fucking ordinance officer bullshit has me riled up, remembering a coworker askin me why i wanted a large amount of land [iirc i was looking at a 90acre parcel that had an obviously typo’d price].

i want a fuck ton huge parcel so I can be far away from bitch ass goddamned nosy busy bodies who call the goddamned township/city/cops every time the stick in their ass is snagged on their underwear. i want to plant fast growing trees and shrubs and cover foliage around the property line, and do whatever i want within the parcel without having some stuffy bitch wheezing down my neck about it.

unfortunately all the good parcels in the area are priced for ~developers~, and usually go unsold because nobody is sinking a million into a parcel then going through all the hoops to divide it and m a y b e build on it and end up losing money because few people in the area can afford a 250k+ cookie cutter prefab home on a 1/4acre lot. i wish i was joking but there are so many fucking unfinished subdivisions and wanna be gated communities in this county where there’s a bunch of empty overgrown lots and maybe a couple houses here and there.
