Congratulations to Yiqing Yin! The 'Commission de classement de la Couture Création' of the French Ministère de l'Industrie, in its December 16, 2015 meeting held at the Fédération française de la Couture, awarded the Haute Couture appellation to the Yiqing Yin Fashion House.
