Yes, An 'Anomaly SOUL' Chara *can* happen, but it's much rarer than the usual Captured human Anomaly SOULs.

But any Chara that's "supposed" to be brought back from the dead in the timeline's storyline wouldn't count as an Anomaly SOUL, since it's SUPPOSED to happen and isn't a glitch.
