One-man band tayo as I planned and organized the review and consultation, school-based validation, and ratification of our Enhanced School Improvement Plan (#ESIP)... End of school year na ngayon and sobrang daming ginagawa nating mga teachers—kabi-kabila. Kaya naman I opted to take matters in my own hands, syempre with the blessing pa rin ng ating school head, Ma'am Cecille Ruiz. Thank you so much, Ma'am, for your trust in me.

Oo, mag-isa ako nag-ayos, nag-asikaso, nag-prepare ng mga kailangang gawin all because ayoko sanang makaistorbo sa mga kasamahan kong guro. Pero ganun pa man, di pa rin nila pinaramdam saken na mag-isa ako. They help me out with reminding our external stakeholders to attend the sessions. They ask me if things are going on as planned. They take photos when I seem too busy with entertaining the visitors. They hand out attendance sheets all on their own when I have already forgotten to do so. They offer help without me even asking. Totoo nga talaga na the little things should not go unnoticed kasi those are the ones that speak volumes as to how people really feel towards you.

#Shoutout naman dyan sa aking magigiting na co-teachers. With your outpouring support and encouragement, mas lalo akong namo-motivate na pagbutihin ang trabaho ko as the #ESIPKeyTeacher sa school natin. Nawala lahat ng pagod ko and panlalambot from a few sleepless nights. Just a few lang naman... 😅

I am blessed to be surrounded by experienced mentors who give me sound advice at times I need it the most. Minsan kahit di na ako nakakapag-chat to do so, sila na mismo ang nagpi-pm saken just to check in on me and to guide me on what I need to do. And that's what makes me feel appreciated—to think na these are people na hindi ko kadugo but they don't mind taking the time to teach me out of mere #malasakit.

Won't drop your names here in my post but you know guys who you are. Di man natin nasasabi ito sa isa't isa kasi ang awkward and it might sound cheesy, but I'm letting you know how grateful I am that I learn from you. That alone means a lot to me. Love ko kayo ♥️
