im chronically behind on gallifrey so if theyve come back and clarified this at some point nvm, but re: narvins lost regenerations obv its horrofic either way and what seems to be the generally agreed result of 'he has None' is rough, BUt i actually had always interpreted that scene and its aftermath as like. he has no idea how much they took. he could have 3 regens left or none or 1 or or or... which to me feels worse because he cant even. work through the loss and accept he just has the one Current life, because it might not be! it could be anything and the only way he'll ever know is when eventually he Just Doesnt Regenerate.
