stony hearts + a brief headcanon and character analysis (Somewhat spoilers?)

my personal headcanon is that in a twisted sense of fashion, aventurine sees jade as a mother-figure. in fact, women have been a huge influence for most of his life when i really look back on the story. he follows gaithra triclops, his sister practically raised him, jade took him under her wing, and acheron was instrumental to his plans for penacony.

hell, you might consider aventurine as a damsel in distress for the majority of his life, and its fitting that the one who saves him is a Knight of Beauty, someone who worships a Goddess (yes I know Aeons are usually referred to with GN pronouns but argenti literally calls them a goddess so shhh.)

while i cant parse jade's feelings on aventurine since i didnt pull her, i do think she does has some affection towards the guy in a mentor kind of way. i mean she taught him everything IPC related, and she does sound proud of him when i listened to one of her voice lines

im overall invested in the IPC's storyline. hope my rambling made sense!
