devastating it's my 3rd day going to the gym and i am feeling the benefits already. i am not a hangry tired gremlin at 8pm.
but what sucks about the gym this time is not even the workout itself but the extra laundry and food planning i have to add to my routine. not only consuming more but also having to be more thoughtful of when i should eat so i have energy to burn. vs me thinking i can work 8 hours straight on coffee, fruit and nuts.
