Aleph from Cassette Beasts? (As an egregorial manifestation of, among other things, the legend of King Arthur, one could potentially route through Sonic and the Black Knight to get to Ryu.)

Aleph has a Ryu Number of 3.

There's two issues with treating Aleph as the same character as Arthur. The first is just a matter of pragmatic presentation; if I treat Aleph as Arthur, I'm obliged to show the shortest route to Arthur, which will have absolutely nothing to do with Aleph and Cassette Beasts by construction and sort of defeats the purpose of asking for Aleph's Ryu Number.

The second is that the "other things" is a relevant concern here: in the universe of Cassette Beasts, Aleph says he has taken the form of not just King Arthur, but Alexander the Great, Agamemnon, and probably a few other folks the triangle man doesn't care to list at the moment.

If we assert that Aleph is the same character as Arthur, then asserting that he is also the same character as the other historical figures necessarily follows. So either identity is definitely transitive and all three historical figures in the context of Cassette Beasts are the same, which would in my opinion firmly establish them as distinct from their "real world" counterparts and prevents linking to other Arthurs, or they're not and I have to make the rhetorically curious maneuver of saying "yeah this guy is the same as those three guys, but those three guys, despite being the same core guy, are not the same guy." There are contexts where that does make sense, but for this, I don't think it particularly does.
