#ALSO i need more scenes with ms pillsbury ???? why did she suddenly disappear after stating she didn't want to go away with mr schue ????

been kinda sick the last couple of days so i spent most of my time sleeping and watching glee lol season 4 is sooooo weird btw i just feel like something shifted (and not necessarily for the better) i mean i appreciate the amount of trash they've been filling the episodes with (it's a huge throwback to s1 imho) but SO MANY THINGS DON'T MAKE ANY SENSE AT ALL

let me briefly show you what i mean:

let's start with a couple i couldn't care any less about but is sadly the main focus of the show - finchel. rachel and finn were about to get married at the end of s3 and now, less then 10 episodes in s4, rachel already replaced him with that brody guy and ASKED HIM TO MOVE IN WITH HER ???????? (without even consulting kurt btw if i were him i would be so angry and upset)

i love the lack of will schuester this season as i rarely can put up with him but they seriously had no reason and no business at all changing finn's whole character to "fill the void" mr schue left behind - i guess we can all agree in saying that finn was already a very interesting character even without stealing mr scue's entire wardrobe, his way of teaching and his random beef with one amazing sue sylvester (personally, i loved that the writers gave finn the "lost and confused about his future" trope as it is really relatable. i was expecting some big great arc for him but there was just no way in hell i could have imagined he would just become a spitting image of will schuester - i believe it would have been amazing to explore his own core and teaching style as glee club supervisor without implementing every detail that makes will will and losing finn's distinctive traits)

sam is back !!!! awesome !!!! then why the hell is he randomly 10x dumber than the previous seasons ??? i have a feeling they've made him an idiot so that he could create a fun and interesting relationship with brittany (dumb and dumber type) (i love the fact they're reminding us brit is bi but they seriously didn't have to lower sam's IQ so evidently to make him "more fun" ... the pairing with brittany wouldn't have worked anyway imo)

SANTANA IS NOWHERE TO BE SEEN ??? HELLO ???? WHY LOSING ONE OF YOUR MOST CHARACTERISTIC AND APPRECIATED CHARACTER ????? SHE DESERVES BETTER !!!! i'm sick of the crumbs ... i love her to death and i appreciate the random sequences in random episodes she makes an appearance in, but her character's journey at the end of s3 was NOT reaching an end ... she's absolutely incredible and deserves a decent plotline !!

k you know what? i'm just gonna come out and say it. what's making me FUMING the most so far is the "evolution" of kurt and blaine's relationship ... i am SO disappointed and mad by this awful writing. the s4 ep4 break-up was the most heart-wrenching scene EVER (and i loved it though it hurt like hell and was not expected). i really hoped the writers would have taken it as a chance to explore their personalities and individual journeys more, from a closer pov, while bringing them slowly back together (i still have hope btw i'm just halfway through s4) SO WHY THE HELL DID THEY TALK AND CLARIFY THEIR STANCES WHILE SPENDING XMAS TOGETHER IN NY (shoutout to burt for being the. best. dad. ever.) AND SAYING THE THREE MAGICAL WORDS BACK TO EACH OTHER JUST FOR THEM GETTING FAR AWAY FROM EACH OTHER IN THE NEXT EPISODE ??? WHYE DOES BLAINE HAVE A RANDOM AND NON-SENSE CRUSH ON SAM ALL OF A SUDDEN ????? (don't get me wrong i think their friendship is stellar and a lot of fun, this whole blam thing could definitely get me hooked for the next episodes but it makes no sense that blaine gets a random crush on sam just because he's gay and sam's got huge pink lips) ALSO WHY DOES KURT TRY TO GET WITH A RANDOM NYADA GUY ????? THAT'S SO OUT OF CHARACTER !!!!! (you can't see me but i'm basically tearing my hair out while typing this) WHAT WERE THE WRITERS ON WHEN THEY WROTE THESE EPISODES ????? OHHHH I AM SO. MAD.

i'm ending this post here otherwise i'll just explode.

hopefully the second half of s4 will make more sense (and you can rest assured i'll scream about it very loudly on my account very soon).
