Extra Book 3, Chapter 4 Dialogue if You Separated the Realms

Sometimes I feel bad for creating the darkest timeline for the party. And this shouldn't technically be part of my minimum XP run stuff (though it's going to be)- you can choose to reinforce the barrier and separate the Realms regardless of what else you do. But from what I remember it wasn't a popular choice and it sure does feel bad.

You get this extra dialogue when you reach out to Kade

And this extra dialogue when you check in with everyone else post-vision

Fun fact, I have only ever used 1 Wyvern toxin (goblin camp’s booze) and 3 basic poisons in this particular BG3 run so far. I am about a 1/3 of the way through Act 3. Not even the fancy arrows. No scrolls. Not a single soul coin has been used. Why? Simple. I want to use fucking everything on the one and only Cazador Szarr. I want to bring him to the bring of death, heal him, and then kill him again. This is both normal to want and possible to achieve.

Having held Daylight spells in reserve since the start of Act 2 is not at all an overreaction. Giving Karlach 10 soul coins at once is not at all a terrible idea. Specifically giving Astarion proficiency in maces/dual wielding so he can use Lathandar’s Blood + Sussur Knife is a totally sensible decision. Everything is fine.

Cheongmyeong is just. Such a character. He re-joins his now-ruined sect 100 years after he killed and was killed by Cheonma, the powerful Leader of the Demonic Cult that decimated their forces. One of the first things he does is beat up his fellow disciples and find his hidden alcohol stash. He's definitely a troublemaker, but he does genuinely care about returning Mount Hua Sect to its former glory & its members. He's just also so unhinged

We get some new race-dependent lore in Book 3, Chapter 5

(Both in large part from Aerin. Thank, man! Look at you knowing something instead of being wildly confused because no one caught you up again.)

Apparently the goblins return to the forest a bit more literally than I was picturing:

And the Valleroses followed the proud human tradition of claiming a special relationship to the gods to justify their right to rule/conquer:

The reveal if you're an orc is about their mother and really isn't a reveal at all, so I haven't included it here. But I still recommend Neckrone Shen's playthroughs on youtube if you're curious!
