4/90 today I’m feeling way better than yesterday!!! I really think I was lacking my iron. I am a gastric bypass patient and I tried to go without the vitamin to see if I could for a bit and not a good idea. Other than that I’m on my game people!!!! Shakeology does the trick for all my other vitamins and nutrients!!! ❤️ you have to listen to your body!!! Sigh of happiness... now who is gunna join me on my challenge?!?! Late but it did happen. Yesterday I did not feel good one bit. I swore I was coming down with something. But I still got a work out in. And still did my school work and still was the best momma I could be! Knowing I get the work out in puts me in a good mood. It sets the stage my friends! It helps so much! After some internet malfunctions and getting back on my feet. I have reorganized my schedule and now think that 9pm work outs are going to do better for my life and my kiddos. So here we are.
