everyone wanted sandwiches today so i made some sourdough focaccia.
#90% hydration dough that i made last night and hung out in the fridge while i slept#(inside if anyone is curious: mayo. pesto. spinach. cucumber. cheese. a vegetarian sausage thing)#(some of the other ones I didn't snap a pic of also got cheese but then I ran out...... so I took a picture of the cheese-less one)#(and the tomatoes having out at the top are the handful I got from the garden this morning hehe)#lea speaks#tw food#lea’s kitchen
