𝐂𝐂𝐕𝐈. Although it remains abundantly clear that the Archons aren't the only gods that took part in the destruction of Khaenri'ah 500 years ago if we take into consideration the characteristic cubes of that the Unknown God uses, now that we've been officially introduced to yet another shade, there is a couple of interesting thoughts: the first is the plausibility that the Unknown God (or Asmoday as a potential name that was long ago discovered in the name files) being the last shade we know the least of at this point, which is the Shade of Eonthem / Space / Void / Emptiness (I'll touch on this on another post related to the fake sky); as for the second thought is the notion that at least two shades of the Primordial One took part in the destruction of Khaenri'ah and the curses laid on Khaenri'ahns thereafter.

For this post in particular I want to point towards Ronova, the Shade of Death, as the highly likely instigator of the curse of immortality laid upon the pure-blooded Khaenri'ahns if we're to take the Lord of the Night's quote "so, the Ruler of Death sent you on your long journey" to Capitano as the clue that it was her the one applying this curse. Once again, this begs the question of what makes pure-blood Khaenri'ahns special to receive this curse.

#◟༺✧༻◞ events to be remembered in blue veins ┊addendum.┊#a long time ago I read people saying #that this is so that they won't enter the Ley Line system #but I'd dare to say that it's not possible at this point #if we look at Guthred #who was a pure-blood too #if we go by the shape of his pupils #and the possibility that he was the one #who tried to indwell the F.atui that accompanied C.apitano #the first time he sent the soul back #and then returned but to indwell O.lorun instead #and if we're to think that there are souls in the Ley Lines #which there certainly are #and we know this since Y.ae M.iko's SQ #then there has to be something /else/#it also makes me wonder about this “death” part #because even Dain said that it's not like they can't “die”#it's something different and complicated #that I can't make sense of yet #but O.lorun told C.apitano that he was on the verge of death too #after that showdown against M.avuika #so there has to be something else that we're unaware of #anyway #this is to say that I wonder #if the other two shades were involved in this too to some extent #A.smoday clearly fought in this #I don't know for R.onova but she was involved too #by casting the curse of immortality #it remains to be seen if it stays true for the other two as well #if we ever will see it; that is
