Helping people is fucking awesome and makes you feel great but at what physical cost 😭
#my back is in shambles#yesterday i was all over my and my parents’ place#today i went to help my dear friend that gave birth a few days ago#(btw her baby is still in hospital because of some complications 😭)#i helped with the dogs then cooked some meals for today and tomorrow#went to the grocery store#cleaned a little bit#ABSORBED EVERY OUNCE OF DESPAIR because i’m a fucking empath i am cursed with feeling whatever other people feel#to the point i got a massive headache that put me straight to bed once i got home#anyway yeah i love helping my family and friends but oh my god i wish i had the stamina levels always up#which doesn’t happen anymore because i’m getting crusty and rusty old#send help and some cocaine
