god i miss friendsim. i think a 8ig part of why it was nice and for the most part enjoya8le compared to other new content is 8c there wasnt.... anything to mischaracterize, there wasnt anything to ‘ruin’, there wasnt anything to Get Wrong 8c these were entirely new characters! there wasnt a way to go ‘hehe this cherished dear character you loved is ACTUALLY a fucking CR33P’ youd just go ‘oh ok so this new 833 8oy turns out to 8e Fucking Weird, alright’ unless you like. super super liked their designs i guess 8ut like. there WERE some :| routes (COUGH COUGH MARVUS COUGH LANQUE COUGH COUGH COUGH) 8ut in general its atmospheric and good and captures f33ling of ‘you have no idea where you are and 8efriend random aliens to ensure Not Dying!’ unlike like... pesterquest where they gathered up a shitload of meta and made that the entire route instead of what itd Actually 8e like if these characters found some weird friendly alien talking to them. its def not the 8EST 8ut for what it is it can 8e nice and enjoya8le and fun and the characters can 8e super interesting and lova8le and just! nice to s33 and interact with! its good!
