Description of Benedict is self explanatory. Sophie is creating conflict in his life. The woman he needs has something that she needs to do, a responsibility, that is preventing her from going to him. Benedict and Sophie relationship is primarily about control of money. The woman Ben needs will challenge him in a different way, a way he needs. If the two woman in this spread interact it might be to the spirtual enlightment of both parties. Benedict wants to be an astute man full of honesty and truth. He finds himself lacking stability, financial dependence and acting superficially. Sophie is blocked creatively, lost, focused on the negative and despondent. She will try to force creativity and if possible attempt to get pregnant. She does this because she feels overwhelmed by the choices presented to her. She is searching for purpose. She is prone to wishful thinking and daydreams. The other Querant in this reading has become overwhelmed and despondent about their current situation. They lack self-confidence and motivation and have just about admitted defeat. As a result they have fallen into a pattern of "he loves me, he loves me not" becoming more depressed with each round. Their current situation is financial unstable and their love of the luxurious is not contributing to their financial well being.
Overall, this reading does not further any agenda but verifies some things that were known.

My very own tarot spread! I named it “Two Roads Diverged” after the Robert Frost poem “The Road Not Taken” - use when you are struggling to make a decision
1- the signifier card represents you and where you are at the moment
2-represents one outcome - what will happen if you say “yes”, or do this thing or go one route
3-represents option or outcome 2, if you decide to say “no”, don’t do the thing or go a different direction
4-possible strengths of outcome 1
5- possible weakness of this outcome
6-strengths of outcome 2
7-weaknesses of outcome 2

May 9 - Pathway Spread/The Robert Frost
1. What is the issue or question at hand?
18 - The Moon:
It’s time to go deep. Take a flashlight. Lean into the mysticism, wear a cape, lurk in a graveyard - whatever you need to do. The Moon is for intuitive wisdom, journeys of transformation, going within and pulling things out. (Don’t try that literally. Your physical innards should stay where they belong.) You’re on the cusp of some new discovery, sniffing out the hint that there’s more to things than you initially expected. Work with the stillness and the wonder - our world doesn’t give us a chance to feel those things often, so you should make the most of it when you can.
2. What path should you best avoid?
The Guardian (trad. The Devil)
That’s... that’s too deep. Got a bear skeleton in your closet, pilgrim? Staring down the hollow eye-sockets of your most bone deep fears? Deep breaths. Sometimes it just be like that. The Guardian isn’t the danger itself but the fear: they pose as that looming sense of dread between you and the things you’ve shoved in the ramshackle garden sheds and attics and catacombs of your mind. Maybe you’re just stumbling upon the cave entrance and realized that bear skeleton is standing there.
Now, we know that trying to keep these things shoved under will just make them pop back up like psychological whack-a-mole, but that doesn’t mean you should face them unprepared. That’s why we have therapists, and spelunking gear. Now that you know what’s waiting for you, you take the other path back into the woods and work on leveling up - you’ll circle back this way another time.
3. What is the course best suited to your journey?
Five of Arrows - Frustration
Here’s what you’re working on as you’re leveling up: learning to identify the things that want to suck your attention, learning to stay focused on what’s important to you, learning to marshal your resources. Recognizing when someone’s baiting you, and refusing to give them the satisfaction of your time and energy. That goat that keeps dodging your arrows? He’s smirking at you. What a bastard.
This is the equally important but far more annoying broad daylight bit of your growth. So much of what we’re doing is learning to deal with distraction and misdirection. We’re in a nightmare scenario specifically tailored to keeping us on edge and lashing out. When you feel yourself getting harried or distracted, it’s a bad time to be persistent. Eat a snack. Stop checking the news. Have a good, cathartic screech. This part of the journey is going to feel aimless, and futile, and generally shitty, but the tools and habits you get from it will be indispensable no matter where you wander.
