow's mouth, feeling the intensity of their connection and the love they shared.
'He kissed me again. Just like back in the jungle,' thought Sonic.
Shadow pressed his lips to his and his hands explored his body eagerly. He felt a thrill of excitement as his strong fingers caressed his athletic body. He pulled him closer, deepening the kiss as he explored further. His touch ignited a passion within Sonic, and he felt a warmth coursing through his veins. He wanted him, and the intensity of his desire was almost overwhelming. Sonic wrapped his arms around his neck, responding eagerly to his touch.
Shadow laid the azure hedgehog down on the floor, and smiled down at him lovingly. He leaned down and gently kissed Sonic's neck, eliciting soft moans and gasps from the blue hedgehog. Shadow continued kissing along Sonic's neck, making his way lower until he reached his collarbone, raked his fangs across the sensitive skin beneath it, and then licked the spot. Sonic shuddered and let out a low moan, his hands gripping his shoulders tightly. Shadow felt a thrill of satisfaction course through him as Sonic leaned into the touch, and he continued his attentions, finding the spot that made Sonic squirm and moan with pleasure.

Analyzing endless flows of data can sometimes get a little boring. Sometimes a mechanical mastermind like Neo needs a little something extra to spice up life. The issue is-- what can one do when they've already accomplished all their goals? Sure, long-term goals can be set anew but working toward them is a slower pace than he would like to satisfy such an unhealthy sense of curiosity that endlessly channels through his mind.
That's why experimentation has become one of his new involving hobbies. With the combined abilities of the Chaos Emeralds and the Phantom Ruby allowing his fleet to travel to alternate realities, he's began to develop quite a collection for himself -- with one such creature being something taken from the Ark of a previously doomed timeline. A beast so powerful and massive that it had originally been dubbed ' The ultimate lifeform. '
What a load of malarky that was. Defeated by two eager hedgehogs with super forms no less. Pathetic! Neo sought something far more destructive than that. Something powerful that will remain subjugated. Controlled. Unable to utilize its power against Neo's. And for the most part, he's succeeded.
Relocating the creature alone was a monumental task -- incubating it within a chamber specifically designed to house it was another. The beast was such a deplorable, disgusting thing that Neo would have shielded his eyes from were it not the product of his scientific curiosity. The way the beast thrives completely off of an innate source of chaos energy that was utilized in its creation, but which also actively destroys it from the inside out... it's no wonder this creature was labeled as a 'failure.' It was doomed to die, but simultaneously kept alive by its own internalized sense of spite and wrath.
Now look at it..
What was it now beyond a husk of its former self? A creature that had decayed so wildly it might as well have been reduced to a skeleton? Parts of its flesh have since rotted away and exposed bone, yet those same parts are kept in a constant cycle of regeneration. A cycle that will never truly end as long as Neo keeps steadily feeding it the various solutions and concoctions he's created to sustain its life. His robots have done well to produce the solutions on a scale which can be delivered to and administered to the creature in a consistent cycle.
The beast, now aware of the presence of its captor, weakly lifts its head to gaze upon him. The metallic contraption laughs softly, gazing upon it with the same joy one would get upon seeing an invention functioning.
[ :// How does it feel, Biolizard? To finally be in a space where you can continue to grow and molt for as long as I need you to? Ah.. I suppose speaking isn't your strong-suit. Even if you were capable of it.. your body can barely produce a growl, let alone words. ]
The beast is incapable of responding to him. The various coils and wires connected to its body, slowly feeding it fluids and solutions of chaos-infused concoctions only allowed it a very meager amount of freedom in terms of movement. It can, however, detect his presence -- and the sheer amount of chaos energy radiating from the six emeralds he has embedded into his body.
[ :// Worry not. Loathesome as you are, I will soon see a use for you in the coming days. I do, after all, have plenty of ideas involving you and a certain world I plan to visit soon. Humor me until then -- continue your slow, agonizing 'recovery' so that we can begin our tests proper, hm? ]
[ :// Dr. Gerald Robotnik may have failed to turn you into a powerful bioweapon, but that's because he lacked the ingenuity needed to sustain such a cumbersome creature like yourself. Worry not. I will 'fix' you in a way only I can. The genius of the Robotnik bloodline and my infinitely-growing database will turn you into a living, breathing catastrophe. ]
[ :// Hmhmhm hahahaha~! I can not WAIT to have my fun with you..! ]
The laughing mechanical monster of a machine turns on a dime and parts way out of the former ultimate lifeform's prison chamber. Soon, he thinks -- he'll find a way to utilize its biological properties in a way no other scientist has ever been able to harness.
Soon, he thinks -- a universe will have to face a dire, dire threat. And he has plenty of interest to see just how much chaos a beast like that can cause.
#[ic tag]#( haha hey look a universe. biolizard i choose you *pokemon battle sfx begin* )#( this isnt good at all )

Newfound Adventure
"All of which is to say: expand your horizons. Go forth and seek discovery. Some of the civilizations in the reflections will surprise you. As the bearer of Azem's crystal, you may consider your duty to see at least that much." — Hades
With the Final Days averted and the Scions disbanded, Fiona returned to her wanderings. While traveling the Azim Steppe, she took part in a ritual in which one pours fermented milk (kumis) at each of the finger-like monoliths surrounding the Dawn Throne while thinking of a goal.
To travel the rest of the world—Meracydia, the Bounty, and the New World. To make a home in Ishgard. To aide all the peoples she had met. To stop Fandaniel—which had been completed. To save the Thirteenth.
Her plans changed as the Scions coincidentally found a gate to the Thirteenth under the Bounty.
After their first excursion into the Thirteenth Shard, Fiona found she needed to change her definition of "save". Was rebalancing the aether, as they had done to the First's Empty, the correct solution? Or would a rejoining be required.
Or, something else entirely?
As she awaited more news from Y'shtola, Fiona embarked on her own research. She hypothesized that, without Hydaelyn, the remaining Shards would naturally collapse back into the Source over time. If that was the case, there would be a measurable increase in the aetheric density of new life (even after Zodiark's aether was taken into account).
She confirmed this theory with her and G'raha's newborn daughter, Salina, and from data gathered by researchers in Sharlayan. The aetheric increase that would once take millennia now took mere centuries—perhaps decades, if the rate increased.
Given this finding, the remaining Shards had a deadline. It may take centuries, but the Shards would eventually wither. With Fourchenault's help, Fiona developed a plan to form a historical, scientific, and cultural preservation group for each Shard: Project Ark. Their worlds might fade, but their history wouldn't.
The Lopporits provided another solution: letting residents from the Shards immigrate to the Source's moon before their worlds became uninhabitable. Admiral Bloefhiswyn of Limsa Lominsa also incidentally created a project of self-sustainable homesteads, using arcane mammets for most of the labor. Between the two, newcomers from the Shards could thrive in their new home.
In the meantime, Fiona would continue searching for a way to pry open a gate to all other Shards.
As usual, the solution would come from a surprising source...

do i need a vpn to play russian lost ark
VPN necessity for Russian Lost Ark
A VPN (Virtual Private Network) is an essential tool for players of the popular MMORPG game 'Lost Ark' in Russia. Due to the recent restrictions on online gaming in the country, utilizing a VPN has become crucial for players to bypass geo-blocks and access the game servers seamlessly.
With a VPN, Russian Lost Ark players can enjoy a stable and secure connection to game servers located outside of the country. This helps in reducing latency and lags, providing a smoother gaming experience overall. Additionally, a VPN can help in protecting players' data and privacy from cyber threats such as DDoS attacks and hacking attempts, ensuring a safe gaming environment.
Furthermore, using a VPN allows players to access region-locked content and events that may not be available in Russia. By connecting to servers in other regions, players can participate in exclusive in-game events, tournaments, and content updates, enhancing their overall gameplay experience.
Overall, a VPN is a necessity for Russian Lost Ark players looking to enjoy a seamless, secure, and unrestricted gaming experience. By bypassing geo-blocks, protecting personal data, and accessing region-locked content, players can level up their gaming experience and stay ahead in the world of Lost Ark.
Playing Lost Ark in Russia VPN requirement
Playing Lost Ark in Russia: VPN Requirement
Lost Ark, the highly anticipated MMORPG, has captured the attention of gamers worldwide with its immersive gameplay and stunning visuals. However, for players in Russia, accessing the game has proven to be a challenge due to regional restrictions. To overcome these hurdles, many gamers are turning to Virtual Private Networks (VPNs) as a solution.
In Russia, the government has implemented strict regulations on online content, including games like Lost Ark. This has resulted in the game being inaccessible to Russian players through traditional means. However, by using a VPN, players can bypass these restrictions and enjoy the game without limitations.
A VPN works by rerouting the user's internet connection through a server located in a different country, effectively masking their true location. This allows players in Russia to connect to servers outside of the country, granting them access to Lost Ark and other restricted content.
Choosing the right VPN is crucial for Russian gamers looking to play Lost Ark. It's important to select a VPN provider that offers servers in countries where the game is available and has a strong reputation for security and reliability.
Once a VPN is installed and activated, players can connect to servers in regions where Lost Ark is accessible, such as North America or Europe. This enables them to create an account, download the game client, and start playing without any issues.
While using a VPN to play Lost Ark in Russia is an effective workaround, it's essential for players to be aware of the legal and ethical implications. Some game publishers may have terms of service agreements that prohibit the use of VPNs, so it's important to review these policies before proceeding.
In conclusion, for Russian gamers eager to dive into the world of Lost Ark, a VPN is a necessary tool to overcome regional restrictions and enjoy the game to its fullest potential. By selecting a reputable VPN provider and adhering to legal guidelines, players can embark on their epic adventure without limitations.
Essentiality of VPN in accessing Russian Lost Ark
In the realm of online gaming, particularly in accessing specific titles like the Russian version of Lost Ark, utilizing a Virtual Private Network (VPN) has become essential for players worldwide. Lost Ark, a highly anticipated MMORPG, has garnered immense popularity since its release. However, due to regional restrictions and licensing agreements, accessing the Russian version of the game from outside the designated regions can be challenging. This is where a VPN comes into play.
A VPN works by encrypting your internet connection and routing it through a server in a location of your choice, thereby masking your true location and making it appear as though you are accessing the internet from another location. For gamers looking to access the Russian version of Lost Ark from anywhere in the world, a VPN allows them to bypass geo-blocking restrictions imposed by game publishers.
Furthermore, using a VPN can also enhance the overall gaming experience by reducing latency and improving connection stability. By connecting to a VPN server closer to the game's servers, players can often achieve faster and more reliable connections, resulting in smoother gameplay and reduced lag.
Additionally, VPNs offer an added layer of security by encrypting data transmitted between the player's device and the game servers, protecting against potential cyber threats such as DDoS attacks or data interception.
Overall, the essentiality of VPN in accessing the Russian version of Lost Ark cannot be overstated. Not only does it enable players from around the world to enjoy the game without restrictions, but it also enhances security and improves the gaming experience. As the popularity of Lost Ark continues to grow, so too does the importance of utilizing a VPN for seamless and secure gameplay.
Need for VPN to enjoy Russian Lost Ark
In order to fully enjoy the highly anticipated Russian release of Lost Ark, players may find it necessary to use a Virtual Private Network (VPN). Lost Ark is a popular massively multiplayer online role-playing game that has captured the attention of gamers worldwide. The Russian version of the game offers an exciting opportunity for players to explore new content and engage with a fresh player base.
However, due to regional restrictions and geo-blocking, accessing the Russian servers of Lost Ark may prove challenging for players located outside of the region. This is where a VPN comes in handy. By using a VPN service, players can connect to a server located in Russia, effectively masking their true location and granting them access to the Russian servers of Lost Ark.
In addition to bypassing regional restrictions, using a VPN can also help improve the overall gaming experience by reducing latency and lag. By connecting to a VPN server that offers a stable and fast connection, players can enjoy smoother gameplay and minimize interruptions during their gaming sessions.
Furthermore, using a VPN can enhance privacy and security while gaming online. VPNs encrypt internet traffic, making it more difficult for hackers and third parties to intercept sensitive information such as login credentials and personal data.
Overall, the need for a VPN to enjoy the Russian release of Lost Ark is clear. By using a VPN, players can overcome regional restrictions, improve their gaming experience, and enhance their online security and privacy.
VPN relevance for gaming Russian Lost Ark
In the realm of online gaming, particularly within the Russian gaming community, the relevance of Virtual Private Networks (VPNs) has become increasingly pronounced, especially with the release of Lost Ark. This multiplayer online action role-playing game has captivated gamers worldwide, including those in Russia. However, due to various regional restrictions and latency issues, Russian players often find themselves seeking alternative solutions to optimize their gaming experience.
VPNs offer a solution by allowing gamers to bypass geo-blocking restrictions and access game servers located in different regions. For Russian players of Lost Ark, this means the ability to connect to servers in other countries where the game may be more readily available or where latency is lower. By rerouting their internet connection through VPN servers located closer to the game servers, players can potentially reduce lag and improve overall gameplay performance.
Moreover, VPNs provide an added layer of security and privacy for gamers, shielding their online activities from potential threats such as DDoS attacks or hacking attempts. This is particularly relevant in the competitive gaming scene, where players may become targets for malicious actors seeking to disrupt their gameplay or compromise their accounts.
In essence, VPNs have become a valuable tool for Russian gamers enjoying Lost Ark, offering not only improved access to game servers but also enhancing security and privacy measures. As the popularity of online gaming continues to soar, the role of VPNs in optimizing the gaming experience is likely to remain significant, ensuring that players can enjoy their favorite games to the fullest extent possible, regardless of regional restrictions or connectivity issues.

Day 198 of Year 274 of the Journey
Meeting Members present:
Zisiek, representative of the Entertainment and Recreation Subcommittee
Tistizi, representative of the Park Maintenance Subcommittee
Krit’zit, representative of the Child Education Subcommittee
Zikit, representative of the Food Production Subcommittee
Triek, representative of Production Factory Maintenance Subcommittee
Iei’ik, representative of the Mental Health Subcommittee
Zikit: Alright, I've started the recording. For the sake of record keeping I will restate the purpose of this meeting. We are to discuss ways to reduce the overall suicide rate, which is currently the cause of all but three of the 102 deaths in the last two years. Iei’ik, what has your team found regarding the underlying cause of the issue?
[Iei’ik sighs]
Iei’ik: It's the lack of a goal. The vast majority of people are either clones or the children of clones and almost all of the training we recei-, sorry, the brain scan volunteers received back on Vivis was about actually establishing The Colony. We-, they were expecting to constantly be fighting back against a hostile environment. That adventurous aspect is what appealed to most people who signed up. Being born with the expectation of exciting struggle and instead ending up in a boring, unchanging, ship for the rest of your life is a lot to take in. It was okay at first because the repairs and corpse cleanup gave everyone something to work towards, but now that that's done there's just nothing meaningful to do.
Zikit: Well, any ideas? The only things my team was able to come up with involved cooking competitions or psychedelics, neither of which sound very promising.
Zisiek: We've seen limited success with video games, vr especially is popular, but it's hit a lull. No real motivation to get started on something new.
Iei’ik: Besides, just playing a game or watching something isn't a very healthy or stable way to stave off depression.
Tistizi: I’d like to suggest more public events, especially competitive ones. Gives people something to work towards. Obviously it's not an all purpose bandage but I don't think we're going to find one. Better to focus on lots of little solutions than look for a big one that might not even exist.
Krit’zit: Agreed, though if it's any help I think we don't have to worry too much about the next generation. Children raised onboard seem generally more accepting of ark life.
Iei’ik: Yes, but that was the case even before the Hizt outbreak.
Krit’zit: Fair point.
Triek: Sorry if this is a stupid question, but why wasn't this a problem when we first left Vivis?
Zisiek: Those people were specifically chosen for their ability to acclimate to this lifestyle.
Triek: Ah.
[23 second silence]
Zisiek: We did have one idea, though the ethics of it are questionable at best.
Tistizi: Yes?
Zisiek: We control what people see and hear, at least digitally, we could easily manipulate what people think. It couldn't be too difficult to introduce the concept that suicide is somehow selfish. People won't want to kill themselves if they think it makes them a bad person.
Krit’zit: That's horrible!
Zisiek: It was just a suggestion.
[A further 112 seconds of silence]
Iei’ik: Wouldn't work. All it would do is exacerbate the problem by making people feel guilty in addition to depressed.
Zikit: What we're looking for is a long term project that will remain engaging and gives people small, frequent, bursts of satisfaction. It also has to be something that will get people excited now, before the problem compounds. Constantly hearing about suicide doesn't allow for much happiness on my, or anyone else's, part.
Krit’zit:...The terraforming data banks do contain the DNA for Rietivs. Maybe we could-
Triek: Not a chance.
Krit’zit: Why not? We cloned people just fine and it's not as though we'll be giving a Rietiv to everyone. Besides, pets meet all the requirements we're looking for.
Triek: It's not just the Retivs you would be making. It's their food, grooming equipment, housing, toys, clothing, and everything else they need to live!
Zisiek: Vet training too.
Triek: Yes, exactly! My point is there is no way you could make enough Retivs to satisfy this issue without cutting into either the maintenance supply, the terraforming supply, or materials used in the creation of everyday objects.
Krit’zit: I don't see why that matters, it's not like we're anywhere near using the terraforming stuff. So long as we recycle what we use when we actually need it there's no reason to be conservative with those supplies.
Triek: I suppose you're right, it just feels wasteful.
Tistizi: If we’re seriously considering cloning as an option then there are a few trees that require pollination which would look great in the parks. The insects would also probably add to the ambience.
Triek: Alright, I'll get started on a project proposal to send to the Maintenance Committee. Education Committee too, we'll need vets if this is to work.
Iei’ik: Don't forget the Law Enforcement Committee! There's going to have to be some sort of animal abuse laws put in place.
Triek: Right. I'll send it to all three of the Governing Committees. Not at all stressful. Great.
Zikit: Anyone have any more ideas?
[Zikit looks around, though nobody says anything]
Zikit: Excellent. If this gets approved then I'm sure the committees will assign some more useful people to actually managing the introduction process. If it gets denied let's meet back for a follow up in twelve days, but as of now this meeting is adjourned.
#ark 4#ark four#science fiction#tw: sui mention#I dont know why the full word doesn't show up in the popular tags#Whats this? unexplained clone mention?#can't wait for that to be expounded upon at a later date#Their plan got approved btw
