#ANYWAYS IT IS PERFECTLY FINE TO SCRUB WITH YOUR HANDs IN THE SHOWER AS LONG AS THEY'RE CLEAN#If you are scrubbing with a loofah or cloth there is a good chance you are screwing up your skin's acid mantle#and that's why your skin is so dry and needs so much lotion#and we're not even getting into how much bacteria you are spreading all over yourself...#... if you don't keep your loofah and washcloth swapped out / well maintained#AND PLEASE DON'T EXFOLIATE EVERY DAY ARE YOU INSANE??!
